La zona de recepción era muy oscura, muchas luces de abajo, pero supongo que para salvar la energía no se desactivaron, no muy bienvenida. Bar cerrado y también en la oscuridad. Habitaciones sólo OK pero cond no hizo el trabajo así que habitación muy caliente así no podía dormir. La habitación está muy cerca de la habitación y la puerta cerrada se ha hecho de mi puerta. Reclama 4 estrellas realmente sólo 2.Not valor por dinero y por el mismo precio de estancia en el Hotel Anel justo alrededor del rincón

Excelente hotel estuvimos hospedados mi marido y yo 3 semanas,nos sentimos como en casa teniamos una habitacion estudio con pequena cocina equipada en excelentes condiciones la atencion es inmejorable,mas nos se puede pedir,tanto de la recepcion como la administracion todo super limpio y en especial en epoca de covid19 que siempre uno tiene ese temor mijaela nos ayudo mucho igualmente los demas esta hubicado a pie a 300 mts de la calle peatonal llena de restorantes y negocios lo recomiendo sin dudas

We have just returned from a 4 night stay at the Best Western Terminus Hotel in Sofia. What an amazing hotel this is, on the doorstep of a fantastic public transport system. The hotel is around 1 mile away from the downtown area. Don't let that put you off, the tram stop is directly outside the entrance. The room was spacious and had all of the necessities to ensure that we had an enjoyable stay. The fridge was a really useful addition. The bed was huge in the king room!! The housekeeping staff were great and serviced our room daily. The breakfast was a continental buffet style. Again, this was a great start to the day and was included in our room price. A good selection of hot and cold options. There is no bar area in the hotel however there is a fridge in the reception area where you can purchase alcohol and non alcoholic drinks to take away to consume in your room. All of the staff members that we met were professional in their conduct and were polite, friendly and helpful. We loved the luggage room availability - as we had a late flight, the staff agreed to look after our luggage so that we could enjoy our final day in this beautiful city. The hotel price was an absolute bargain. This alongside the quality accommodation and friendly/helpful staff makes this a great choice of hotel. I would highly recommend and will return here in the future. Don't be put off by previous comments about the area around the hotel. As in any city in the world, you need to be vigilant. We had no issues at all. We found the Bulgarians to be extremely polite and welcoming.

Ubicado en el centro de la ciudad, el hotel es muy conveniente para ir de compras y hacer turismo. El desayuno tiene salmón fresco, colmena inmobiliaria búlgara, sabe muy dulce, el hotel ofrece servicio de recogida en el aeropuerto, 7 euros para una persona

La ubicación del hotel está cerca de una estación de metro ya solo una cuadra al lado de la calle peatonal que lo lleva a muchos restaurantes y tiendas. El hotel está limpio y se esforzaron por brindarte la mejor orientación cuando les preguntes. El desayuno es delicioso y tienen opciones que se adaptan a tus necesidades. Nos encantó la hora del desayuno ya que ofrecían diferentes tipos de café y más. Recomiendo encarecidamente el hotel para familias y parejas, ya que está en un rincón tranquilo junto a muchos buenos restaurantes y bares.

En el centro de la ciudad, se tarda 10 minutos en llegar a pie hasta la iglesia de San Jorge. El entorno circundante es generalmente alrededor, y hay menos opciones para comer. El hotel en sí, la habitación y el desayuno en general.

