Realmente no es bueno, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta el precio relativamente alto. Sin comparación, no hay nada que apreciar. Entorno: La playa es bonita, con zonas rocosas y arenosas, ideal para pasear. Sin embargo, la playa más cercana al hotel es gratuita, pero está demasiado comercializada, llena de alquiler de tumbonas, sombrillas, puestos de barbacoa y grandes grupos de turistas. El hotel no tiene playa privada. En resumen, la experiencia en la zona de playa es mala. Otros hoteles en Hainan con precios similares ofrecen una relación calidad-precio mucho mejor. Experiencia general: Regular, como mucho, aceptable. Se suponía que las aguas termales y la playa eran dos de los principales atractivos, y tenía muchas ganas de ir, pero la experiencia no valió la pena. El precio estaba inflado. De los cuatro hoteles con aguas termales que visité este año, este fue el más caro, las instalaciones eran las más antiguas y estaban en mal estado, y el servicio fue el menos satisfactorio. No volveré. Con una ubicación tan excelente, con acceso directo al metro, dos tipos de playas diferentes y unas aguas termales únicas, es una verdadera lástima que la experiencia terminara así.

The hotel is excellent! Although it's very big and has a lot of rooms and guests, you don't feel crowded. The rooms are clean and nice. The staff of the hotel were very friendly and helpful, and spoke English!

La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable, mi primera opción para invitar a amigos de fuera a visitar Dalian. Al hacer el check-in, nos dijeron que nos regalaban un pastel, y cuando les dijimos que el cumpleaños del niño era al día siguiente, nos trajeron otro pastel de terciopelo rojo, diciendo que era para que probáramos cuál nos gustaba más. El desayuno era sencillo pero delicioso, especialmente la tortilla hecha al momento con huevo, ostras y repollo (no sé cómo se llama), ¡la recomiendo encarecidamente!

Unfortunately, this hotel turned out to be the worst of my entire two-week trip around China. The staff was friendly, but they didn't speak any English. Overall, the hotel didn't seem particularly foreign-friendly. Simple requests like a fruit bowl or an adapter to charge phone baffled them. When I checked in, I found a clump of long black hair on the bathroom floor. I had to ask them to wash the floors again. The hotel didn't offer any apologies or compliments for this situation. Breakfasts were the most disappointing part. This hotel was the only place in China where I had a bad meal😭 The noodles and even the stewed cabbage were swimming in oil, everything was overly vinegary and garlicky, and there were no fruits, vegetables, or desserts. I ate there only twice in five days, and both times I suffered from severe heartburn. The positive moments are an ideal location and comfortable beds and pillows. I slept well there, even though the room's windows overlooked the highway and not the park as stated when booking.

After carefully weighing the options between the Horizon Club Room and the 2-Bedroom Residence, we chose the Residence and could not have been happier with our decision. The enormous extra space, privacy, and comfort made it the perfect choice for our stay. For families or groups traveling together, I highly recommend considering the Residences. A special mention goes to Mr. KAKI, the Residences Manager. From check-in to check-out, he was warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely courteous. His constant presence and willingness to assist elevated our experience from a 5-star stay to what truly felt like a 6-star experience. Having spent the previous two weeks traveling throughout Northeast China and staying at several other 5-star hotels, we can confidently say that Shangri-La Dalian stands out as one of the finest hotels we encountered in every respect. Some highlights of our stay: • The breakfast was generous, varied, and absolutely delicious. • Housekeeping was exceptionally efficient and responsive. • The air conditioning worked perfectly, providing consistently cool and comfortable temperatures. • The automated toilets with spray bidet functions were a thoughtful touch and added greatly to the overall comfort of the room. Shangri-La Dalian delivers excellence not only through its facilities but also through its people. Our stay exceeded expectations, and we would not hesitate to return on our next visit to Dalian.

Hotel is located on Youhao Rd. It's along one of the roads away from the railway station. At night, it can be noisy but not too bad. Best feature of the room: automatic curtains. It gets bright early in Dalian. The free breakfast was very good. Wide spread from local foods to western cereals/yoghurt and breads and a buffet selection of cooked food. Lobby is on 16th floor so u have to take a lift up.

As a first-time visitor to China with no prior knowledge of the country, his attentive support made everything effortless and comfortable. If you’re staying here, be sure to ask for him—you won’t regret choosing this hotel. A very comfortable and enjoyable experience at Bayshore.The hotel was fully booked with families on holiday, and many enjoyed the Sea World Park and fun fair rides 150m from the hotel. My room was 1912, and overlooked the bay. The room was spotless but getting a bit dated. The shower door is not sealed, so it leaks, but everthing else was fine.Air con was working very well and kept the room very cool. Breakfast had a vast menu, but for a foreigner, the choice was acceptable but limited. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience but expensive at £195 for a sea view double room for 2 nights staying on my own Weather was poor but did not detract from my stay.. Location excellent. Metro (2nd Hospital of Dalian Medical Uni) and Xinhai Square about 15 mins walk.
