El personal recordó nuestras opciones de fruta, siempre sirvió con un sonriso, y fue lo suficientemente amable para asegurarse de que las habitaciones están probadas sin que nos preguntásemos explícitamente. La ubicación del hotel también fue excelente, situado justo al lado del barrio comercial ocupado de Huang Xing Road, sin embargo, dado cómo se ahogó al lado no se sentía como estabamos en medio de los barrios comerciales más ocupados de China - ¿Qué? Recomiendo muy bien este hotel para cualquiera que viaje a Changsha.

El vestíbulo presenta un elegante diseño de estilo chino, con una agradable fragancia y una relajante música de fondo que alivia el cansancio del viaje. Los mayordomos Xiao Zhang y Xiao Hu son eficientes, amables y atentos. La habitación es espaciosa y luminosa, y la ropa de cama ha sido cuidadosamente seleccionada. El colchón es moderadamente blando y duro, y el edredón es ligero y cálido. Es digno de elogio.

¡Recomiendo ampliamente el Renmei Caotang B&B en Pushe! Las instalaciones de las habitaciones están excepcionalmente bien diseñadas, con puertos de carga USB fácilmente disponibles. Las zonas de baño separadas (una para agua y otra para agua) son increíblemente prácticas, y cada detalle está cuidado, lo que garantiza una estancia muy cómoda. A Wonderful Family Stay at Jato Hotel in Changsha! My family and I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at the Jato Hotel in Changsha, and it proved to be an excellent base for our adventures in this vibrant city. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere, which is always a relief when travelling with children. Our family room was a highlight. It was thoughtfully laid out, providing ample space for all of us and our luggage without feeling cramped. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after long days of sightseeing – a crucial factor for keeping everyone happy! We particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the room and, indeed, the entire hotel. It’s clear the staff take great pride in maintaining high standards. The amenities at Jato Hotel catered well to our family's needs. While we didn't use every facility, knowing there was a restaurant on-site was convenient for those evenings when the kids were too tired to venture far for dinner. The laundry service also came in handy, a real bonus for any family on an extended trip. The Wi-Fi was reliable, keeping the teenagers content during downtime. What truly stood out was the service. The staff were consistently friendly, approachable, and eager to assist with any queries we had, from directions to local attractions to recommendations for family-friendly eateries. Their helpfulness made our stay significantly smoother and more enjoyable. The hotel's location was also very convenient, allowing us easy access to explore Changsha's key sights. While specific distances to attractions might vary depending on the particular Jato Hotel branch, we found our location to be a good starting point for our excursions. Overall, our experience at Jato Hotel was overwhelmingly positive. It offered a comfortable, clean, and family-friendly environment with excellent service. We would happily recommend it to other families looking for a welcoming and convenient place to stay in Changsha and would certainly consider staying here again on a future visit.

The hotel has an unbeatable location along Taiping Old Street. It requires less than 2 minutes of walking from North gate 北门 of the street to the alley where the hotel is located. Taiping Old Street is where you can find all of Changsha souvenirs and best restaurants gathered in one location, which makes the hotel a perfect place to stay in Changsha, especially on the last night of your travel. I appreciated that the hotel helped to accept our Tabao hauls before we arrived. Further more, the hotel provides free door to door laundry service! Even though we were only staying 1 night, the hotel still offered this service to us by collecting our laundry at 11pm and returning the clean laundry back to us early next morning! We were impressed that despite being so hidden in an alley, the hotel had automatic door AND A LIFT even though there were only 3 storeys! Upon opening our hotel room door, we were welcomed by 小度. The room was large and cosy, with an automatic flush toilet. I read in a previous review that there was no place to hang clothes in the showering area, but this has already been taken care of, which shows that the owner does listen to the feedbacks given. If there is anything to improve on, perhaps change one of the pillows to a latex pillow, as the pillows were too soft for our liking. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who is coming to Changsha!

