Me gusta que la habitación del hotel tenga una bañera al aire libre. Me alojé en la habitación O303 en 2018, así que esta vez hice una reaparición. Pero también me decepcionó.Las instalaciones de la habitación: la tele está rota, hay sonido pero no imagen, y el microondas tiene luces que encienden, pero no calientan. El sistema de control para controlar el nivel del agua en el baño al aire libre está roto y no puede controlar el interruptor para drenar el agua. Debe saltar al centro del baño con las manos y presionar el nivel del agua con los pies para liberar el agua. Por otro lado, la actitud de la recepcionista en el vestíbulo no es entusiasta y no hay sonrisa. Cuando usé el horno de microondas a las 7 de la noche, descubrí que el horno de microondas no estaba caliente. Llamé al Operador en el lobby. Me dijo que habían terminado su trabajo y no había servicio. Insatisfecho, le dije al operador en el lobby que el hotel brinda servicio las 24 horas. ¿Por qué no funcionaba el horno de microondas cuando lo usé? a las 7pm no solucionaron el problema y me dijeron que el departamento de ingenieria estaba cerrado y no habia servicio por que? No informaron al personal de limpieza, entraron a mi habitación para entender, me entristeció que estuvieran dispuestos a hacer arreglos para que un asistente de habitación entrara a mi habitación y, después de entender, reemplazaron un nuevo horno de microondas. Me alojé en la habitación O303 en 2018 y quedé muy satisfecho. En ese momento, las instalaciones ambientales del hotel no eran perfectas, la piscina pública no estaba abierta al público y algunas habitaciones aún no se habían construido. Pero revisé la viejo lugar cuatro años después, y estaba muy feliz de quedarme en la habitación O501, porque el quinto piso es dos pisos más alto que antes, pero las instalaciones importantes en esta habitación están todas rotas, como la bañera al aire libre, la televisión y el horno de microondas. . Además, las toallas en el baño no son blancas, el blanco se vuelve gris y las toallas para los pies en el piso están rotas, pero aún se pueden usar. No creo que me vuelva a hospedar en este hotel.

Hotel TOP en el centro de Patong. Todo está realmente a poca distancia. De lo contrario tukk tukk o en taxi. Lugar tranquilo para relajarse. También es ideal para vacaciones en familia. El personal es amable y siempre alerta. Las habitaciones están muy limpias y modernas. El buffet de desayuno es fabuloso. Nunca he tenido un mejor desayuno. La selección de platos regionales y europeos es enorme. Todo está recién hecho y tan delicioso. La piscina es genial para refrescarse y los cócteles saben muy bien. Justo al lado del hotel hay un mercado diurno y nocturno donde puedes comer prácticamente cualquier cosa y comprar. Unos metros más adelante hay una pequeña milla de fiesta. Se tarda unos 10 minutos en llegar andando a la playa. Sin embargo, también hay un servicio de transporte. Si vuelvo a estar en Patong Beach, definitivamente regresaré aquí. Gracias por el hermoso tiempo inolvidable con usted!!!!

Completely mislead. First of all, the pictures on everybody’s website makes the seeka boutique resort look beautiful, But once you got there, there were broken lamps and in painted walls, cat fecal around the pool, bad stench also around the pool, and that does not include the actual bedroom itself.. my bedroom when I got there was a mess and was not even made up, so they downgraded me to a standard double bedroom. They asked me if this room was OK, and I said yes it will do. The room was relatively clean, however there was no hot water to be found. After about the sixth night in that room, my partner and I started to get itchy while sleeping in the bed. My lower back was also starting to endure a lot of pain from sleeping on this thin mattress. So my partner got up and looked in the bed turn on the lights, only to find several bugs in the bed. We found one live bug similar in spaces on the wall near the bed, and about 20 of the same species bug dead on the floor behind the bed. It turns out after further investigation these were bedbugs. Disgusting!!! So my partner and I were finally moved to the deluxe double room which I had initially purchased 3/4 through my stay. This room seem to be a little cleaner much bigger, but the air conditioning was minimal. Also during my stay breakfast was included, because I had paid extra for this. they claim it’s a Buffay style but it was not, it was two servers one cooking and one taking an order for every individual having breakfast. It seem to take forever to get your meal. I remember seeing the server running out of the kitchen with a broom in hand chasing what looked to be such a small animal with a tail. It was a rat that ran out of the kitchen area. There was also constant construction on the second floor which could be heard throughout the whole hotel at all hours of the day and night. I am not sure how this place was rated at three stars with good reviews. I have never encountered such a horrible stay and establishment in all my traveling endeavors. I rate this hotel a one star, and never plan on going back there. Do not waste your time at this hotel. The pictures on various websites that I have researched have all been photo shopped well lit which is the opposite of what took place in real life. I rate this hotel a D+, and one star, stay away!!!

El hotel es un hotel de gran calidad, pero no es un hotel de gran calidad. (+) El hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad. (-) Situado a un poco de la playa. (10-15mins) Asco y difícil de bajar a pie. Usaron ofrecer gratis Songthaews a la playa hace un año, pero fue una vergüenza que ya no tuvieran este servicio :(

Muy buenos huéspedes, porque su propia razón es que se ha fijado una habitación más, el jefe también lo ha devuelto, el cuarto es muy grande, el camarero es muy entusiasta y muy amable, se puede comunicar en inglés, el jefe puede comunicar en chino en ese momento. ¡Qué bien! ¡Qué bien! En el alojamiento. Es inspottably clean (han los mejores limpiadores) las camas realmente cómodas y apartamentos compactos pero bien equipados con buenas duchas (las habitaciones también son agradables y brillantes dentro) Teníamos pequeñas aguas diarias y toallas también proporcionadas para el precio ¡Es un lugar fantástico! La piscina es pequeña como se recomienda en su descripción, pero muy limpia y grande para la refrigeración en (también fuera de la ducha) nos disfrutamos realmente de nuestra estadía y recomendo muy a este lugar.
