El servicio de la señorita de recepción el día 10 fue excelente y muy satisfactorio. Durante el check-in, me explicó amablemente los tipos de habitación y el hotel. El desayuno también fue muy variado, y los sábados y domingos se sirve hasta las 10:30, lo cual es perfecto para los que no nos gusta levantarnos temprano. El check-out fue rápido y la recepción también me ayudó a guardar el equipaje, lo cual fue muy conveniente. Además, en recepción pueden ayudarte a conseguir agua caliente. Volveré a alojarme aquí la próxima vez. La habitación mejorada también me pareció muy buena, me encantó.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, cerca de la puerta, a unos minutos de la puerta, puedes ir a caminar por la noche y ver la luz. No está lejos de la estación de metro. Las instalaciones están completas y el servicio es prudente. Hay muchos restaurantes privados con buen ambiente alrededor.

Great hotel located along a bustling street. As it is a pedestrian street, do note that cars aren't allowed to enter and stop directly infront of the hotel. There is some distance to walk from the main street to the hotel but it isn't a long stretch. Design and vibe of the place is impeccable, I am thoroughly pleased with it. However the room I stayed in did feel abit stuffy at times, as there weren't any windows towards the outdoors. Not a major issue overall. There was a small ventilation window towards the corridor. Tastefully designed. There was a bright light emitting from the smart toilet that unfortunately shone brightly towards the sleeping area and when we switched off the lights in the room, it was like a beacon in the dark. Very distracting. We tried to cover it up but couldnt entirely remove the brightness of it. It was really unfortunate placement of things I suppose, and the layout of the room. I believe it doesn't happen for all rooms so perhaps it was just the layout of this room. Amenities were good and sufficient. No full length mirror sadly. The staff were kind and helpful, we asked to leave our luggage there 2days prior and they were ok to keep it for us. They also helped keep delivery parcels for us. They also have a wechat contact and are prompt to reply to texts and enquiries. We also had some issues with a delivery item arriving late after had left and the staff were so helpful and accommodating as we texted over wechat to coordinate the return pick up of the item. Really grateful for their help and service attitude. Overall great experience and would definitely consider coming back again!

La ubicación del hotel es excelente y muy conveniente. Justo detrás hay una calle de puestos de comida y al lado un centro comercial. Está cerca de la Isla de los Naranjos, y lo más fácil es ir en metro, a solo una parada, lo que te ahorra mucho ajetreo. En la puerta principal está la avenida principal Xiangjiang Middle Road, así que coger un taxi también es muy fácil. La habitación que reservamos tiene un estilo chino, sencilla pero no aburrida, y por la noche se pueden ver las luces del espectáculo nocturno de la ciudad. También está muy cerca de la calle Taiping, por lo que puedes aprovechar el tiempo libre para dar un paseo.

La ubicación es increíble, ¡10/10! Justo al lado de la estación de tren de Changsha y del metro. El desayuno está incluido. Sin embargo, el tamaño de la habitación puede ser un poco pequeño en comparación con otros hoteles en China. Nos alojamos aquí porque llegamos en un vuelo nocturno y necesitábamos tomar el tren por la mañana. Está a solo un minuto a pie de la estación, lo cual es genial. El único inconveniente es que el baño se moja mucho al ducharse, pero proporcionan zapatillas. Además, la alfombra del pasillo fuera de la habitación tenía un olor a humedad.

La habitación no fumadora está reservada para descubrir que todas las habitaciones son fumadoras, pero que tratan la habitación después de que los huéspedes se hayan verificado. La ubicación es muy conveniente, pasos de la salida 7, y la ruta de la silla de ruedas a la salida de la estación de tren 6 es sólo una fácil caminación de 7 minutos. La recepción está en 7 pisos, lavandería gratuita en 14 pisos.

I had a pleasant stay overall and would consider coming back in the future. The room was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. As I was celebrating my birthday, the hotel kindly upgraded me to a room with a bathtub, which was a lovely surprise and much appreciated. The room’s aesthetic was stylish and cozy, and the cleanliness met my expectations. The staff were also wonderful throughout my stay. They were friendly, responsive, and always willing to help whenever I had a request. There were, however, a few minor inconveniences. The hotel is located inside an alley, so taxis are unable to drive directly to the entrance. Unfortunately, I arrived during a rainstorm and ended up stranded outside with my luggage. To make matters worse, the lobby door sensor wasn’t very responsive and took several attempts before it finally opened. I spent a few amusing (and slightly miserable) minutes standing in the rain waiting for the door to decide I was worthy of entry! Another small issue was the elevator. For a hotel with only seven floors, the lift felt surprisingly slow at times, especially when heading back to the room after a long day out. That said, the comfortable room, thoughtful birthday upgrade, beautiful design, and excellent service made the stay enjoyable overall. If you’re looking for a clean and aesthetically pleasing boutique hotel with attentive staff, this is definitely worth considering.

Situado cerca del centro de exposición y del centro de exposición internacional y de la estación de tren. El hotel está situado en una zona nueva, limpia y hermosa: a través de un escenario verde y deportivo, pero en un lugar separado para asegurar un ambiente tranquilo y relajado. El hotel está muy bien situado, y es muy limpio y le da una impresión de hotel de alta calidad, pero el precio es sorprendentemente un negocio comparado con otros. Además, está cerca del aeropuerto, la estación de tren y también muy fácil de reservar taxi para ir a cualquier lugar. La habitación es espaciosa, limpia y agradable con todas las comodidades y comodidades que necesitas. También hay una opción de convertir el sofá en una cama extra sin cargos, pero no lo necesito. En el primer piso hay un pequeño supermercado donde se puede encontrar la mayoría de las cosas y snacks comunes. Además, los servicios de atención al cliente son increíbles, el personal era amable, útil y el check-in fue rápido y fácil. El hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad, pero no se puede llegar a la ciudad. The hotel entrance is on the side and can be reached from exits 7-8 of Wuyi Square. The front desk staff is Yuan Yuan and the service is enthusiastic. I will come back next time I have the opportunity
