«Tengo que decir que la mitad de mi amor por Changsha se debe a este hotel. La relación calidad-precio es inmejorable y además me incluyeron el desayuno, que fue muy abundante y perfecto para alguien como yo que no puede comer picante. El hotel me asignó un mayordomo muy atento que me ayudó a resolver todos mis problemas. Como estaba tomando medicina tradicional china, pedí al hotel que me guardara los medicamentos y me los entregara a tiempo cada día. El servicio fue extremadamente atento. La habitación estaba limpia y ordenada, sin ningún olor extraño. Soy alérgica a los ambientadores y no había ningún aroma, lo cual fue genial. La única pequeña pega es que el inodoro y la ducha no están en habitaciones separadas, lo que puede ser un poco ruidoso para el compañero de habitación por la mañana, pero no es un gran problema. Además, el hotel ofrece aparcamiento gratuito, lo cual fue muy conveniente ya que alquilé un coche. En resumen, ¡es excelente, excelente, excelente! Volveré la próxima vez.»

«La habitación con vista al río de primera línea ofrece una vista sin obstáculos y el servicio es excelente. Agregué el WeChat del dueño al registrarme y cualquier problema se resolvía de inmediato. Incluso me informó amablemente sobre el espectáculo de luces, aunque lamentablemente no pude verlo porque salía temprano y volvía tarde. Hay lavadoras y secadoras en la planta baja. La primera noche, volví después de las diez de la noche y bajé la ropa a las once. La recepción me ayudó a lavarla y me dijo que no tenía que esperar, que podía recogerla al día siguiente cuando me despertara. ¡El servicio es fantástico!»

«El vestíbulo presenta un elegante diseño de estilo chino, con una agradable fragancia y una relajante música de fondo que alivia el cansancio del viaje. Los mayordomos Xiao Zhang y Xiao Hu son eficientes, amables y atentos. La habitación es espaciosa y luminosa, y la ropa de cama ha sido cuidadosamente seleccionada. El colchón es moderadamente blando y duro, y el edredón es ligero y cálido. Es digno de elogio.»

«¡Acierto seguro si eliges este apartamento para tu estancia en Changsha! Está muy cerca de la Línea 2 del metro, con acceso directo a la Isla de la Mandarina y la Montaña Yuelu, lo que te evita los transbordos. La habitación está impecablemente limpia y la ropa de cama, de algodón de alta calidad, te hace sentir como si durmieras entre nubes. Incluso el baño cuenta con una alfombrilla antideslizante y discos desmaquillantes.»

«The hotel is close to the Changsha Railway Station (***NOT*** Changsha South Railway Station), about 2 - 3 underground metro stations away. The closest metro line is Line 6. It's located in what looks like an office building from the ground floor. You'd have to take an elevator up to the 5th floor to reach the lobby. I think it's a mixed use property, with some floors are offices, some are residential apartments and, of course, the hotel on the 5th floor. The hotel lobby has a garden terrace with seating and a small exercise area with a few gym equipment. The room is nice with a comfortable bed and a huge flat screen tv. It even has a mini fridge. I love a big rain shower in the bathroom. The water pressure and temperature are great. There are two small washing machines and two dryers, where you can have your clothes washed and dried for free (detergent provided), although there could be quite a queue in the evening as the washers/dryers are occupied. You would have to get them done by midnight, however. A bus stop is also nearby where you could take a public bus to downtown for shopping or attractions. Tips: If you love taking good photography or selfies, do not miss out on the Chinese Knot or Lucky Knot Footbridge, not too far from the MICA Art Museum. You could do both together in one day.»

«This hotel really redefines what high quality service at luxury hotels should be - personable, friendly, attentive, and professional. The staff are eager to be helpful, are extremely communicative and responsive via WeChat, and cater to your every needs. My impression before I arrived was already a positive one because they helped me arrange two packages to be sent in advance to the hotel. They even let me use their contact details as the contact number to make the order as I did not have a local phone number. Upon arrival, the packages were waiting for us and housekeeping took away the leftover packaging. They also offer a free laundry service and I cannot emphasise how soft and nice smelling our clothes were when we received our freshly laundered clothes. The bathroom amenities are the luxury brand Le Labo and the water provided is the mineral water brand Evian. Of course they also have Dyson hair dryers. The daily breakfasts are truly decadent with abalone on our first morning and Angus sirloin on our second morning. We can order seconds of any of the dishes we liked. Fruit juices are freshly made. The barista even made takeaway drinks for us to enjoy on our outings. Afternoon tea and evening soups are also provided and guests can choose what time they would like it to be served and where (for example, hotel room or hotel lounge). They even prepared cold milk for us to soothe us after we returned from dinner eating some local spicy Changsha chicken. Truly outstanding service! One of the things that sets this hotel apart from any other we have stayed at are the afternoon activities they offer to their guests. On our second day we enjoyed a Cloisonné enamel class in the hotel and we will certainly be displaying the fruits of our hard work in our home when we return home. All the materials were provided to us and one of the lovely staff provided instructions and was extremely patient with us despite the language barrier. Such unique experiences on offer each day really make the stay so enjoyable for guests. I can understand why this hotel was won so many accolades. The staff really have earnt this award. It is thanks to their dedication that this hotel has earnt such a prestigious reputation. It is genuinely worth every penny! I am not sure when we will return to Changsha but it is exciting to know that the hotel does have another branch in Chengdu which we will be keen to visit, perhaps next year. All I can say is that I will always have fond memories of this hotel and particularly its staff and this hotel has certainly set the bar high for outstanding service.»
