VV.GraceWe stayed at this hotel during a family trip. There were seven of us, and we booked three rooms. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Before our arrival, they kindly helped us receive and store parcels. I also contacted them several times on WeChat before the trip for assistance and inquiries, and they were always responsive and accommodating.
We checked in very late at night, but the front desk staff were still patient and welcoming, without any sign of inconvenience. The lady who prepared breakfast was also very kind. One of our family members is vegetarian, and she was flexible enough to adjust the noodle soup so that the vegetarian guest could enjoy breakfast as well, which we really appreciated.
The scenery around the hotel is beautiful. The only minor downside is that the hotel is a bit far from the nearest metro station, but aside from that, everything was very convenient.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and if we have the chance to come back, we would definitely consider staying here again.

This mountain hotel is an absolute gem for anyone craving peace and connection with nature—easily one of my favorite getaways in recent memory.
From the moment I arrived, the architectural charm stood out: sleek, modern white buildings nestled against a lush forest backdrop, with rustic stone retaining walls adding a warm, earthy contrast. The interiors are just as thoughtfully designed—cozy lounge areas feature a crackling wood-burning stove that invites you to kick back and unwind (I spent hours with my feet up by the fire, sipping tea, and forgetting the outside world).
The outdoor spaces are equally delightful: sun-dappled patios with soft flooring, where my spaniel wandered by (a sweet, unexpected touch!), and gravel paths that lead to sweeping views of the wooded hills. Every corner feels intentional, balancing minimalist design with the raw beauty of the surrounding nature.
What truly makes this place special is the tranquility. It’s quiet enough to hear the rustle of leaves and birdsong, yet the amenities are comfortable and well-appointed—no roughing it here. The staff (though I didn’t interact much, thanks to the seclusion) seemed attentive, and the little touches (like the firewood stacked neatly by the stove) made the stay feel personal and cared for.
If I had to nitpick, it’s that the remote location means you’ll need a car to explore nearby spots—but that’s part of the appeal for a true escape.

KkaihockGreat services and support from 管家。Our flight arrived close to midnight. The hotel was kind enough to pick us to hotel, and also packed noddles for our supper ! We travel as friends and booked 4 room. We were heading to ZJJ the next day via private vehicle. Great location as airport hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at Meixi Lake Hotel, A Luxury Collection, in Changsha. Our Grand Deluxe Suite on a high floor was spacious, beautifully designed, and featured sweeping views of Meixi Lake — even from the shower and bathtub, which was a unique and luxurious touch. Watching TV from the bathtub was an unexpected delight. The bedding was exceptionally comfortable, making for a restful and relaxing stay.
The second-floor Chinese restaurant served excellent cuisine, and Manager Alice provided outstanding service that truly enhanced our dining experience. We also appreciated the warm hospitality of Manager Evan He, who not only recommended a superb local restaurant but also made the reservation for us — the food there was outstanding.
We enjoyed a peaceful walk around the lake, visited the nearby Meixihu Cultural Art Center, and made use of the hotel’s well-equipped fitness center and relaxing sauna.
Highly recommended for both comfort and service — a true luxury experience in Changsha.

A diez minutos de la puerta del este de Zhuangshan, es muy adecuado para la ruta hacia la puerta del este de Zhuangshan. Puede volver al hotel ～

UUsuario invitado¡Una estancia muy satisfactoria y encantadora! Mi marido, yo y nuestros dos hijos hicimos un viaje de última hora a Changsha y elegimos la habitación familiar con temática de astronautas del Hotel Langham Place Changsha. La habitación era muy espaciosa, con una pequeña tienda de campaña para los niños, una mesa de juegos para construir juguetes y una cama doble de 2 metros y una cama de 1,3 metros para un niño: suficiente espacio para cuatro personas con comodidad. Nos alojamos tres días y el desayuno buffet fue excelente; los niños comieron de maravilla. ¡El servicio del hotel también fue excepcional! Respondieron con rapidez a todas nuestras necesidades. Compramos un paquete que incluía Ocean World, el Parque Acuático, el Mundo de Hielo y Nieve y el Circo, y lo disfrutamos todo. Llegar al centro en taxi también fue muy práctico; ningún sitio era demasiado lejos. Encontrar un hotel familiar como este en el centro es raro y caro, así que este hotel ofreció la mejor relación calidad-precio en general. Se lo recomendaría a mis amigos que visiten Changsha, ¡y sin duda lo elegiré de nuevo la próxima vez!

UUsuario invitadoWe’re delighted to have stayed here. The reviews consistently praise its great location and the fact that the ground floor of the hotel offers access to the plaza. The 50m² room also boasts ample storage and a walking wardrobe, making it a great choice for travellers with lots of luggage.
Another positive point is the excellent air quality in this hotel. Unfortunately quite often I could smell mould in some even five stars hotels. But not this one, which I am very pleased.
However, I’d like to mention the sightseeing ticket. The hotel provides one-way tickets, but the sightseeing bus doesn’t run a circular route. This means you’ll need to pay to return. The one-way ticket costs 6 RMB and the hop-on-hop-off ticket is 28 RMB. The total duration is likely around 30 minutes, which isn’t too long. I think the sightseeing bus route design is a bit poor as we often see the buses empty.

UUsuario invitadoIt was one of the best hotel I ever stayed... everything's perfect. I had a Nespresso coffee provided in the room and went out of the hotel next morning. Upon returning to my room I noticed a piece of note next to the Nespresso machine written by the maid (with her name on the note) saying something like I noticed you like coffee and therefore I provide you additional 4 capsules of coffee for you to enjoy. Upon check out on the 3rd day I brought the note to the receptionist and gave the maid a CNY200 tips. great hotel, will definitely stay again next time I visit Changsha.

UUsuario invitado非常驚喜的一次入住！在橘子洲觀看主席雕像時正好看到酒店在主席遙望的方向，就想着酒店的房間是不是能看到主席像呢？然後就在攜程上查找，果真可以！打電話過去確認了一下就馬上下單了！到店之後服務人員都很熱情，還很大方歡迎水果和雞尾酒品質也都不錯，非常暖心！前台小馬特意讓我加了她的微信，方便我有事隨時問她，後續她真的幫助我很多，從哪裡的小龍蝦好吃，到幫我訂午餐位，都非常熱心，非常感謝她！後來才知道，原來酒店開業不足一個月，也算是又一個意外之喜吧！還送了餐飲券啊打車券啊，非常實用非常貼心！如果下次還有機會來長沙，我還要住！

UUsuario invitadoLa habitación es muy limpia! La estética del jefe es muy en línea, la decoración de madera en el pequeño yrtillo ➕ Triangle ➕ todos los tipos de frutas! También hay frutas de bienvenida! La experiencia de viaje está llena! El transporte es conveniente, a 10 minutos a pie del lago, y todos los tipos de comida en la calle cerca del yrtillo! El metro es muy conveniente en cualquier dirección. La actitud del jefe es super buena. El tiempo de la semana también se le ha dado gratis 🆓. El dulce perro de la tienda 🐶 es muy divertido! Muy recomendado! La próxima vez que venga Changsha, también escogerá esta casa!
