Recientemente me quedé en un hotel y la experiencia fue excelente desde el principio hasta el final. La habitación era moderna, luminosa y muy tranquila, aunque la zona era muy ocupada. El baño también era grande, con ducha fuerte y excelentes instalaciones. What a wonderful hotel! About half an hour before we arrived I had conracted the hotel for a special request and they made sure it happened. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the food was very good. We enjoyed our own private hot spring spa in our room and the ones in the public area. It is a great place to go when you want to get out of the city. We went for a long walk to explore the area and it was beautiful. I hope to go back to this hotel again soon!

Reservé una suite familiar, pero la experiencia real no fue la mejor para familias, ya que la habitación no tenía ningún tipo de mobiliario adecuado para niños pequeños. Lo más importante es que la iluminación de la habitación era realmente tenue, lo que la hacía inadecuada para ir con niños. Sin embargo, el entorno del hotel es impecable, y las dos cacatúas que actúan como «mayordomos» que responden a todas las preguntas son un buen detalle. Además, el servicio de transporte es muy puntual. La variedad del desayuno no es muy amplia, y después de comer dos veces, la sensación fue normal. Los diversos servicios de experiencia incluidos también fueron un poco decepcionantes. Intentamos reservar la experiencia de panadería dentro del horario establecido, pero nos dijeron que la preparación tomaba tres horas, lo que imposibilitó la reserva. El pastel del té de la tarde que nos ofrecieron tampoco estaba muy bueno. En general, si buscas un buen ambiente, puedes venir, pero en cuanto a la experiencia, no consideraría volver.

這次入住寧海喜來登酒店真的超滿意！一進大堂就被挑高的空間和暖黃燈光治癒，香氛味道高級又不刺鼻，前台Brisa Yumiko辦理入住時非常貼心熱情，細節控直接被戳中～ 房間推開窗就是迷人湖景，床墊軟硬度剛好，配的羽絨枕頭簡直像睡在雲朵裏！浴室乾濕分離設計超合理，大浴缸還能邊泡澡邊看電視，洗漱用品是大瓶裝的木質香調，用完頭髮都香噴噴～ 早餐區簡直是吃貨天堂！現煮的寧海特色麥餅配豆漿絕了，還有本地小海鮮，連水果都擺得像藝術品。最驚喜的是泳池邊的休息區，午後點杯咖啡看窗外綠意，完全不想退房～ 服務人員全程笑臉盈盈，這種把客人當朋友的貼心感，難怪住過一次就想再來，下次來寧海必須還選這兒！

The hotel is excellently maintained for its age. My room was very clean and spacious. The location is situated in the heart of the city. It is very convenient for both business and vacation travel.

服務：入住期間最滿意的就是服務人員的態度，各個都親切有禮，不愧是親子酒店的服務態度，對孩子們都很友好，帶孩子游泳時忘了姐姐忘了拿泳鏡🥽酒店阿姨還主動幫我看孩子，誇獎孩子們游泳好，哈哈，提供樂我們情緒價值。謝謝此次的管家Kenvin盡心照顧，讓我們渡過了小假期！ 環境：酒店位置出行很方便，到美術館、韓嶺老街衹要幾分鐘的路程，不過酒店本身就可以待上一整天了，適合不喜歡趴趴走的家庭，昨天一入住我們直奔泳池、然後在休閑池泡了好一會兒，太適合剛爬了山的我，衹是有些按摩鍵好像壞了，如果修好了就更棒啦！早餐的選擇很豐富，我們還遇到“不知怎麼飛進來”的金龜子，還有一羣可愛的小鴨子，這頓早餐吃的孩子們都開心極了，衹能説環境真好，哈哈😂 設施：房間帶陽台，可以看到湖景風光，非常舒服！衣帽間的門可能因為長時間使用會摩擦地板造成很大的聲音，如果能維修好就更好了！ 最後，世上本沒有什麼完美的事情，但我認為真誠和善意最重要，謝謝酒店全體人員給了我們温馨的服務體驗。

