El servicio de la señorita de recepción el día 10 fue excelente y muy satisfactorio. Durante el check-in, me explicó amablemente los tipos de habitación y el hotel. El desayuno también fue muy variado, y los sábados y domingos se sirve hasta las 10:30, lo cual es perfecto para los que no nos gusta levantarnos temprano. El check-out fue rápido y la recepción también me ayudó a guardar el equipaje, lo cual fue muy conveniente. Además, en recepción pueden ayudarte a conseguir agua caliente. Volveré a alojarme aquí la próxima vez. La habitación mejorada también me pareció muy buena, me encantó.

La ubicación del hotel es muy conveniente, está cerca de todo. Por las noches, hay mucha comida deliciosa y un ambiente animado afuera, pero la insonorización del hotel es excelente, ¡así que no se escucha nada! Hay muchos lugares para explorar cerca. La habitación tiene el baño separado (ducha y WC), y el inodoro es calefactable. El champú del hotel no es de mala calidad, tiene una fragancia natural muy sutil y agradable. El desayuno es muy abundante, con fruta, ensalada, bollos al vapor, siu mai, fideos, liangpi, bebidas, boniatos y mochis, ¡todo ilimitado! Solo piden que no se desperdicie. Por las noches también ofrecen gachas para antes de dormir. En el vestíbulo hay muchas plantas y las bebidas son excelentes; recomiendo especialmente el té de pomelo con miel que preparan dos de las chicas, está delicioso. El servicio del hotel también es fantástico. Incluso tienen un dron DJI para tomar fotos increíbles, aunque para usarlo hay que escanear un código que te da la recepción. La habitación también tiene un espejo redondo giratorio y un espejo de cuerpo entero, muy útiles para peinarse y elegir la ropa. Me quedé varios días y la experiencia general fue fantástica, ¡lo recomiendo al máximo!

The hotel has an unbeatable location along Taiping Old Street. It requires less than 2 minutes of walking from North gate 北门 of the street to the alley where the hotel is located. Taiping Old Street is where you can find all of Changsha souvenirs and best restaurants gathered in one location, which makes the hotel a perfect place to stay in Changsha, especially on the last night of your travel. I appreciated that the hotel helped to accept our Tabao hauls before we arrived. Further more, the hotel provides free door to door laundry service! Even though we were only staying 1 night, the hotel still offered this service to us by collecting our laundry at 11pm and returning the clean laundry back to us early next morning! We were impressed that despite being so hidden in an alley, the hotel had automatic door AND A LIFT even though there were only 3 storeys! Upon opening our hotel room door, we were welcomed by 小度. The room was large and cosy, with an automatic flush toilet. I read in a previous review that there was no place to hang clothes in the showering area, but this has already been taken care of, which shows that the owner does listen to the feedbacks given. If there is anything to improve on, perhaps change one of the pillows to a latex pillow, as the pillows were too soft for our liking. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who is coming to Changsha!

很滿意的親子房，房間寬敞，乾淨，很安靜，服務員都特別好，12樓的小花園能看到芒果台，還有自助洗衣服帶烘乾機，熨燙機，真是雨季出遊的大救星，獨棟的酒店送餐都是機器人，安全感拉滿，早餐很豐富，特別推薦粉和烤腸，就在酒店二樓很方便，周邊吃飯也方便，外賣也很快，離湖南博物館走路十分鐘吧，逛到閉館自己可以很快到酒店真是幸福感爆棚。去烈士陵園公園也很近，很大植被很美的公園，水杉拍照很有感覺，含氧量很高0，總之，很舒服很方便的酒店，極力推薦

La habitación habitada en una habitación ordinaria es la mayor de la temporada, con un área de vestir independiente, un área de oficina que tres personas pueden sentarse, una televisión grande, tranquila y nueva y muy cómoda. A diez minutos de la puerta del este de Zhuangshan, es muy adecuado para la ruta hacia la puerta del este de Zhuangshan. Puede volver al hotel ～

The hotel easy to walk around, surrounded by restaurants, Main Street, Wuyi meto exit 8 and 5 minutes to Huangxing road and easy to go Taiping street. Bed are comfortable, full with room amenities. The breakfast provide local food, and also good taste.

La ubicación es increíble, ¡10/10! Justo al lado de la estación de tren de Changsha y del metro. El desayuno está incluido. Sin embargo, el tamaño de la habitación puede ser un poco pequeño en comparación con otros hoteles en China. Nos alojamos aquí porque llegamos en un vuelo nocturno y necesitábamos tomar el tren por la mañana. Está a solo un minuto a pie de la estación, lo cual es genial. El único inconveniente es que el baño se moja mucho al ducharse, pero proporcionan zapatillas. Además, la alfombra del pasillo fuera de la habitación tenía un olor a humedad.

I had a pleasant stay overall and would consider coming back in the future. The room was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. As I was celebrating my birthday, the hotel kindly upgraded me to a room with a bathtub, which was a lovely surprise and much appreciated. The room’s aesthetic was stylish and cozy, and the cleanliness met my expectations. The staff were also wonderful throughout my stay. They were friendly, responsive, and always willing to help whenever I had a request. There were, however, a few minor inconveniences. The hotel is located inside an alley, so taxis are unable to drive directly to the entrance. Unfortunately, I arrived during a rainstorm and ended up stranded outside with my luggage. To make matters worse, the lobby door sensor wasn’t very responsive and took several attempts before it finally opened. I spent a few amusing (and slightly miserable) minutes standing in the rain waiting for the door to decide I was worthy of entry! Another small issue was the elevator. For a hotel with only seven floors, the lift felt surprisingly slow at times, especially when heading back to the room after a long day out. That said, the comfortable room, thoughtful birthday upgrade, beautiful design, and excellent service made the stay enjoyable overall. If you’re looking for a clean and aesthetically pleasing boutique hotel with attentive staff, this is definitely worth considering.

El Buffet estaba desnudo. La mayoría de los alimentos estaban casi terminados en 7.30am. A la hora de bajar en 7.30am no más comida. Y le pregunto al responsable cómo vienes no llenas. Sólo no mencionó más y no llenas. Le pregunté que el bufete era hasta 0930 am. Y como cliente pagamos el dinero por el bufete de desayuno. Era muy rudo sólo dice que no más. Este es realmente un bufete de desayuno muy bueno y el peor que jamás tuve. Todo está vacío. ¿Qué comer????? El gerente que puse un anillo. Muy mala actitud y servicio.

The hotel entrance is on the side and can be reached from exits 7-8 of Wuyi Square. The front desk staff is Yuan Yuan and the service is enthusiastic. I will come back next time I have the opportunity
