Hoteles cerca de Palais Sant＇Ana plutot que Palacios da Presidencia en Ponta Delgada

Los empleados de la recepción fueron excepcionalmente serviciales. Dieron buenas sugerencias para restaurantes y sitios en la isla. Incluso llamaron a un sitio para asegurarse de que estuvieran abiertos en un feriado nacional cuando la mayoría de los lugares estaban cerrados. El restaurante tenía una gran selección de opciones de comida en sus bufés de desayuno y cena. Pedimos carta a la carta en la cena y la comida estaba caliente y recién preparada. No mucho picante, pero sabroso no menos. La ubicación estaba un poco alejada del centro de la ciudad y no tenía vistas al mar. Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias y las peticiones especiales se atendieron rápidamente.

El hotel está situado en San Miguel, a 10 minutos del aeropuerto, a un personal fantástico, central a todo y a espaciosas y limpias habitaciones. La habitación está muy bien, pero no hay problema, si no quieres reservar para evitar esperar, hay un café/desayuno justo fuera a la izquierda. No tiene un parque de coches si alquila un coche, pero hay un parque de coches en la carretera por 50p por hora.

Hemos pasado 6 días alojados y todo ha sido correcto; si bien es cierto que es un poco antiguo, con todo lo que hay que visitar, apenas estás en el hotel salvo para dormir y desayunar. Buena ubicación a 8/10 minutos andando del centro. Está justo en la línea de entrada/salida de aviones, pero nada grave. Habitación siempre limpia y con cama de 2x2, auque sí valdría la pena que tuviera una pequeña nevera. No utilicé el párquing a indicación del personal de recepción: es zona de pago l-v de 9 a 19, y los sábados hasta las 14 creo recordar, por lo que por pocos euros pasas todos los días (como máximo puse 1,5€ por día).

Muy buen hotel, en buena zona, junto al puerto, en la avenida principal de la ciudad y cercano a todos los sitios de interés. Las instalaciones están bien cuidadas y limpias. Hotel moderno y nuevo, con un buen desayuno tipo bufet. La habitación grande, con cama extra grande. Lo única pega es la bañera del cuarto de baño, debería de haber sido una ducha. Por lo demás, perfecto.

Un hotel fabuloso, pasando por cambios de propiedad cuando me alojé, ya que algunas características son una construcción sin terminar, pero no tengo quejas. Las vistas desde cada parte del hotel son preciosas. La habitación era excelente, la piscina era muy bonita y el desayuno era increíble. La cena fue buena pero mínima debido al cambio de propietario. Este será un hotel muy, muy encantador una vez que se haya completado y mantenido por completo... definitivamente vale la pena volver en el futuro. El personal de recepción, restaurante y bar fue muy amable e hizo que mi estancia fuera muy acogedora.

A Difficult stay and an even more Negative ending! It is with sadness that the management of Hotel do Colegio, due to them not fulfilling an agreement we made on the 26th October and the hotel owner and Team Leader of the reservations depar**ent not replying to five emails I sent to try and rectify the matter, have left me with no option but to leave this review. Before booking a two-night stay at this hotel we on several occasions checked that hey would be able to offer breakfast and dinner for someone who was coeliac, i.e., unable to eat gluten. We also checked that they were also able to offer us a room with two beds rather than one with a double bed. They assured us, in at least three emails, that offering a gluten free breakfast and dinner would be know problem and that they would inform the kitchen so everything would be in place when we went down to breakfast. They also said that a room with two beds had been reserved, so again no problem there. As not being able to eat anything with gluten is an illness I two days before we were due to arrive again reminded them about this and again was told that the kitchen had been informed and that it was not a problem. I also reminded them that we had booked a room with two beds. Due to the positive response, we chose Hotel do Colegio over three other hotels who also said they could cater for my illness, so we arrived feeling very confident that no problems would occur. On arrival we were given the keys to our room and was assured it was a spacious room with two beds. To our surprise and shock this was not the case; the bed in the room had been made up as a double. We were very tired after a long and delayed flight so was not very happy with this. We went down to reception to be told that that room always has two beds rather than one. Our word appeared not be accepted and the person on reception insisted going up to the room with us to check for herself and, of course, found that what we had said was correct. She then said she would contact someone and get it put right. We were asked to wait and after us requesting it were given a cold drink while we waited. Time went on and no-one came so we went back to reception and asked what was happening. She then said the people who did the rooms were at lunch and we would have to wait until they returned. This was not the arrival we had hoped for and expressed our concern. She then said she would show us two other rooms which both had two beds if we would like one of them but added I’m sure you will want to wait for the cleaners to come back as yours is a much nicer room. We agreed to look at the other rooms, which unlike the one we had been allocated were inner rooms and much smaller. Obviously, we preferred the allocated room which was very spacious and also had a nice view. She assured us it would now only be another 15 minutes so again we agreed to wait. Thirty minutes later we went up to the room ourselves and the cleaners were just completing the ch

We had a great stay at Passal. It was the perfect place to begin our Azores adventure. Our room was clean and modern and was the ideal space to get settled on Sao Miguel! The experience at Passal is truly shaped by Paulo, who goes above and beyond for his guests. Paulo is a wealth of knowledge, and he checked in with us every day to help us plan and maximize our time on island. When our luggage was lost for 48 hours by the airline, he went out of his way, even driving to the airport to help rectify the situation. We only wish we had connected with him prior to the trip to get a head start! With so many plans and ideas for Sao Miguel and the other islands, we’ll be back. And we’ll definitely be staying with Paulo at Passal Hostel. Highly recommend!

Las instalaciones de Antilla - piscina, spa, centro de fitness - pueden colocar esto en una categoría 4-star, pero nuestra habitación no estaba en ese nivel. Reservé Antilla a través de un operador turístico de las Azores y confié en su juicio sobre este hotel 4-star, basándose en una maravillosa experiencia que tuvimos en Terceira el año pasado. No sé si nos pusimos en la sección ”paquete viajero” del hotel - tuvimos que llevar dos ascensores a la zona del lobby y estaban un poco lejos - pero no había cafetera ni caldera, no hay minibar (a pesar de una lista de los artículos en el escritorio), No hay toallas aparte de un gel corporal/mano/pelo, y a pesar de pedir una habitación doble, nos dieron camas gemelas. La habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy agradable. La mejor parte de nuestra habitación era el balcón. La habitación era limpia y acondicionada, pero no frijoles. Las opiniones que llaman este hotel de lujo - no estoy seguro de dónde entra. ¡Me dijeron que sería más fácil para alguien que se encerraran sus piernas en Antilla que encontrar una taza de café : ) ¡Mira Apito Dourado por la calle para una gran comida!
