We arrived after this hotel on a b&b booking with Jet2, after a 2 hour delayed flight at around 1.30am First drop off on the coach which was about 15 minutes from airport. Taxis outside airport if you want to have a quick get off which costs around €15 (we would have done this but totally forgot) If you are one of the last drops it could be over a hour to get to your hotel. CHECKED IN pretty quickly and was told we had been give an upgrade. We had originally booked a junior suite and was given a luxury maisonette with jacuzzi. (Room 206) These are split over 2 floors. On entering there was a huge queen size bed (very firm and didn’t help with my back problems) tv, dining table, 2 sofas which I presume you could use for further sleeping accommodation. A small kitchen with fridge (with 2 free bottles of water) small top drawer freezer, 2 hobs, kettle, plates cups cutlery etc. Small balcony with a table and 2 chairs Wardrobe with a few hangers. Iron and table top ironing board We also had FREE bathrobes and slippers. (I presume this is only certain rooms) FREE SAFE The bathroom was a good size with shower over the bath. (Shower could be on the cooler side sometimes but pressure was ok) Hairdryer, but it wasn’t the best. Complimentary shower gel, shampoo, soap and sponges etc There were stairs that took you to the top floor. Now these stairs were pretty steep so wouldn’t be any good for people with mobility issues Up there was another huge queen size bed, it’s own bathroom, toilet with stand in shower and outside on a veranda was a small jacuzzi. ROOMS cleaned daily with fresh towels etc. FREE AIRCON on both floors which worked amazingly and FREE WIFI which again worked good. POOL consisted of a main pool, smaller kids part to one side and a small jacuzzi to the other. Ample amount of beds (with cushions) as this is only a small complex it isn’t overcrowded. FREE POOL TOWELS to use also. There is a pool bar where you can pay or charge to your room. BREAKFAST consists of tea, coffee, fruit juices, cereal, fruit, toast, some pastries and cakes, cheese, ham, eggs, bacon, mini sausages and occasionally beans. Served 8-11am It wasn’t the best choices but there are places outside where you can get a full English fry up if you want one. SUPERMARKET there is a supermarket a few doors down, where you can get everything you need. SPORTS now if you are an avid sports fan like my husband, we found an IRISH BAR that shown most sport (just tv, no sound as music was playing) If you turn left out of the hotel, then second left (after the magic summer pool bar) and follow the road round for 5 minutes, you will come to the bar on the right (on a corner) The Kiwi Chinese restaurant is facing this Irish Bar and it’s definitely worth a visit. TRANSPORT we hired a large quad (with roof) from the bike shop called Moto Sellada (on the right when walking to the Irish bar.) Acabamos de permanecer en este resort por nuestro 5o aniversario y esto es lo que tengo que decir: Arrival Cuando llegamos, nos recogimos por mini caddy de la puerta del resort y nos llevaron a la recepción que pensé que era pensable después de haber tenido un largo El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no es un hotel muy agradable. Sabrina (de la mesa delantera) pasó y subió para asegurar a mi esposa y yo tuve una agradable y agradable estancia con su impresionante fotografía tomando habilidades. Dimitra (de restaurante) ha hecho un trabajo fantástico enseñando una o dos palabras griegas al desayuno cada mañana. (El desayuno fue sorprendente IVA) Unas pocas cosas que hemos estado, puedes decir al personal que son agradables debido a una posible punta, pero se sentía diferente aquí. En mi opinión, el personal del resort Kastelli es muy agradable y comprende cómo tratar a los clientes. Very family friendly. Clean, bright, great breakfasts served by Maria (one of the owners). Great friendly staff. Nice rooms, perfectly cleaned daily. The co-owner Vangelis drove me to the car rental place as a favor...so friendly. Gretta one of the staff spent about half an hour with us on day one telling us all about the best places to visit. We had a great view in room 24 looking out at the Aegean with sunrises....very special. The pool area is clean and safe with lots of lounges and clean towels. We went there instead of the beaches because it is quiet like an oasis. The beds are firm and large queen-sized. A very fine 3-star establishment with great service and CLEAN well kept. Family friendly

The accomodation is not the most luxurious you'll ever find but, by Greek standards, it's very good. The water pressure is a little inconsistent - I found myself covered head to toe in soap wondering just when the water was going to come out of the shower again - but that just adds to the charm really. Cleaning - excellent. Beds - very comfortable. Pool - decent size and there was always a couple of free sunbeds available. The fact that they're right outside the rooms makes for a bit of territorial battle but it's all in the head and nothing said. Then we come to Sissi, Angelo, Gabby, Chris and Eirene. Absolutely the very best hosts we have ever stayed with in any hotel anywhere. If you're a very private person then you might struggle a bit, but they just open up to you and welcome you into the family. So much so that it was Angelo's birthday on the Sunday while we were there and all guests were invited to a barbeque served on the bar. While we were there we met couples that have been returning year on year for up to twenty years. I can really see why. If we ever come back to Perissa then there's absolutely no question where we will be staying.

I cannot emphasize enough how amazing this hotel and the owners and staff are .. I have a 12yo autistic son who has never been abroad and hates change and pretty much everything ... I had been able to speak to the owners before hand and explain and wow they went wayyyy above what you would expect to accommodate us.. the hotel is gorgeous 2 pools and areas 1 more quiet with pool shower toilets and apartments with hot tubs clean cool air con obv .. no trouble is too much .. fridge and kettle with some don't have !! The. In the main hotel there are more apartments and rooms all beautiful clean and well laid out (we had 2 Apts) the pool for that side is more social with a bar and lots of couple type sofas and beds over the pool beautiful at night all lit up .. breakfast is served here and again beautiful breakfast ..it's the staff that make it tho especially Anna Marie and her family .. not only is she beautiful on the outside she is gorgeous with her thoughts and caring ... My son would not have stayed had they not been able to do all the extra bits. (Balloons toys quiet area etc ). We will come back again when we can . And it will be to here !! I just can't recommend enough .. kamari is the beach side for want of better description.. it's a ***** of beautiful restaurants cafes on level with the beach no steap steps like the other side of the island .. so straight into hot black sand .. wear beach socks! There is no tide as such and children can Wade out a fair bit before it drops so snorkeling at the edge of the sea next to us was possible ... Plenty of choice of type of restaurants but obv fish is an excellent choice .. oh and sorbet .. there is a small steep hill to get to the hotel (obv cars drop off and collect Inc taxis if u need them we hired a car ) but got used to that after a few days and I have a very bad back and hip! But prepare for stairs as they are everywhere except the front ***** in kamari it's quite level .. anyway hope the pics do some justice ..

Me and my wife along with our 5 year old daughter stayed at the Blue Waves Hotel for my sister in law’s wedding. The first thing I want to tell you is that all the staff in the hotel are so welcoming and can’t do enough for you, it feels like you’re part of a little family. A special mention to Marcos behind the bar he’s such a nice guy and was brilliant with our daughter. Our room was nice and cleaned daily but a little bit more space would’ve made it even better, it had a view out over the pool and the sea which was lovely first thing on a morning whilst having breakfast on our balcony a few times. The breakfast and lunch menu from the pool bar are very good and we enjoyed both on several occasions. The pool area is lovely with a shallow end for younger kids that slopes down to a deeper end for us big kids! The Sunbed’s are very comfy too. I would definitely recommend this hotel to people and would love to return one day😎
