Las cosas que se pueden mejorar incluyen a. El servicio en el restaurante puede ser bastante hostil y cuando nos pidieron una cuchara, el personal nos pidió que la tomáramos de la línea del buffet. b. La ubicación apenas tiene taxis y es necesario hablar un poco antes de llegar a la carretera principal para llegar a más taxis. C. El baño no tenía sal de baño, pero esto es un asunto trivial. Aparte de eso, debo decir que fue una estancia agradable y el servicio de recepción es digno de elogio.

Disfruté muchísimo de mi primera estancia en el Hotel Regent. Mi hija menor y yo hicimos un viaje relajante juntas. El diseño del hotel era sofisticado y elegante, con un ambiente limpio y confortable, perfecto para descansar. La ropa de cama era especialmente cómoda y limpia, lo que nos permitió relajarnos por completo, a pesar del cansancio. No teníamos planes ni horarios; simplemente queríamos descansar y dormir. Agradecí especialmente el excelente y variado servicio de habitaciones del Hotel Regent. Incluso a altas horas de la noche, podíamos pedir comida sin tener que salir a comprar nada. Gracias por el servicio gratuito de consigna de equipaje, que nos ahorró la molestia de cargar con nuestras maletas. ¡Espero poder quedarme más tiempo la próxima vez para disfrutar plenamente de las instalaciones y servicios del hotel!

Excellent and very friendly service throughout my entire stay from doorman to concierge to front desk to housekeeping to restaurant to gym. Great location next to Shandao temple MRT and within walking distance to Taipei station, nice restaurants, cafes and the famed Fuhang soy milk. I also enjoyed the excellent lunch buffer at the hotel restaurant Kitchen 12 at incredibly reasonable price. But please note that Marriott Bonvoy platinum elite or higher tier members do not receive the usual executive lounge access or free breakfast if you book via Trip.com (you need to book directly with Marriott to enjoy the benefits).

Ubicación - 5 estrellas: Si vas al Taipei Arena o al estadio, la ubicación de este hotel es muy conveniente. El 7-Eleven de la planta baja también es muy práctico. Higiene - 4 estrellas: El baño de la habitación siempre tenía un olor extraño. No sé si era un problema con la ventilación o si era porque estábamos en la penúltima habitación. Instalaciones - La habitación no tenía plancha ni báscula. El tamaño de la habitación era normal, lo cual está bien. Hay dispensadores de agua en cada piso, lo cual es muy conveniente. Servicio - Al hacer el check-in, nos encontramos con una señorita llamada Emma Lin, que fue una pesadilla. Fue el único servicio realmente terrible de todo nuestro viaje a Taipei. Nunca nos miró a los ojos y fue muy desinteresada. Quizás tuvo un mal día. Afortunadamente, otro miembro del personal, Kevin, nos ayudó con mucho entusiasmo. Advertencia - Las habitaciones número 80 de cada piso corren el riesgo de ser vistas desde el pasillo del ascensor a través de la ventana, así que traten de evitarlas. Gracias a Kevin por cambiarnos de habitación tan atentamente.

Yes, it's charming. Friendly staff and cozy rooms create a welcome-atmosphere. The location is excellent - in a walking-distance to Songshan Station. Even Taipei 101 is only 1,5 km on foot away. Good to know: Should you book the breakfast option don't expect a breakfast buffet, but packed sandwiches or ban baos instead. Free coffee and soft drinks are being on offer 24/7. And the nearby night market caters all needs throughout the day anyway. Ubikes rental stations are plenty to start your bike adventures in Taipei. Simply begin at the nearby Rainbow Bridge and cycle along the Keelung River.

This is our second time staying in Stat Beauty Hotel for their Luxury Double Room. This time we stay for 4 nights and the location of the hotel is near the MTR station and the night market of Shillin Night Market. It will about 15 - 20 minutes from the hotel walk to the MTR station or take 20 - 26 minutes from the hotel walk to Shillin Night Market. The room we booked is big enough for us it two persons that stay and the room is nice but the hotel always provide one pillow for one person . If I sleep on the bed with only one pillow then I can see the rooftop and not the TV. I suggest to the hotel to provide two pillows for each person to stay  without our request, so that he can watch the TV easily. The bathroom is big and come with a big bathtub. The water pressure is now t very strong but just good enough for shower.  I would like to make a bit complaint to the old lady for the the housekeeping. She only come to change towels, refill toiletries  and thru rubbish only and never do cleaning and arrange the bedding. So on my third day O have towels request to the front seat to tell her to clean our toilet. Overall we are happy to stay in Star Beauty Hotel and would like to recommend this hotel to other travellers. I will stay again if I come to Taipei in the future.

Stayed here for one night and it was a solid, comfortable stay. The room was a good size, clean, and well laid out, with a comfortable bed and fresh linens. The balcony was a nice bonus, even for a short stay. Everything worked as expected, including the air-conditioning and shower, which had good pressure. The space felt practical and easy to settle into, especially after a long day. It’s a no-frills hotel but does the basics well. Overall, a reliable option for a short stay and I’d consider staying again.
