What an amazing place to stay! The family is so kind and genuinely hospitable — they made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. If you’re traveling at a slower pace like I was, this is the perfect spot to unwind. I loved having the time to relax, read a book, and really soak it all in. It’s one of those rare places where you can truly decompress and just be. Can’t recommend it enough!

I love staying at Anh Tu Hotel. The room is big and very clean with two big comfortable beds and a huge bathroom. On top of that the service is incredible awesome. They assist us in booking tour ticket and sleeping bus to Halong. Especially, he offer us free shower after checking out. We find the people of Sapa, particularly the hotel operators have shown us more than the scenic view of mountains and rice terraces, but also kind and welcoming local people. We’re sure that we will come back to Sapa and stay at the same hotel in a short future.

La ubicación es excelente, cerca del mercado nocturno, el mercado local, supermercados y el lago Sapa. Incluso caminando unos 20 minutos, la Plaza de Sapa y la estación del teleférico de Fansipan no están lejos. En general, el hotel está limpio y el personal es muy amable y atento con los huéspedes. También se pueden reservar tours/transporte a otros destinos y cuentan con personal que habla inglés. Como puntos negativos, la puerta de la habitación a veces fallaba, lo que dificultaba cerrarla. Además, aunque el desayuno estaba incluido en nuestra reserva, nos pidieron 600.000 VND al momento del check-out. No sé si fue un error del personal o algo intencional, pero al haber vivido situaciones similares en Vietnam, me sentí bastante molesto. También, a las 3:30 de la madrugada, el ruido de un error de la puerta automática (un pitido) y el sonido de otras puertas abriéndose y cerrándose me despertaron. A pesar de todo, si viajan en grupo o con acompañantes, recomiendo este hotel. El propietario es muy amable y, aunque al ser un hotel de reciente apertura tiene áreas de mejora, le doy puntos por la cálida bienvenida que ofrece a los viajeros.

Firstly, the staff are friendly and helpful, you can be put in touch with a good driver for transport, book fansipan mount and just ask them for more info. The rates are inexpensive so it is fair value. Better heating would be nice, it was just adequate on what was a cold week with temperatures of 8-11 degress celcius, which was unseasonal. There are restaurants, cafes, atm's and a laundry all just minutes away at most. If you want a budget stay or last minute booking as it was for me, it was the right place. The views from the balcony to your door was rasther nice.

Homestay Signature by D Home SaPa mang lại cho mình một trải nghiệm rất dễ chịu và đáng nhớ. Không gian được thiết kế tinh tế, vừa hiện đại vừa ấm cúng, đặc biệt là view nhìn ra núi cực kỳ “chill”, sáng sớm mở cửa là thấy sương mù bao phủ rất thơ. Phòng sạch sẽ, gọn gàng, decor xinh xắn nên chụp góc nào cũng đẹp. Chủ nhà và nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình hỗ trợ từ lúc check-in đến khi rời đi. Điểm cộng lớn là không khí yên tĩnh, rất hợp để nghỉ dưỡng và “reset” lại năng lượng. Nếu có dịp quay lại SaPa, mình vẫn sẽ chọn nơi này

Great location 1 block from the cable car entrance and town square. The room is big, comfortable and has heating. Shower water was nice and hot.  Friendly owner woman was very helpful giving good information about Sapa and making sure I had whatever I needed in the room each day.

El hotel de familia se encuentra en el lago Sapa. El check-in fue rápido y fácil. Reservamos una ”Superior Triple Room” con vistas al lago y tenemos la habitación en el cuarto piso frente al hermoso lago.

Je n’ai pas trouvé le chambre très propre : présence de cheveux à certains endroits et cuvette des WC mal nettoyée. La salle de bain ne dispose ni de bac, ni de receveur, ni de rideau de douche, ce qui fait que le sol est entièrement mouillé après utilisation. Pour avoir de l’eau chaude, il faut activer le chauffe-eau via un interrupteur, ce qui n’est pas indiqué. De plus, sans chauffage à cette période de l’année (février), les serviettes ne sèchent pas, ce qui n’est pas agréable. La chambre était annoncée avec fenêtre, mais celle-ci donne en réalité sur la chambre voisine et est recouverte de tapis. J’en ai parlé au gérant en signalant que cela était trompeur pour le client. Il m’a indiqué avoir réglé le problème, mais je ne constate aucun changement concernant la catégorie “chambre lit queen size supérieur” que j’avais réservée.

Great place, considering it was one of the cheapest options in Sapa. You get what you pay for. So the amenities are not the most clean, as expected from the hostel. Smack dab in the middle of the town, very convenient. Hence the name, haha. The female dorm has it's own bathroom with the shower, as well as another one on the floor. So there are no lines for the bathroom. Even though it's close to the main road and traffic in Vietnam requires constant honking the room felt really quiet, which is great. When I checked in there was no one on the reception so the note said to check in, choose the bed and text the owner. Which is very chill. The bedsheets were not the cleanest, with some tissues tucked behind, crumbs and hair, so I tried to choose the cleanest bed. And I would recommend to bring your own tissues/toilet paper, since there wasn't any. Overall, exactly as expected, convenient location, chill owner.

El personal era maravilloso, caliente y amigable aunque había un poco de barrera lingüística que trataban de comunicar en su mejor , Google Translate también podría ser muy útil.Localización es muy buena, en la parte de atrás del café y restaurante Vietrekking. -muy estratégica para aquellos que desean tomar fotos del tren funicular pasando.A 10-15mins caminar al Sapa Center.El desayuno gratuito servido en 0800AM el personal preguntaría sus preferencias.Un lugar muy acogedor y relajado si desea un ambiente de frío.Gracias Para el personal que nos dejó quedarnos mientras esperamos para recoger nuestro autobús a pesar de que nos hemos echado a solos, parejas o familias.
