Very clean and comfortable room. Excellent staff - the service from the receptionist on check in was very helpful and supportive. A large bedroom and well equipped bathroom with all the facilities that you need. I am a regular traveller to Plymouth and this location is perfect for an easy journey to the Brittany Ferries terminal

We headed to Plymouth for a surprise 30th birthday party and booked here as it was near to the venue. The reception staff were great, I received 2 free drinks vouchers which were part of my deal without having to request them. The star of the service staff was the young man, who was new to working the bar (Fri 17th March in the afternoon) He was clearly so passionate about getting everything correct, checking all glasses for marks etc. He is a credit to an employer. The room was spacious and the bed super comfy with loads of pillows. Shower and bathroom were really clean and had good pressure (something I always comment on, as there is nothing worse trying to freshen up under a dribble!) We were only on the 2nd floor but heard no street noise at all. The location is great for the barbican. Only small issue is that the car park is very grotty- but its a typical city centre car park. But its locked at night so fairly safe I would say. Definitely would stay again when we come back.

Well equipped, clean and functional. Location was great and walkable to everything. Perfect for the theatre, literally 100 yards away. Cheap car park across the road and it had super fast EV chargers. You are bang in the middle of it all so on a busy Saturday night you do get all the revellers going past but I quite enjoyed that. Great for people watching with a glass of wine by the huge windows ! If you want tranquil go to a forest retreat ;) Bed was comfy, tv had plenty of channels and the kitchen has everything to make basic meals. We were asked for £100 security deposit which we didn’t realise when we made the booking but on the basis we weren’t going to destroy anything we didn’t mind paying that. Will definitely be back.

El hotel de Kynance ha sido un lugar de la universidad, donde se puede decir que Matt y Jenny, John y Maddy y el equipo de Kynance han sido increíbles durante todo mi tiempo. El BnB está situado en una roca que se desvía de las vistas más hermosas de la ciudad. Y si le preguntas bien a John, le dará una caza local de escavadores de todas las zonas históricas de Plymouth que probablemente no habrías conocido de otra manera! ¡Matt hace los huevos de patata que he vivido bastante durante toda mi estancia. No mencionar las grandes porciones de la cena! No creo que haya podido terminar una comida tanto como quise! Toda la equipo es tan caliente. La noche que regresaba de un largo día en el universo, siempre me saludaba el calor y me preguntó cómo era mi día, que casi siempre terminaría en una taza de té y una noche en la que se deslizaban las escaleras.

Todo fue genial en el hotel. El cuarto de tres personas está equipado con baño privado y WC. Toallas, jabón, caldera, platos, té, café - todo estaba en el cuarto. La TV estaba en una ubicación conveniente para ver desde todas las camas. La ubicación es muy cómoda para visitar la antigua y moderna ciudad. El camino al mar fue 5-7 minutos a pie lentamente. En el desayuno nos sentíamos como una familia real, todo era delicioso y satisfactorio. )) Vamos a volver definitivamente.