We spent only one night in one of the ”panorama” rooms so this review is resticted to just those things that left an impression. The room itself is very large, being divided into three areas: a living area, bedroom and bathroom. Arguably there is also a separate hallway in front of the main door. Note however that only the bathroom is divided from the rest of the room by its own door. Everything was very clean and mostly comfortable. There was both a shower cabin and a separate bathtub, and a large selection of bathroom toiletries was provided. So far so good. It was clear that the hotel was not busy at all during the period between Christmas and new year, but despite that, there was an excellent selection of things for breakfast, hot and cold, healthy and not so healthy, together with decent coffee from a machine. One thing I didn't like, though, was that the oranges were just cut into quarters and not peeled. There is a balcony where you could take your breakdast if the weather is a bit warmer. When we arrived in the room, it was very, very warm to the point of being very uncomfortable. There are two air conditioning controls in different places in the room, and we turned them down to the lowest possible temperature (marked as 10 degrees on the control) and turned the fan speed up to maximum but it made absolutely no difference. There was still warm air coming out of the vents. The only option to cool the room was to open the windows and turn off the aircon. This of course makes it rather noisy, since the hotel is located in the city centre. This lack of effective aircon is a serious problem and given the price of the room, it should be working properly. Other people have complained about this in their reviews; the hotel really needs to do something about it, because it seriously discourages us from coming to this hotel again, especially during the summer - and we are regularly in Bulgaria every summer. Certain other things could use some attention from the hotel. The pillows on the bed are filled with some rubbery substance that provides no support and is very uncomfortable to sleep on. There seems to be no alternative available. There is a minibar in the room with items priced as high as you would expect, and when you check in, they insist that you pay a Lv50. deposit against use of the minibar, which is refunded when you check out - provided that they've checked that you haven't used anything. This is the first hotel where I've ever had to do that. The staff on reception, especially on checkout, were mechanical and not pleasant to deal with. I don't know if it's just a lack of confidence in English but it really doesn't feel great to deal with such robotic people and it is neither a good first or last contact with the hotel. The room has a safe and slippers are provided but no bathrobe. Also no iron to iron out the creases in your clothes that they've got from being in a suitcase for hours. I've never stayed anywhere else in Sofia so cannot comment on whether this is great for Sofia, but international 4* standard, it isn't. Most of the staff are lovely, apart from the member of staff who decided one evening that we were not allowed to have a glass of wine in the lobby bar because the bottle of wines were ”reserved” and ”for show” (the excuse changing from one minute to the next.) He couldn't explain who or why they were reserved or for show. The room servicing is, *interesting*. They say in the information in the room that the rooms are serviced daily. On the first day it wasn't serviced at all. The second, I asked it to be serviced and the towels replaced which they did but then (not joking) they screwed up the cover on the bed and put it in the corner, made half an effort to pull up the duvet, emptied a bin and did nothing else. Coffee and tea making facilities in the room is a real plus but they were not refreshed / refilled during our stay either, even when the room was ”serviced”. The bed was comfortable but one of those fit together beds rather than a true king size. It was huge but possible to get a bit caught in the middle. That said though, we didn't struggle with noise as other people did. The breakfast is fine. Typical central European type stuff and not the best quality but fresh fruit is always welcome. If it's a choice between room only at a cheaper price, I wouldn't recommend paying extra for it though. The door lock was a bit temperamental. It's worth checking it's genuinely locked behind you as ours didn't unless we carefully engaged the catch. There are safes though. The lifts were a bit dodgy as well. One obviously breaking down from time to time during our stay and be warned you need your room card to go up or down. Location wise it's superb and I'm not saying I wouldn't stay there again but for the price, which is not cheap for Sofia, the service needs a bit of an uplift. Also some attention to detail in the rooms would be good with a slight tear in the voile, wallpaper lifting etc. For British visitors though as this hotel is part of a Cooperative organisation, they have pictures of the first Rochdale COOP in some of the corridors. A funny little quirk if you know Rochdale. It's not the place you'd choose to decorate anywhere.

El hotel Fleurs está en Vitosha Boulevard y en Vitosha Street, el centro y animado boulevard de pie de Sofia. El personal fue amigable y útil. La habitación era confortable y grande, pero el piso de la ducha necesita un TLC. La probación del ruido del ruido externo fue excelente. Desafortunadamente nuestra habitación tenía algunos sonidos internos semisistemáticos de bateo con origen desconocido. Gracias por mi aplicación de ruido blanco y los oídos de Bluetooth. Nos amigos no tenían este problema. El mini refrigerador no estaba frío y la selección de bebidas era pobre.

Me he alojado muchas veces, y es tranquilo y limpio en general. Hay centros comerciales integrados y supermercados alrededor. Ir de compras es muy conveniente, especialmente adecuado para viajes de negocios, y es conveniente ir a todas partes.
