Hoteles con spa en Changsha

La estadía más satisfecha en los últimos meses. El estilo general del hotel es muy avanzado, tanto chino como moderno, y la privacidad es especialmente fuerte, lo que me satisface. El servicio de los administradores y el personal del hotel es muy cuidadoso, pero también beneficia, ¡eso es genial! También es una suerte que el personal actualice el tipo de habitación, el sonido y la máquina de café en la habitación son preciosos. Si vienen a Changsha la próxima vez, volverán a elegir esta casa. Paraíso I.

We stayed in one of the Sheraton Yunda suites for our december Christmas trip to Changsha. The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is very comfortable with excellent amenities. Breakfast was well organized with a very good selection of local and western foods. Miss 小秦 provided us with an excellent service and was very helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely stay again next time we visit Changsha 😊

My stay at this hotel was excellent! The most beautiful lake view room is simply stunning. Breakfast offers many choices with the fish soup noodles my favorite mouth watering one. It is a great place to relax for a few days. The long walk around the entire lake is really enjoyable. Many places to eat and hang out close by.

I ordered food late at night and there was no robot to deliver it to the room, so I called the front desk if they could bring it to the room. They refused and told me to get it myself. After going to the lobby I see the receptionist talking to the assistant, both of them are clearly not busy. Sure, I can get the food myself but when I'm paying the price for an Intercontinental hotel I would expect top tier service. And I've had hotel assitants bring the food to my room in chinese hotels that costs less than half the price of this one. Besides that, the hotel looked nice, and the room was good. The location is not really great if you plan to walk anywhere, but with a taxi it's acceptable. The view is pretty good if your room is facing south. Facing north (even with river view) it's not that spectacular.

Quedé muy satisfecho con las instalaciones y la decoración de la habitación. Me encantó especialmente el secador de pelo y el inodoro con calefacción; eran fantásticos. La recepcionista, Sisi, fue increíblemente atenta; me trajo una bandeja de fruta por la noche. Incluso la señora de la limpieza notó mi incomodidad (¡no me había afeitado!) y me dio una maquinilla de afeitar. La próxima vez que esté en Changsha, ¡sin duda me alojaré aquí de nuevo!

Well service in W hotel, all staffs and manager are really nice and they always concern what we want. This is my parents who 50s anniversary and they set up a great decoration in the room which surprised us.

¡Una estancia muy satisfactoria y encantadora! Mi marido, yo y nuestros dos hijos hicimos un viaje de última hora a Changsha y elegimos la habitación familiar con temática de astronautas del Hotel Langham Place Changsha. La habitación era muy espaciosa, con una pequeña tienda de campaña para los niños, una mesa de juegos para construir juguetes y una cama doble de 2 metros y una cama de 1,3 metros para un niño: suficiente espacio para cuatro personas con comodidad. Nos alojamos tres días y el desayuno buffet fue excelente; los niños comieron de maravilla. ¡El servicio del hotel también fue excepcional! Respondieron con rapidez a todas nuestras necesidades. Compramos un paquete que incluía Ocean World, el Parque Acuático, el Mundo de Hielo y Nieve y el Circo, y lo disfrutamos todo. Llegar al centro en taxi también fue muy práctico; ningún sitio era demasiado lejos. Encontrar un hotel familiar como este en el centro es raro y caro, así que este hotel ofreció la mejor relación calidad-precio en general. Se lo recomendaría a mis amigos que visiten Changsha, ¡y sin duda lo elegiré de nuevo la próxima vez!

Service is excellent from the concierge (礼宾部）. Assisted with luggage to give the welcoming feels to the hotel. Enjoyed the whole stay overall! Recommend for tourist.

Great service. Buggy service on stand by all the time in front of the room. Huge room and clean. Aircond not cold at all in the room , temperature could not be adjust and it's centralised. Even the toilet is more cooler than the room.
