The resort was good with a nice view and the staff was very friendly.

Tenía muchas ganas de que me gustara este hotel, y en muchos sentidos lo hicimos. La ubicación era hermosa, realmente hermosa, la gran piscina daba al mar con una pequeña isla al fondo. El servicio del personal fue bueno, son muy amables y explicaron todo claramente en el check in. Sin embargo, los aspectos negativos fueron tantos que necesito reducirlos. 1. La insonorización de las habitaciones es terrible. Esto significa que hasta las 2:30 a. m. escuchas el estruendo del bajo en el bar de fiestas de al lado. Entiendo que es una isla de fiesta, pero esto se volvió molesto. También tuvimos un vecino realmente desconsiderado que estuvo gritando por teléfono hasta las 3 am la última noche, así que fue divertido. Puede escuchar todo lo que hacen sus vecinos, pero si tiene vecinos considerados, no está tan mal. 2. Las comodidades de la habitación también son horribles. La ducha tiene cero presión de agua y se cayó de manera tan peligrosa si tienes niños pequeños, etc. Sin embargo, otra ventaja es que el hotel está en una excelente ubicación. Si puedes lidiar con estos aspectos del hotel, entonces lo pasarás genial. El desayuno era lo suficientemente decente. La piscina y la vista realmente lo hicieron para mí, pero posiblemente haya mejores opciones en la isla.

Muy buen complejo hotelero con indescriptiblemente hermosa playa y vistas a la bahía. La vista de la habitación es hermosa, la cama es cómoda, el desayuno es muy bueno y rico, y la cena también es deliciosa. La recepción del hotel es muy amable, y los camareros también son entusiastas, y hay barcos para recoger y dejar en el muelle. Este es un complejo hotelero muy rentable Seguiré hospedándome en este hotel la próxima vez que vaya a la isla Phi Phi.

Hermoso complejo pintoresco con mucho que ofrecer. Los bungalows son muy limpios y cómodos, el mío incluso vino con un lindo gatito en el porche delantero para hacerme compañía mientras tomaba café. El servicio al cliente y la atención de todo el personal fueron más que excepcionales, realmente pensaron y cuidaron mucho. en el cuidado de los invitados. También me encantaron los masajes que recibí del spa. Si vuelvo a Phi Phi, ¡me quedaré aquí de nuevo!

Hotel muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo hay mucha comida y tiendas cerca, hay bares y restaurante buenos El personal muy amable y profesional Te piden un deposito de 1,000 Bath al inicio en efectivo, pero te lo devuelven al final si todo esta bien. Habitaciones medianas, limpias, y con buena decoración del mar. La cama no fue la mas cómoda, pero suficiente para dormir después de explorar todo el día. Las habitaciones cerca de las gradas si se siente mucho ruido, pero si te pones unos tapones o no tienes el sueño ligero, no tendrás ningún problema como yo. La ducha es junto con el toilet, entonces se moja un poco, pero por ser un hotel de bajo costo pues no esperes un gran lujo Es un muy buen hotel de bajo costo

La ubicación parece buena porque está muy cerca del centro donde se encuentran las tiendas y restaurantes, pero la verdad es ser un mal lugar. Al pasar por una recepción muy bonita y limpia te indican que debes salir y pasar por un pasillo para entrar en el hotel. Es extremadamente mal conservado con muchas fallas en acabar y limpiar. Parece más un albergue que un hotel. En el balneario que debería ser una alojamiento más reservada, usted escucha el ruido de todos los otros balnearios. Y por todos los lugares que mira hay polvo y algo quebrado. Tiene un aire acondicionado d dentro de la habitación, pero es como si no hubiera pq no funciona. Colocamos 16⁰ C y parecía que era sólo un ventilador. Nos quedamos 2 horas en el hotel y prefiere hacer el check-out por todas estas fallas. Al final, pedimos que se realice el check-out y que se extinguieran las otras diarias que no podemos usar. No hemos conseguido el extorno, porque a pesar de mostrar lo diferente que era del anunciado para la realidad, el receptor nos informó que no realizan ningún tipo de extorno. Este tipo de hotel es sólo para engañar a turistas que no conocen la región y pagan un valor considerable en un hotel que no vale ni el 1% de su valor real. Nos sentimos engañados y robados.

El hotel está situado en el extremo sur de la isla de Pipi. Después de llegar al puerto, necesitará un autobús en el agua para llegar y la carretera necesita más de 40 minutos. El hotel es un estilo de albergue independiente, el cuarto es muy grande y muy limpio, justo al borde de la playa, la mayoría de los cuartos en la playa se pueden ver el mar, el entorno es muy tranquilo, la playa del mar es muy larga, pero la playa que puede bajar al mar no es muy larga, la playa es muy cómoda, todo esto está en consonancia con el hotel, El hotel tiene su propio restaurante, la comida todavía tiene muchas opciones, el precio es también modesto, no muy caro, el hotel vive en Europa y los Estados Unidos, muchos rusos, es un buen lugar para relajarse. El servicio es bueno y muy estándar. Es que la red es más mala, hay WiFi en el hall del hotel, hay WiFi en algunas partes de la playa, mi habitación no tiene WiFi casi, no hay señales de WiFi móvil en casa con el pasado, espero que el hotel pueda mejorar las instalaciones en este sentido. Me gusta este hotel. ¡Y después tendré la oportunidad de vivir y recomendarlo a mis amigos!

