Hoteles con spa en Taipéi

Excelentes servicios, un hotel limpio y un personal generalmente cálido y amable. Sin embargo, estábamos celebrando el cumpleaños de mi esposo y nos recibieron bien, pero nada especial considerando que pagamos por un tratamiento especial de nivel ejecutivo. El desayuno tenía muchas opciones, pero algunas limitaciones para quienes son veganos y desean opciones más saludables. El personal carece de la atención que se merece un 5 estrellas, y también de una actitud de ”se puede hacer” para atender las peticiones de los huéspedes, especialmente cuando son tan simples. Por ejemplo, pregunté varias veces durante el desayuno y en el salón si podían servirme sandía (porque vi que tenían sandía recién cortada y almacenada en el refrigerador), pero todo el personal dijo que no repetidamente. Me sentí ridículo viendo esa sandía allí tirada y yo sentada, tan decepcionada día tras día, con antojo y sin poder conseguirla, así que fui al centro comercial de enfrente y me la comí allí. En realidad, no fue una experiencia de cinco estrellas. Aparte de un excelente spa y gimnasio, nos fuimos bastante decepcionados :(

Keep the high standard of Mandarin Oriental Group - the room is comfortable, bed is good for sleeping and breakfast is delicious. It is recommended to choose this hotel when you have the chance to stay in Taipei. 

En general, una estancia muy agradable en una habitación del Horizon Club. El servicio en el salón del Horizon Club, en particular, fue excelente en todo momento: Joyce, Beatrice y Anita, las encantadoras chicas que se aseguraron de que cada visita al salón fuera un placer. Los desayunos, el té de la tarde y las horas felices de cortesía en el Horizon Club le dieron un valor añadido a la estancia. ¡Excelentes vistas del Taipei 101 desde la habitación! (Imagen adjunta).

This was my first stay at Hotel Metropolitan Premier Taipei with friends, and the overall experience was excellent. The hotel features an elegant Japanese-inspired design, creating a calm and comfortable atmosphere. The room was spacious, spotless, and well maintained, while the bed was exceptionally comfortable, allowing for a great night’s sleep. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive, making both check-in and check-out smooth and efficient. The hotel facilities were well equipped and kept in excellent condition. The public areas were clean, bright, and inviting. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, including both Japanese and ********* dishes, all of high quality and freshly prepared. The location is also very convenient, within walking distance of Nanjing Fuxing MRT Station, making it easy to explore Taipei or travel for business. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of service, facilities, and comfort. It was a truly enjoyable stay, and I would gladly choose this hotel again on my next visit to Taipei. I highly recommend it to both leisure and business travelers.

This is my first time staying in 北投 and I really enjoyed my 3 night stay here. First of all, location is excellent, just across the road from a MTR station, it's easy to go anywhere. The room is huge and well layout. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The air refresher scent in the room is very nice. There is a small balcony that you can go out to. The highlight of the room is the bathroom with the big bath tub that can accommodate more than 2 ppl with no issue. Love the 硫磺温泉水。Love the breakfast. You don't need a lot of food... just good food, don't have to be aplenty. Love the public onsen on the 12th floor. I will stay here again.

El servicio fue pésimo. Reservé este hotel con dos comidas. Para la cena, nos dijeron que no podíamos pedir el menú caro, así que pedimos según lo recomendado. Las ostras no estaban muy frescas y la sopa estaba muy licuada y sin sabor. No disfrutamos mucho de la comida, y al terminar, nos dieron la cuenta con un cargo adicional. Le pregunté a la señora a qué se debía ese cargo adicional, y al principio ni siquiera supo qué era lo que pasaba. Luego llamó a otra señora mayor, quien regresó y nos explicó: ”Este menú que pediste no estaba incluido en tu plan de comidas. Pero no importa, es culpa nuestra, no te cobraremos. Aceptaremos los cargos adicionales”. Sentí que no nos estaban dando algo ni prestando servicios con generosidad. Fue muy incómodo. Y el chico que trabaja en el spa del segundo piso fue muy grosero. ¿Cheng? ¿Chen? Fue muy grosero y nada agradable. Además, para el spa exterior (¿piscina?), sé que muchos otros hoteles permiten usar gorro de ducha, pero me dijeron que comprara uno de natación. Eran tan estrictos que, aunque llevábamos traje de baño, no pudimos usar el spa exterior (¿piscina?). Pagué casi 600 $ y este hotel no merece tanto. No lo recomiendo jamás.

