Muchas sorpresas, la actitud del servicio es súper buena, no entiendo por qué la puntuación es de solo 4,2 puntos. Tan pronto como me bajé del taxi, un miembro del personal vino a preguntar si era un invitado. La respuesta fue sí, algunos miembros del personal vinieron a ayudar a llevar el equipaje. El equipo de la sala no tiene claro cómo usarlo, y un miembro del personal vino a ocuparse de él de inmediato. La limpieza de la habitación es super limpia, no es exagerado calificarla de impecable. La sensación de vivir en un apartamento es diferente a la de un hotel. Hay una lavadora, puedes lavar la ropa, hay una cocina de inducción, puedes cocinar tu propia comida, y hay un refrigerador, todo está ahí, la habitación es grande y está completamente equipada, es realmente como en casa. Ir de compras es conveniente. Las imágenes en Internet no son tan buenas como las habitaciones reales. Se recomienda que haga su tarea con las imágenes. En resumen, si vivo en Meimei, elegiré su apartamento la próxima vez que vaya cuesta arriba. Por cierto, felicito a nuestro servicio de atención al cliente de Ctrip MM, y me ayudó repetidamente a coordinar y comunicarme con el hotel para la solicitud que hice, y la actitud de servicio también es muy buena.

We had a 3 bedroom apartment and it was amazing. The beds were just like ours at home. Our house keeper didn't speak English only Chinese but she was amazing and made our place look and smell amazing everyday. We would go to breakfast and by the time we got back our room was done. Decor is dated but it doesn't detract from how amazingly clean everything is. Din at reception was awesome on our arrival and only too happy to help. We would definitely stay here again and only a short walk to the MRT plus they have a shuttle that runs on a timetable to go to Orchard Rd. Overall a fantastic place.

Lo más lejos a Sentosa es de 4 estaciones en metro. Ahora en proceso de renovación, muchas instalaciones no están disponibles. Al lado del hotel está Fort Canning Park, es bueno madrugar y dar un paseo. Puede perforar la corriente del árbol rojo neto. Por la noche, los bares y restaurantes junto al río comenzaron a estar animados. La sensación general está bien.

£457 is a lot for four nights in a shoe box.. the room was tiny, so small you couldn't open your case on the floor. The widest part of the room was the bed which touched both walls , then narrowed to accommodate the bathroom, which had no sink. Breakfast was edible but the dinning room was far too small to cater for the number of guests staying.

The trick is: good pictures on ***********, (but absolutely not honest pictures!), and a non-refundable fee on the total amount of the duration your stay - the reservation can’t be cancelled even if you don’t like what you see when you get there. Once you get to this place and see what you put yourself to, it’s too late, you need to pay the entire stay as is non-refundable/non-changeable (I booked via ***********). Unfortunately we had to endure our stay at Orchard “Grand Court” as we could not afford booking another hotel, spending again such a huge amount (2950,€ ). Towels are falling apart and stained, the smell in the air is of oily food, the bathroom is outdated and absolutely dirty, black fungus basically everywhere in the shower area and behind water tap, stained and cracked walls, it definitely needs fresh paint, even better, a whole make-over in order to make up for the price they ask and what they offer. This place should be asking for 1/4 of the price, as they’re billing the same as good hotel chains but can’t offer the minimum comfort and cleanliness!! For the same amount, you can stay at a way better places in Singapore! Don’t waste your money coming here. Overall is just a “hotel / serviced apartment” that doesn’t deserve one star. Even the pillows can’t be saved: place your head in the pillow to touch the mattress, you’d need to fold the pillow in two or to get a few of them in order to support the weight of your head a few centimeters up. Everything here is from the worse quality ever. Unfortunately, my daughter and I had to endure a 14 night stay at this place; I contacted *********** via phone and emails for several days and they didn’t come up with a solution. I’d be very happy to have moved hotels or to get a refund from the remaining of the nights so I could still try to save a few days of my holidays. That didn’t happen. *********** just spent my time on emails up and down, but offered absolutely no solution. (The payment was directly to the hotel, not to *********** but I believe *********** should be responsible for what they announce on their website). To continue giving you a picture of this place and make sure you’d never spend your money here, I give more feedback: the toilet paper desintegrares in your hands, the kitchen sink was dirty and full of spots when we arrived (old coffee from previous guests), the soap is a powerful detergent to you body (and I mean this in a bad way) I do advise to bring your own soap, and the breakfast, even for free, I didn’t manage to go a second time. The pictures of the breakfast on *********** are totally fake. I’ve the feeling they buy the cheapest of the cheapest and absolutely don’t care at all about (any) quality. excelente. El precio es bastante bueno para Singapur. La señora de la recepción me mostró la habitación y me la explicó con mucho cuidado. Dime dónde está el secador de pelo y dónde está la plancha. Las camas son blandas y las instalaciones completas. También hay neveras, ollas, tazas, vajillas, etc. La ubicación también es muy buena, especialmente tranquila, hay supermercados, restaurantes chinos cerca, y el metro está muy cerca, y se tarda 10 minutos en caminar. En resumen, ¡me gusta!
