La habitación es amplia y es muy fuerte como si estuviera cerca de la habitación de vista del mar. Las instalaciones del hotel son generales, o antiguas. El ascensor se mantiene frecuentemente y es muy viejo. La comida de bufet es buena.

I have given this hotel a low star rating based on the lack of air conditioning, not based on the staff, food or other facilities. Please be aware there is no air conditioning inside the hotel except for the bedrooms. There is a heat wave at present which makes the situation even more intolerable. There is a glass roof in the bar/ lounge area which effectively turns the place into a furnace. The reception area is stiffling hot which means there is no comfortable sitting/relaxation area. The beautiful restaurants have no air conditioning which makes the dining experience unbearable in 35 degree heat. Similarly the breakfast room is like an oven with the additional heat coming from the hot food area. I really do not know how staff can work in these conditions. The temperature inside the bar was 34 degrees yesterday. Surely the owners and management can feel this?. I have been to similar four star hotels in the area and all have air conditioning in the lobby and public areas. Could fans or air conditioning units be purchased. ? The bar and lounge are empty at night due to this issue . In relation to the food it is excellent and reasonably prices. All staff are polite and hard working. Special recognition goes to Andreas in the Mexian restaurant who provides exceptional service. We had several meals (sitting outside) and the food was excellent. Similarly the food at the snack kiosk and grill restaurant was excellent. In relation to the rooms the beds are comfortable and there is good air conditioning. The bath rooms are in need of urgent renovation , deep cleaning and updating. The rooms are cleaned each day and fresh towels provided. The pool area is the selling point for this hotel. It is set in tropical gardens and is very beautiful. There is a severe shortage of sun loungers and quite a few rules regarding where you are permitted to sit whilst eating, but generally a pleasant area. Wifi is provided free of charge, but can be unpredictable in terms of strength of signal. Overall this Hotel is good but could be much better with air conditioning and upgraded bathrooms. The staff are an asset to the hotel and work hard to provide excellent customer service. So management please consider providing essential air conditioning for the comfort of paying customers and your loyal staff.

O, la, la. What to say about this wonderful hotel? First of all, we booked a room with a side sea view, and they give us a room with a sea view. The room was a small, but we have everything that we needed. Everything was very clean, and the lady who cleaned our room was so nice and friendly. We didn’t use pool, because it was always busy, but it doesn’t matter to us. Location is good. Everything is close enough. In hotel bar is everyday happy hotel from 20h-21h and that’s amazing. Crew in bar olso amazing. Reception staff olso. And now to move on on my favourite, favourite thing about this hotel-STAFF. (RESTAURANT) They are so welcoming, nice, friendly, good people, opened heart, very pleasant, they are a soul of this hotel, and my fionce and I was so impressed. Hotel manager is very kind, and off course all the team. ( I was crying when we are leaving) We really enjoy here in Semiramis city hotel, and we recommend this hotel very high! … I could say more, but I recommend everyone to visit and to see what I’m talking about. Thank you Semiramis four our wonderful stay. Thank you for amazing crew and the most nicest people we every meet. Love from 🇷🇸

Great location Couldn’t have asked for a better location! 5-10 mins walk into the old & new town which are both beautiful On arrival in our room we had a bottle of wine & a plate of sweet treats waiting for us. Good Hotel to use as a base, food repetitive however still good. Fussy eaters would struggle Good wine, however the cocktails were pretty basic. Nice little pool area, always free sofas available. Clean well kept hotel with such friendly Reception staff. Enjoyed my week here Enquired about late check out, to keep our room until 4pm was only 20 euro I would recommend that bottles of water are provided in the room daily

Tres personas en nuestro grupo y tuvimos una buena vacaciones. Los problemas encontrados fueron - 1) a pesar de reservar en febrero 2023 para unas vacaciones en septiembre 2023 no recibimos las dos habitaciones reservadas pero se les dio lo que consideraban una mejora pero fue un apartamento de una habitación con una cama más en el La zona de cocina con un baño y otro cuarto de ducha - si queríamos compartir un cuarto podríamos haber reservado este apartamento y probablemente habríamos ahorrado varios cientos de libras. 2) A pesar de la reserva de todos los elementos, sólo había algunas zonas que ofrecían alimentos y algunas zonas que nos trataban de manera diferente para las bebidas - por ejemplo, nos sentaríamos en una mesa y se ignorarían, pero si otras personas que pagaban el día sentados en una mesa serían servido inmediatamente con bebidas y alimentos - obtuvimos nuestra propia comida y bebidas.