La ama de llaves Xiaoying fue muy considerada y explicó los detalles del check-in y la ubicación antes de registr****, y preparó las batas de baño y los artículos de tocador de los niños con anticipación. Siempre estábamos ahí para hacer preguntas, porque no lo hacíamos. Es cómodo. También enviamos especialmente sopa tremella y leche caliente, y organizamos comida para llevar para las vacaciones ... Todas las personas en el hotel son muy entusiastas y proactivas al saludar. Se proporciona té caliente al registr****... La habitación es espaciosa y el hardware general coincide con la calificación de estrellas. Rodeado de árboles verdes y escuchando el canto de los pájaros temprano en la mañana, es de hecho un buen lugar para el ocio y el entretenimiento. ... La atención se centra en las aguas termales y el castillo travieso, que satisfacen mejor las necesidades de adultos y niños... Los adultos pueden tener las manos libres... El castillo travieso es muy grande, muy limpio en general y cuenta con personal dedicado para administrarlo. Es muy seguro, y los niños pueden jugar en él sin miedo a que se les acabe...puedes sumergirte en él durante al menos 3 horas➕. La temperatura general del agua en el área de natación es muy cómoda y la calidad del agua es muy limpia... Un agradecimiento especial a la hermana Deng por acompañarnos siempre a mí y a mi hija. Ella es muy cariñosa. La niña superó su miedo al agua con su ayuda. a pesar de que la niña salpicó agua y sus zapatos estaban completamente mojados Toru, a pesar de que nadamos hasta las 9:30, no hubo prisa ni prisa... Camine hasta Hanling por el lado izquierdo cuando salga del hotel, tardará unos 20 minutos... Incluso si no conduce, puede llegar llamando a un taxi con antelación o llevando comida, siempre que haces arreglos con anticipación... En general, 5 puntos de elogio. Upon arrival, May, the Front Office Manager, greeted us with a warm smile that instantly melted away our travel fatigue. With professionalism and attention to detail, she introduced the hotel’s amenities and kindly recommended an upgrade to the Lakeside Suite—a decision that immersed us in a dreamlike Jiangnan experience far beyond our expectations. The Lakeside Suite framed Dongqian Lake like a living ink-wash painting. Each morning, we opened the floor-to-ceiling windows to mist-kissed waters resembling a classical scroll; by dusk, the lake shimmered in amber hues under the setting sun, dotted with distant sailboats. Inside, the suite masterfully balanced traditional Chinese aesthetics with contemporary comfort—exquisitely carved screens divided the tranquil living space, embroidered cushions complemented modern art pieces, and the freestanding bathtub by the window created the illusion of floating above the lake. The smart bedside control system, allowing us to adjust lighting and curtains with a touch, harmonized technology with timeless elegance. May’s service was nothing short of impeccable. Noticing our preference for quiet mornings, she proactively adjusted housekeeping schedules. When we expressed interest in local flavors, she not only recommended authentic Ningbo restaurants but also hand-drew a map of nearby attractions. These thoughtful, personalized touches transformed a routine stay into a heartfelt experience. At checkout, a carefully prepared gift and a handwritten note from May added the perfect sentimental farewell. Park Hyatt Ningbo redefines luxury through details—not in opulent extravagance, but in the artful fusion of cultural heritage, intuitive service, and refined design. Here, every corner whispers a Jiangnan tale, and every gesture carries genuine warmth. I planned a family trip close to Shanghai and this Hotel was an excellent choice for a calm, relaxing family stay. However, I have particularly chosen this hotel because it was stated as *pets are allowed for request(free) and I booked a Queen room with lake view. As I arrived this hotel, it turns out that I had to upgrade my booking to a Pet room which wasn’t featured in trip.com website so I had to pay approx 1000 rmb per night for my dog. The pet room had a balcony with a little grass but I kept thinking that it should have been clearly informed or stated. So if you plan to stay here with your pet, bearing in mind the total cost for a pet room will be around 2400rmb inc.VAT. Nevertheless the hotel is nicely located with a good lake view and the short trip around Dongqian lake was not bad. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for a pet owner though. If you have children this hotel might be a good choice.