1. Misleading Entrance Signage Upon arrival, we followed the signage pasted on a pillar that directed guests to a staircase entrance. However, when we reached that entrance, we were shocked to find the door marked with the sign “来宾止步” (“Guests Stop Here”). When we raised this with your staff, we were told that this entrance has not been in use since the COVID-19 period. While we understand that certain operations may have changed during the pandemic, COVID-19 restrictions have ended for more than two years. If the primary entrance has been permanently closed, why has no corrective action been taken and the misleading signage still left there? Carrying heavy luggage up and down a sloped path unnecessarily was frustrating and avoidable. 2. No Staff Assistance or Clear Signage at the New Entrance When we finally located the new entrance, there were no staff members on standby to assist us, nor was there any clear external signage indicating that this was the correct way to access the lobby. The explanation given later was that all staff were away assisting with parking which is not acceptable. At least one person should have been assigned to remain at the entrance, or the last person leaving should have arranged for another colleague to cover the position. In addition, the Operations Director mentioned that there is signage inside the new entrance directing guests to take the elevator to the lobby. However, this logic is flawed. If guests cannot locate the correct entrance in the first place, how could they possibly see a sign placed inside? 3. Poorly Trained and Unprofessional Front Desk Behavior After struggling outside, we called the number listed on Google. Only then did someone finally come out and lead us in. By that time, we were exhausted and upset. When we confronted the front desk staff about why they ignored us, despite us clearly visible outside the “来宾止步” glass door, making eye contact and knocking for help, but they claimed they “did not see us.” This excuse was clearly untrue, as we observed them looking in our direction. Even more disappointing, none of the front desk staff offered an apology even until we requested to speak to the Operations Director and asked him to review the CCTV footage. After reviewing the footage, the Operations Director confirmed that the front desk had not been alert and apologized on their behalf. However, he did not acknowledge that the front desk’s attitude and lack of sincerity were also serious problems. Being “not alert enough” and showing no sense of apology or empathy are two entirely different issues. As an international hotel, the front desk is the first impression of your service. Regardless of the quality of your facilities, this poor experience completely overshadowed the positive aspects of our stay. It also severely damages the reputation of Kagaya Group — a brand that has long been admired for its exemplary Japanese hospitality and politeness. Although we appreciate the Operations Director’s effort to make amends by offering us a meal and gifts (which we declined), it remains undeniable that this incident reflects a failure in staff training and management oversight. We hope that management will seriously review this incident, especially the issues of: - Inadequate and misleading signage at the entrance - Lack of staff presence and assistance upon guest arrival - Poor front desk awareness and unprofessional behavior We trust that Kagaya Group will uphold its proud tradition of service by addressing these problems promptly and ensuring no other guests experience such treatment in the future. We are long-time Taipei residents and now whole of Beitou area pretty well becuause we like hot sorings very much. Relaxing undisturbed atmosphere of this hotel is certainly big advantage. Its clean to perfection with minimalistic style of high-end japanese style onsen. i loved wooden floorings in the rooms , great hot spring bath with convenient hot spring water and mountain water taps so you can regulate the temperature you like. outside atmospheric is so amazing natural you wake up and feel yourself like somewhere deep in the jungle forgetting for sometime that you are close walking distance to Xinbeitou station. I walked around in the morning to Beitou Hot Spring Museum area, had wonderful breakfast with family and felt shiawase along every moment i stay there

Sweetme Hotspring Resort is a fantastic place to unwind and recharge. The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from Xinbeitou Station and conveniently close to many restaurants. One of the highlights of the stay was the spa experience. Guests can enjoy both the private in-room hot spring and the public spa facilities. The room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. Breakfast was another strong point, with a good selection of food to start the day right. Overall, Sweetme Hotspring Resort delivers a well-rounded experience with great amenities, a prime location, and a relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely come back again.

Buen ambiente fuera de la ventana de la habitación del hotel. El aire acondicionado es suficiente... Y hay aguas termales en la habitación♨️ (el espacio en la piscina tiene capacidad para una familia de tres) La recepción es muy educada (hay un hermanito muy guapo😍) El hotel dispone de un servicio de traslado en autobús a las estaciones de MRT ”Xin Beitou” y ”Beitou”. Los viajes al hotel deben reserv**** con antelación. No es necesario reservar si viaja cerca de una estación de MRT
