This is my hotel of choice when I travel to Baohe District, Hefei on business, and this will be my 3rd stay. The hotel location is very good, with many good quality restaurants on the doorstep of the hotel and easy access to the city centre if required. The hotel rooms are large, well-equipped and always very clean, which is a credit to the diligent maid service at the hotel. The facilities at the hotel are everything I require when travelling on business, and the hotel staff are respectful and understanding of my busy schedule, helping with any requests I have, including help with laundry if I am busy. The staff respond quickly and positively to any concerns or help required, and nothing is too much for them. They prepare and serve good coffee in the lobby which helps start my day, and the breakfast selection is good and organised. There are many positives about this hotel, but what stands out is the staff - They are always happy, kind, helpful, positive and efficient, which makes my time very easy and smooth, even though we do not speak the same language. I recommend this hotel without question and hope that you have a very good experience if choosing to stay with them 👍

I booked a non-smoking room because the listing on Trip.com clearly stated that non-smoking rooms were available. I specifically requested a non-smoking room during booking and again at check-in. Hotel staff offered a larger room with supposedly better ventilation for an extra 49 RMB, which I paid. When I entered the room, it smelled strongly of smoke, and the ventilation was very poor. I went to the reception to complain, but they told me there were no non-smoking rooms. Later, when Trip.com contacted the hotel regarding my complaint, the hotel falsely claimed that I was given a free upgrade and that I had not complained after check-in. Both statements are untrue — I paid for the upgraded room, and I did complain in person about the smoke and poor ventilation. Overall, my stay was extremely uncomfortable, and the listing on Trip.com is misleading. I do not recommend this hotel, especially for non-smokers.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. One of its strongest points is the location: it is extremely close to the metro station, which makes moving around the city very easy. Just a few steps away there is also a large shopping mall with many restaurants, cafés, and food options, perfect both for quick meals and relaxed dinners. The room was comfortable and clean, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was quiet and welcoming. The staff was helpful and professional, which made the stay even smoother. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent transport connections and plenty of dining options nearby.

Este es un apartamento. No hay escritorio frontal y no hay interacción w propietario excepto mensaje a través de trip.com Llegamos alrededor de 10.30pm a la noche. Estaba lloviendo mucho y nuestro taxista no pudo encontrar la entrada. Era lo suficientemente agradable para hacer una segunda ronda de la zona, pero todavía no lo puede encontrar. De mapa, básicamente estabamos casi allí. Al final nos dejó en la carretera con nuestras maletas bajo la lluvia pesada. El apartamento no es tan esperado como las fotos que se muestran en trip.com. El propietario pone las hojas de cama y toallas en el balcón. El árbol de palma se secó. La tapa de acero inoxidable como la cubierta de cenizas en el suelo (el tablero de vinilo se quemó). No hay herramientas de cocina. No hay forro ni cuchillo. Tenemos 2 pares de colchones de desmontable. Aunque tienen cocina, un refrigerador y un bañera de lavado. El baño es pequeño y espera que todo se moja dentro. La cama no es cómoda. Hay incluso un cigarrillo en una de las habitaciones. Escribo con todos los negativos porque este lugar está ganando alta calificación. Pero la ubicación está justo al lado del Centro de Convenciones Baihu. Quizá no haya muchos extranjeros que viajen aquí, por lo tanto, el propietario no esperaba a alguien que no podía leer y hablar chino para reservar el lugar.

The hotel is truly magnificent, located in the center of Hefei, very close to the main dining and sightseeing spots. The service is excellent, and the staff is very friendly. They even gave me a better room than the one I had booked, with a window and beautiful views. The room was clean and spacious, equipped with a projector for watching movies, a desk, mineral water, etc. The bathroom was also spotless and in excellent condition. If you come to Hefei, I highly recommend staying here!

Está muy cerca del teatro de Huang Mei, hay un estacionamiento gratuito, la higiene y la comodidad, cómodo y rápido, hay un fuego de fuego en el entorno, bueno!!!

It was not bad but could be better The staff was extremely kind but the amenities are a bit too old and there is this weird smell in the bathroom. Location is good tho
