En el Hengli Grand Hotel, la puerta es muy lujosa, es el B&B independiente del hotel, más de 60 pisos, hay que pedirle al mayordomo que pase la tarjeta para entrar al ascensor, la higiene es muy limpia, los marcos de las puertas de acero inoxidable están limpios, se puede mirar en el espejo, esto es lo que más admiro, ha sido la habitación durante varios años, de hecho, es capaz de mantenerla tan limpia, incluso quise preguntarle qué productos de limpieza usa, es tan limpio, los cristales son transparentes, sin rastros de agua, aunque no es inteligente, la decoración un poco antigua, pero personalmente presto mucha atención a la limpieza, esto está muy bien hecho, la habitación es bastante grande, espaciosa, y la lavadora separada es muy conveniente. La vista desde la ventana es muy hermosa, no está muy lejos de la atracción, hay un metro a 6700 metros, camina unos 5 minutos, no está cerca. El viaje directo en metro de regreso al aeropuerto es muy conveniente, Dalian es realmente hermoso, volveré si tengo la oportunidad.

Проживание в этой квартире лучшее, что случилось с нами в Даляне! Жили 5 дней. Хозяин замечательный, добрый, весёлый и щедрый, говорит на английском языке, помогает во всем. Его жена очень красивая и добрая, очень выручила нас с обувью для ребенка, у дочки болела нога и нужно было купить другую обувь, она сводила нас в магазин и помогла купить недорогие и очень качественные кроссовки. Хозяин постоянно угощал сладостями и газировкой, это было очень мило! Квартира оснащена всем необходимым, кондиционер, шкаф для одежды, стиральная машинка, плита, сушилка, чайник, столик для еды, стулья и две большие кровати, особенно хочу поблагодарить за качественный фен, а так же за шампунь, кондиционер и гель для душа - дорогие и очень хорошие. Гель для стирки, средство для мытья посуды, зубные щётки, мыло и многое другое, всё есть. Вода в неограниченном количестве, уборка по запросу, хозяину можно написать в вичат. Уборка в номере хорошая, полотенца меняли часто. Месторасположение апартаментов тоже удобное, минут 15-20 до площади Чжуншань и метро, неподалеку супер огромный супермаркет с очень широким ассортиментом, рядом несколько кафе, голодными не были никогда. Цена за номер не очень высокая, но качество и отношение хозяина на высоком уровне. Возможно что-то забыла написать.. Большое Вам спасибо! Однозначно рекомендую эту квартиру для проживания! Когда будем в Даляне в следующий раз, обязательно остановимся тут. И кстати, жили на 25 этаже, вид на озеро и горы шикарный!

It's very difficult to find. The reception is on the 15th floor, you can't go up without a key. But very friendly staff, helped.

Absolutely worth every penny! I can sum up my stay in one word: exceptional value. The room was very spacious with a million-dollar view, all at a very friendly price. There is a washing machine in the room, and hot water was not an issue at all during winter. Just a small tip: avoid showering while the washing machine is running, as it seems to draw the hot water away. At first, I thought there was a food warmer or stove, but this room does not have one. However, the staff kindly allowed us to use the microwave at the office. The host was incredibly helpful and always replied very quickly on WeChat — so fast that I honestly wondered if they ever slept! 😄 The bedding was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was smooth and flexible; we could easily request cleaning or refills on the days we needed them. If there is one area for improvement, I would suggest renovating some details, such as repainting areas where the paint is peeling and re-sealing the sink edges and other parts of the bathroom. There was a slight cigarette smell in the room, but it really depends on how sensitive you are. For us, opening the window for ventilation or using a spray solved the issue easily. Some noise from other areas was noticeable, as there is a gym on the same floor, and during our stay it was New Year’s, so there were some party noises. That said, this can happen anywhere and is not something the property can fully control. Getting there was easy — we took a taxi directly to the hotel address. Check-in is on the 23rd floor, Room 19, where they provide the room number and access code. Wi-Fi is available, and only a passport is needed for registration. For check-out, simply notify them via WeChat. Around the hotel, there are a few small local eateries within walking distance, though we did not notice a convenience store nearby. Overall, I would rate this place excellent. I’m not judging it by hotel star standards, but by value for money — and what we received was far beyond what we paid for. Highly recommended!

在大連玩了幾天，最滿意的就是住的這家民宿了，忍不住多寫幾句。先説位置，在大連港附近，出門去哪都方便，周邊配套也齊全，不管是去景區還是找吃的都很省心，晚上又不會太吵，休息得特別好。再説房間，整體非常乾淨清爽，每個細節都打理得很到位，住進去就覺得特別放鬆。設施方面該有的都有，用起來也順手，跟在家裡一樣自在。最打動人的是老闆的服務，特別真誠實在，不會油嘴滑舌，但處處都能感覺到用心，回覆消息快，解決問題的效率也高，讓人住得踏實又舒心。住了幾天下來，最大的感受就是這不是那種冷冰冰的商業民宿，而是真正用心在經營的地方。價格也合理，性價比高，花這個錢住出這個體驗，我覺得很值。以後再來大連肯定認準這家了，也會跟身邊的朋友好好推薦，希望老闆一直保持這樣的水準，生意越來越好

Easy check-in and check-out. The room was small and not a doble one, but it was clean and has enough amenities. It's central located, has easy access to public transportation with good options for food in neighbourhood.

This hotel's location is genuinely brilliant, right in the city centre next to the Zhongshan subway and plaza, and for this price point, you really can't ask for better. The staff were friendly and helpful despite the language barrier (Google Translate sorted us out fine), and the cleaning team were lovely too. The room was decent and properly clean, I checked for dust and there wasn't any. However, the hotel is quite old, and there was some mould on the ceiling and in the bathroom and shower curtain. It didn't bother me personally, but worth noting, and a bit of spray would be great. That said, Dalian was incredibly humid when I visited in late August, so I suspect this is partly a climate issue. Even my own towels wouldn't dry properly. The place was quite busy, mainly Chinese customers, but they were quiet and discreet. Practical bits: they provide two bottles of water daily and disposable paper towels (which actually came in handy given the humidity). The room also had a washing machine (bring your own detergent) and you can hang clothes outside on the 9th floor veranda. There's a bus stop right outside with direct services to Xian Lu (shopping and basement food market) and the Transport University area night market, the subway goes straight to the airport, and you're walking distance from the main tourist spots like Russian Street, the old tram etc. Plenty of restaurants nearby too. And two convenience stores on ground floor. This place accepts foreign tourists and check-in was quick and easy. Internet was fast but slower in the evenings. Honestly, some of the complaints I've read here seem a bit harsh considering what you're paying. You get what you pay for, and at this price point in this location, I think it's fair value. I'd stay here again, especially if travelling on a budget. Thank you, we had a lovely time in Dalian!
