Hotel au milieu de la montagne, jolies vues, très bons repas, personnel très gentil Un peu vieux en terme de deco, nous avons eu froid dans la pièce commune et en dormant (manque de couverture), lit très inconfortable…

No podría decir nada malo de este alojamiento, es perfecto desde cualquier punto de vista. La cama es comodísima, las vistas desde el balcón de la habitación son espectaculares, el recibimiento por parte de los empleados es genial y todo se encuentra muy limpio y nuevo. Sin duda repetiría! Simplesmente Extraordinario. Dificil descrever uma experiencia otima como esta. Estar num hotel com a mesma sensação de estar no nosso lar. Estivemos lá na ultima semana de Julho de 2022. Vista para a praia da Ponta do Sol e a 3/4 minutos da conhecida Cascata dos Anjos. Uma piscina interior aquecida de sonho. Higiene otima, staff muito simpatico e prestável, serviço de muita qualidade e personalizado, não deixaram falhar nada, muita variedade de comida nos buffets inclusive a comida regional da Madeira. Sem dúvida, quero voltar a este hotel de férias para disfrutar das maravilhas desta ilha e deste hotel com a minha família! It is difficult to describe an excellent experience like this. Being in a hotel with the same feeling of being at home. We were there the last week of July 2022. Direct view of Ponta do Sol beach and 3/4 minutes from the famous Cascata dos Anjos. A dreamy indoor heated pool. Great hygiene, very friendly and helpful staff, high quality and personalized service, they didn't miss a thing, a lot of variety of food in the buffets including the regional food of Madeira. Without a doubt, I want to return to this hotel to enjoy the wonders of this island and this hotel with my family! This place was amazing. The location of Camara de Lobos was perfect. A lovely fishing village bay. The hotel was split into 2 buildings, the reception building and the main room stay and restaurant building. The reception building has a bar and various relaxing areas and a few stay room above. The other building, the main stay, has 2 floors for rooms and the 3rd floor has the restaurant, pool and sun beds area. The 2nd floor is the best because of the views down into the bay. When we first saw this place on Jet2 we thought it would be higher up the hillside, but this wasn’t the case, it is at street level. Food in the restaurant was good and they couldn’t do enough to satisfy your needs, from requesting ice and drinks to take to your room but going the whole 9 yards. Carolina was our waitress of our stay, whether she served us in the restaurant or at the dock bar by reception. Always smiling and couldn’t do enough for you. We was celebrating our 50 anniversary and the hotel left us a gift, drink and cakes etc, after the first week and wine and cakes on our actual anniversary. Thee receptionist gave good information regarding places to visit from either local buses to taxes etc. They organised a trip by mini bus for a tour of the east of the island.

Just back from a week at Calheta Beach. Absolutely fabulous hotel. The beds are just so comfortable and the room was cleaned every day. I became unwell and the receptionist had a taxi ordered for me in seconds and within an hour I was sorted. The staff are amazing. It’s so beautiful with stunning views . Breakfast and lunch were very good unfortunately I can’t say the same for dinner I’m not a fish eater and found the meat options limited and the steak skewers were really tough. The chefs own choice night was lovely. Also found the snacks very limited especially if you have children . In saying that I will most definitely return it’s one of the most beautiful places we have visited . Thank you all 😀👍🏻
