Update: Pretty sure I got a sinus infection from my room. (See review and photos) Not the worst Hotel I've ever stayed in, but the worst Hilton experience so far. The only redeeming feature of this hotel is it's proximity. 1. Proximity to the job site I worked out of 2. Proximity to the Airport 3. Proximity away from crime When I arrived, the atrium was nice and the pool area is actually really nice. When I opened the door to the room, the musty smell hit almost immediately. Thankfully because it's PHX, I was able to open the window and run the fan to get some fresh air into the room. Only after 3 afternoons of doing this same practice did it finally start smelling less musty by Wednesday night. I inspected the HVAC intake and noticed that the filters appeared to have an installed date. I think it says 1-26-2022 (or 1-24-2022) either way I'm no HVAC expert, but I believe even the best filters need to be changed more than that... only 1 out of the 4 toiletries had anything in it or the only one actually working. (see photos) Since I work all day, I didn't feel like making it a big thing at the front desk. Should I have? I guess I could have, but for Hilton Honors users, we have a handy app that lets you use your phone as a key among other features. one of them is to communicate with the hotel. I decided to try it out and sent a message on Tuesday. No response. On my last evening, I sent one other message. (see photos) I'm a fairly forgiving guy, but considering this is one of the only supposed ”4-star” hotels in the vicinity, I was hoping for a little more. They don't service the room but once every 5 days (unless you ask for it, but again; Why have a communication feature if you don't monitor it?) if I come back to Phoenix, This will NOT be my first choice. I'm going to say right now, I'll probably look in nearby Tempe or some other suburb and risk the 20-30min. commute than stay here again.

El edificio parece viejo en muchos sentidos. Las calles y habitaciones tienen un bajo techo, el esquema de colores está cansado, y la impresión es la de la gloria pasada. El mobiliario de la habitación estaba llevado, el techo tenía algunas tintas. La cama estaba cómoda y limpia. El baño estaba promedio con ducha y toallas decentes. El WiFi era aceptable. La TV no tenía una guía en línea. La vista de mi habitación era una planta de aparcamiento llamada el ”Metro Center” con un parque de aparcamiento deserto lleno de basura. Estacionamiento gratuito.

su servicio fue excelente, la ubicación era buena, la habitación era excelente, pero su tipo de seguridad necesita tener una vida y dejar de hacer su trabajo toda su vida. Literalmente se sentó a mi lado o se paró a mi lado hasta que saqué un Uber de allí. sin ninguna razón y no paraba de preguntarme cada minuto si Uber aquí es el Uber aquí es ridículo así que ten cuidado con un gordo chico de seguridad blanco que es un idiota

El hotel está en el centro de la ciudad y la ubicación es muy buena. El equipo es muy nuevo, hay un centro comercial detrás del hotel, ir de compras es conveniente, hay pocos chinos cerca, la terraza al aire libre en el segundo piso del hotel de desayuno se siente muy deliciosa. Lo resolví en un restaurante japonés cercano por la noche, y hay un Starbucks cerca de 200 metros. Todo esto es muy bueno, lo único malo es que no hay agua hervida, pero la mayoría de los hoteles en Estados Unidos no, especialmente este lugar con pocos chinos.
