Love the hotel ! Excellent service at the front office and also at the bar and restaurants. They provided birthday cake for our stay and was accommodating to kids too. Breakfast has wide selection and food that my kids love. Other than shangri la, my kids often have issues getting what they like to it. Dusit is now in my kids top list too! I can see flights taking off and landing to Changi airport! Also can see the golf course. Very nice! If you like to have a quiet hotel, this is the place to go… no amenities around so that is the only drawback. I don’t really mind the location but my hubby thought it was a bit inaccessible. Spent 3d2n at the hotel without stepping out of it - I thought it was a great birth-cation!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Park Avenue Changi Hotel in Singapore and it was truly a delightful experience. The spacious suite rooms exceeded my expectations, offering ample space and comfort for a relaxing stay. The highlight was the 1bedroom suite, each equipped with a luxurious bathtub, along with the convenience of a washer and dryer provided within the suite. The hotel's location couldn't be more convenient, with amenities just a short 2-3 minute walk away at Changi City Point Mall. This proximity to a plethora of dining and shopping options made exploring the area both enjoyable and convenient. One of the standout features of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the receptionist. They were friendly, accommodating, and went out of their way to ensure that my needs were met throughout my stay. While the pool may have been on the smaller side, I was fortunate enough to enjoy it without the presence of other guests during my visit. Additionally, while parking wasn't free, the option to purchase a $3.50 coupon for each exit was reasonable and didn't detract from the overall positive experience. Overall, my stay at Park Avenue Changi Hotel was wonderful. From the spacious and well-appointed rooms to the convenient location and excellent service, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Singapore.

La ubicación está un poco desviada. Recibí un truco del aeropuerto y me pedí un nuevo 25. Después de bajarme del autobús, vi una puerta de hotel muy pequeña y dos escaleras. No hay ascensor. Estaba arrastrando mi maleta. Tenía muchas ganas de llorar. Eche un vistazo al precio en el mostrador ... Se suministra agua caliente, pero no hay secador de pelo en la habitación (no pregunté en la recepción porque traje un secador de pelo). Dormir por la noche es bastante tranquilo y no ruidoso. Salida a las once de la mañana La llave para abrir la puerta no es una cerradura con combinación ni una tarjeta de habitación.

This must be my fourth time having a staycation at this hotel with my mum. The location is the best if you're looking to stay near the airport and Jewel. It's not too far and only requires a short walk and/or the skytrain to get around. We also find it convenient to return to the hotel whenever we feel a bit tired. As always, Crowne Plaza has been great in service and room amenities. Though it would be good if the pillows were not too flat 😅 The pillows just flattens out the moment you use it. Overall, we had a great time! Will definitely come again if we have the opportunity to do so.

el malo podría hacer mejor la mesa cerca de la cama. la toalla proporcionada está rota. lounge coffee usa solo crema, no leche fresca. la cama parece buena para 1 persona solamente. el bueno está en joya y aeropuerto puede hacer el registro de salida después de lo habitual.
