W Changsha

No había agua en el piso 12 de la primera habitación en la que me registré. El gerente nos dijo que hiciéramos las maletas y que mejoramos la habitación. Después de empacar nuestro equipaje y reparar la tubería de agua, el maestro entró y llamó a la puerta de la habitación y dijo que la tubería de agua estaba reparada y lista para usar. Llamaría a la recepción para preguntar ¿Cambiaste la habitación? El gerente vino y le dio la tarjeta de la habitación para cambiar de habitación. Lo que está sin palabras es que el grifo de la nueva habitación 801 ha estado abierto durante mucho tiempo y todavía está muy embarrado ... El hotel recién renovado no puede evitar el olor de la decoración ... Al menos estoy satisfecho de que a la hora del check-out, mi amigo tomó la tarjeta y me devolvió el dinero a la alberca, pero el mesero del gimnasio dijo que según el motivo, nuestra regla aquí es que los huéspedes que se hospeden pueden usar la alberca ... ¿usar? El personal de la recepción también dijo que puedes nadar en cualquier momento que quieras ... En general, se siente un poco fuera de contacto entre el personal de servicio

Vale la pena venir al hotel temático espacial w, ¡pero ahora hay tanta gente y la gente del bar es un poco ruidosa! El servicio esta bien. El colchón es un poco duro. Abierto por 5 días, sin mencionar que el precio es caro, no hay regalo de bienvenida, ¡el desayuno es el mejor de todos los w hoteles!

La rareza de la experiencia de acogida me brindó un servicio entusiasta durante todo el proceso, que también se considera destinado. [Transporte]: Está muy cerca de la estación de tren de alta velocidad Sur y del aeropuerto, y se puede llegar en 20 minutos. [Ambiente]: Es digno de ser el último y más moderno, lleno de sorpresas por todas partes, junto con la entusiasta presentación de la Sra. Rarity, indica que este hotel está a punto de convertirse en la carta de triunfo de Changsha. [Servicio]: Si hay 100 puntos, dé 100 puntos 100 puntos. [Detalles del elogio]: Cuando me fui, tuve que olvidarme de registrar la matrícula y mostrar la multa de estacionamiento. La señorita hermana pudo responder muy rápidamente y estaba ansiosa por resolverlo por mí.

Al enterarme de la nueva apertura, vine aquí en particular, el hotel tiene un estilo de diseño novedoso y está lleno de ciencia y tecnología modernas, las habitaciones están limpias e higiénicas, y el Rarity es una experiencia bienvenida. ¡El medio ambiente, la higiene y el servicio son muy buenos! Hay una gran piscina, un gimnasio, un restaurante chino y un bar de limpieza. La habitacion es muy confortable. El servicio de atención al cliente Rarity nos recibió muy calurosamente y nos presentó las características del hotel. También nos llevó a mí y a mi hijo a visitar el parque infantil del hotel especialmente diseñado para niños. Muy satisfecho con esta estancia

I stayed for 3 nights over Christmas at the W Hotel and it went above and beyond all expectations! From the sleek, modern design to the impeccably clean facilities. It felt very festive as windows and tables were adorned with delightful Christmas decorations, the highlight was the lovely pink tree on the first floor, it was super cute! The entire staff's commitment to ensuring my stay was exceptional deserves high praise. They catered to every need with a level of care and attentiveness that exceeded all expectations. Day 1: Lovely plate of fruit. Day 2: Cute knitted pouch with candy. Day 3: Xmas-plate of fruit and chocolate log. Plus a big shout out to Eric, who was super attentive and assisted in organising my Christmas Eve afternoon tea and the delicious 5-course Christmas Day meal. (It was pricey at 1288, but included the regular buffet, and a gorgeous red basket with gifts plus an oversized bag! So was worth it.) The bar/chill out area seems to be the hangout place. The energetic atmosphere on Christmas Eve was super cool. There was a runway showcasing several models and a cool DJ. It added an exciting vibe to the festivities, making the evening memorable. Furthermore, the huge swimming pool and changing room facilities felt luxurious, only thing missing was a jacuzzi, although sauna and steam room were great. Additional info: hotel is connected to the mall, line 2 metro is accessible via the mall which made is super convenient to travel around the city. Definitely recommend staying here! This W Hotel flawlessly combines luxury, sophistication, and a vibrant atmosphere, making it a standout hotel.

The service of this W hotel in Changsha is one of the best which I visited the same group in Hong Kong or other Asian countries before. Rooms is very modern and good decide for User friendly. The location is also very excellent as shopping and restaurant inside the same building which is good as usual

Good hotel. Love the pool. Downside- it’s not walking distance to the night markets and party area. Overall a good location and cleanliness 💪 卫生：best 环境：very good 服务：the staff keeps pressing the elevator for me, very caring!!!!

Love the decor curated by the hotel for my note on our wedding anniversary. Room is huge, cosy and clean. Small lapses in the restaurant due to coffee and egg table requests but otherwise attentive. Location is about 30mins away from all the actions but next to a mall and a train station. Was attended by Dimond at the reception and she is great along with other staff.
