Un hotel que acaba de abrir, la decoración es muy elegante, las instalaciones son muy nuevas, la habitación es limpia y limpia, el servicio de la recepción es entusiasta. El desayuno es muy delicioso! La ventana de aterrizaje es muy sensacional.

El entorno es excelente, el servicio es muy bueno, no sólo la hermana de la recepción es muy entusiasta. La hermana de la aseguradora es muy entusiasta, el desayuno es muy rico, especialmente Zeus, el entorno de comida es muy agradable. También hay dentro de la habitación, no hay que decirlo, el estilo es también lo que nos gusta, muy cómodo, abrir la bodega para ver muchos aire verde y vegetativo fresco, los detalles generales son muy buenos

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and it has been pleasant indeed. The staff at the reception desk, Daisy, Rita, Ivy and Ella were very helpful. The bell boy, Wesley Xie was exceptional as he paid first for our Didi taxi ride out of his own electronic purse without pressing or reminding us to reimburse him. The front desk manager, without disclosing his name went out of his way to exchange hkd200 for us, using his own Rmb cash on our day of departure. This saved us the trouble for going to the Bank of China for Forex Exchange. Overall, this hotel 's staff served us with the attitude: Customer is the king.

El exclusivo hotel de Ctrip, construido en una universidad, tiene un ambiente agradable y un sentido del diseño. Es único en comparación con otros hoteles. Puedes dirigirte a la entrada principal de la universidad para tomar fotografías. Desafortunadamente, no hay cuarto de lavado. No es posible visitar el campus debido a la epidemia. El precio es medio. En general, vale la pena experimentarlo.

I was very impressed by this hotel albeit just outside the main area of the town, a slow walk of 2 kilometres. The reception was very efficient in checking us in and allocate our room on the 10th floor. The room was large by the standards we were accustomed to in the West, whilst the bed was just right and very comfortable. The costs of our 2 night stay was incrediblely cheap with breakfast by any standard albeit Chaoyang isn't a 1st line city. The service we got was second to none, especially the night front desk lady - Suki Li and the day front desk young man - Alan Cheng. They bent over backward to help especially with my limited putonghua by conversing in Cantonese instead. They helped with taxi bookings when I could not because of I didn't have a local mobile number plus trying to use the automated vending machine which was QR coded as per norm in China. Breakfast was a mixture of oriental and western food. I was glad that the hotel has decent English breakfast tea unlike many others that we had stayed in, in additonal, the self service coffee machine can produce a decent coffee that satisfied the wife ( 2 shots of expresso plus 1 flat white or 1 Americano). The only complaint I have was that there is no milk power or fresh milk available in the room for making tea or coffee, it's one issue that the hotel management should consider in the near future. Overall, the hotel was cleaned and modern. I have no hesitation in recommend it.