We had an amazing visit! Would definitely return! You must realize that you are staying basically in the jungle. You don't need fancy clothes. You don't even need shoes. Getting there takes time and you need to plan ahead with flights and boat transfers. We were there during ”off” season, so this information could change during high season. (Check other reviews.) There was not any entertainment, which was perfect for us! We came to rest and relax and enjoy the beach. We read books, swam, walked, ate, exercised, slept. Best vacation ever. 1) When I go to a beach resort, the most important thing is THE BEACH. This beach is gorgeous, the sand is golden, the water is clear and beautiful. The swim area is very generous and cleared of large rocks. No trash or debris. You can also go outside the swim area and snorkel near the rocks that are in front of the neighboring resort. Lots of lounge chairs with a bean-bag type cushion and large umbrellas. If chairs are taken, they also have mats that lay on the ground but with a back cushion. They were very comfortable. 2) The other thing that makes or breaks a hotel stay is the comfort of the bed, and the room in general. The bed was perfect -- not too hard, not too soft. The rooms are individual teak wood buildings and have thatched roofs. The room has air conditioning. The beds have mosquito nets, but I didn't feel like we needed them during our stay. There is a beautiful breezeway porch with chairs and cushions, then an enclosed bathroom with toilet, sink & shower. There is a separate outdoor shower behind a wooden wall. Also an outdoor sink attached to a dressing table with chair and mirror plus outlet. If you have long hair that you usually dry, I would make plans NOT to do so. It is too hot and the hair dryer is not really for styling. (ours only had high setting and it made my hair look crazy) 3) Food/Dining - The resort had a large dining area where an amazing breakfast buffet spread was served daily. We were able to get lattes with several different types of milk (regular, almond, soy). There were western choices and traditional Thai choices. Fresh eggs to order. The other restaurant is on the beach. You can get lunch/snacks and dinner there (special occasions or rain would move to the breakfast area). For dinner there were delicious Thai choices. They also had western/American food, but we ate Thai at all meals except a hamburger & fries once for lunch. 4) Drinks/Alcohol - We're not big drinkers, but I felt they had an adequate range of alcohol to make a variety of drinks/cocktails. I don't usually like sugary drinks, but the ones they serve in the fresh coconut and the fresh pineapple were delicious. They also had a fair selection of wines. We don't drink beer, but they did offer it. 5) Spa/Gym - We had Thai massages that were wonderful. There's a workout room with some free weights and several machines (elliptical, treadmill, rower). Very nice. 6) - Pool - beautiful pool that

We booked our trip a while ago and the reviews seemed great. The closer our trip got the reviews seemed to worsen. But we were unable to change/cancel due to the rate we booked. On arrival we were welcomed by staff and given a cold bottle of water and cold flannel and handed a big list of do’s and don’ts whilst at the hotel. Including leaving your hotel key with reception when leaving the hotel meaning your AC didn’t work whilst out and about. Coming back to an extremely hot uncomfortable room. The hotel is right next to the mosque on the island and the tannoy goes of several times a day to announce prayer including around 5:30am. Very loud. But this can’t be helped, we should have thought about this whilst booking the hotel. Walls are paper thin. We were fortunate enough to between two friends so it was only our noise we could hear but I imagine if this was a stranger it would become annoying, to the point we could hear each others conversations through the walls. We paid for the swim up bungalow villas which apparently are the best rooms available at this hotel. They were filthy (see attached photos) and need of a deep clean and some serious TLC! Also whilst showering there is a terrible foist smell from the drains. And the water pressure is low, again could be down to location. The beds were like sleeping the floor they were that hard, but apparently these are how beds are in Thailand. But the beds have been excellent on the mainland at other stays. Unable to sleep. Little interaction with hotel staff other than check in but whilst writing this review a staff member walked past our room, and spat on the ground! The pool also is in need of some TLC and a full regrout. Be careful where you’re walking as some bits are sharp and appears to be full of grit/sand on the floor. The island itself is stunning but the hotel is lacking for the cost. This is a mid-range budget hotel for the island so would expect a much higher standard. Wouldn’t return to this hotel.

Magnífico hotel. Se encuentra alejado de todas las fiestas, bares ruidosos y otros lugares de entretenimiento. Este hotel es de un tipo diferente: es total relajación y privacidad. Hermosos bungalows con vista al mar (muy arriba de la montaña pero la vista realmente vale la pena) y bungalows completamente diferentes en la playa cuando el sonido de las olas te mantiene dormido y las olas acarician las escaleras hacia tu casa. Una gran opción para la soledad durante unos días. He estado allí por segunda vez y definitivamente volveré.