La ubicación es buena... puedes caminar 10 minutos o tomar el metro (solo 1 parada arriba) desde la plaza Wuyi... la limpieza también es buena... el hotel es bastante nuevo, pero aparte de eso, está por debajo del promedio... el servicio en la recepción necesita mejorar... al joven que trabaja allí no le importa el servicio en absoluto... también tienen servicio de lavandería gratuito, pero mi ropa regresó manchada en lugar de limpia.

One of my favourite stays in Changsha! Everything that I liked about this stay was that — lobby gave off serene vibes, reception was lovely, room was clean with a pleasant gentle scent, free self-serviced laundry facility, simple yet well equipped mini-gym, and not to mention they had this sun-dried mandarin snack served with local tea. I highly recommend this stay to travellers who are travelling light and want a peace of mind from the hustling bustling city noise. One more thing! The millet porridge they offered as supper was the greatest late night snack I could ever asked for on a rainy night! (FYI, I’m not sure if this is offered on a regular basis).

Un retiro de la montaña Serene: una escape perfecta del Hustle Este hotel de montaña es una joya absoluta para cualquiera que desee paz y conexión con la naturaleza, a la vez una de mis mejores camiones en la memoria reciente. Desde el momento en que llegué, el encanto arquitectónico se destacó: edificios blancos modernos y elegantes, envueltos en un fondo forestal lujoso, con paredes de piedra rustica que conservaban un contraste caliente y terrestre. Los interiores son tan pensados como las áreas de salón cozy tienen un horno de combustión de madera que le invita a saltar y descansar (Pasé horas con mis pies al fuego, ahogar té, y olvidar el mundo exterior). Los espacios exteriores son igualmente deliciosos: patios con sol envueltos con suelo suave, donde mi spaniel caminaba por (un dulce, un toque inesperado!), y caminos de la tumba que conducen a la visión de las colinas de madera. Cada esquina se siente intencional, equilibrando el diseño minimalista con la belleza cruda de la naturaleza. El hotel está muy tranquilo, pero no se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad. El personal (aunque no interaccioné mucho, gracias a la seclusion) parecía atento, y los pequeños toques (como el madero de fuego que se aprieta bien por el horno) hizo que la estancia se sintiera personal y cuidara. Si tuve que hacer nitpick, es que la ubicación remota significa que necesitará un coche para explorar los puntos cercanos, pero que es parte del llamamiento para una verdadera escape. Calificación: 5/5 Este hotel no es sólo un lugar para dormir; es una oportunidad de desacelerar, respirar y sumergirse en la belleza de la naturaleza.

Hotel increíble en general. Instalaciones de fitness y bienestar, así como desayuno. Toda la calidad es excelente. Altamente recomendable quedarse aquí para una experiencia de lujo, moderno y elegante.

Taken to our room by host, immediately upon entering, host asked if we were happy with the room or wanted to upgrade. Layout of Apartment appeared suitable for our needs and appeared in order so declined upgrade as we weren’t sure if that would be additional cost. Once host left we put our bags down and started to settle in and as we did so found the unit to be unclean. It was like the unit had not been throughly cleaned for some time. dust and grime on surfaces and floor, broken bedside cupboards and bed head laying against the wall in the kitchen. We set about cleaning the apartments we Harley unpacked and it would of been an inconvenience to us to have to replace our things. We set about cleaning the room. the host messaged us within the hour to ask if we were satisfied with the room or wanted to still upgrade. I let them know that the room was u clean & we were not satisfied but didn’twant to risk another dirty apartment. Given the conversation with the host and repeated question about us wanting to upgrade, I feel that they were aware the room was not up to standard. The layout of apartment is good with 1 bedroom 1 toilet and shower and lounge area downstairs, 2 bedrooms, toilet and washing machine upstairs. 1 shower for all apartment with needing time between showers due to hot water system needing time to reheat can make for a long time for everyone to get ready. Note pictures are dated so room is not as pristine as presented in photos but good location. Is it ok? Yeah, would I stay here again? No
