Hello, that's Elli and Eyan. We've been looking for the place like this forever! Such a beautiful small apartment we were staying in, with a kitchen and nice shower, with a hot tub and a balcony. House keeping stuff and other services are so nice and caring. Pool and jacuzzi were also superb. We were enjoying each other SOOOOO much in this beautiful hotel, super atmospheric.... People! Also, breakfasts are the best! It's soo nice to go down for the breakfast every morning. Varieties of different foods and beautiful relaxing music... Caring stuff that fills your coffee or tea cup any time you are about to stand up and get it by yourself... Recommended from the bottom of our hearts 💓

En primer lugar, se debe estipular por adelantado que se necesita un depósito en EFECTIVO (1000 baht). Habitación de hotel muy limpia y moderna. En general, es una buena relación calidad-precio teniendo en cuenta que tiene un microondas y una nevera/congelador completo. Eso sí, no hay utensilios. Se proporcionan 2 botellas de agua y paquetes de café. El baño es un poco pequeño pero ideal para una persona con suficiente espacio para maniobrar desde el inodoro, la ducha y el lavabo. Jabón proporcionado Sorprendentemente no hay caja fuerte en la unidad. La cama es una cama dura típica tailandesa. Se intenta suavizarlo utilizando un cubrecolchón, pero sigue siendo rígido. La ducha es decente. 7 Eleven está a 3 minutos a pie. Muy inexacto que haya un ”transporte al aeropuerto”. Lo que ofrecen es dejarte en una estación de Sky Train. Aún debes caminar hasta el área de salidas. El cartel en el vestíbulo dice que el servicio de transporte al aeropuerto cuesta 800 BAHT por trayecto, ¡lo cual es absolutamente ridículo! Aunque el aeropuerto está a 3 km, tardaron 18 minutos y costaron 148 baht en GRAB para dejarlo justo en el carril de salida. Recomiendo descargar la aplicación GRAB y no molest**** con el servicio de transporte del hotel. El personal de recepción y de seguridad me parecieron hospitalarios y no tuve preocupaciones con el servicio.

On my check-in process ( at 14.00), I have been told that my 2-booked rooms are not ready to stay so I went outside for city tour until 17.00. What happened when I came back, I had still to wait for room cleaning, but I give pressure to receptionist to find one room first for my mom to relax then I got one room. Until 18.15 I come back again to receptionist to ask for another room, you know what answer I got is that the receptionist STII. DO. NOT. KNOW. WHEN. I. CAN. GET ANOTHER ROOM. BY now as to hotel like centara chain that has managed a lot of hotels nationwide, such a situation can be handled and solved easily in more professional skill. So I phoned to hotel and talked to front office manager and informed of my story, the manager just say same. SORRY, but I do not want this word , I need the manager to clear my long-story problem, so the manager ask for 5 minutes to look into my problem. After that I have finally got room at 18.45. What doubt me a lot, if hotel do not have good management team to serve guest during festival period, why you open hotel in this period. Hotel should know well that new year is yearly big festival so you should have well-organized management with skillful staffs, not staffs that can say only S O R R Y, but cannot do anything like answering machines. What make me big disappointed is that I have never wait for one room for so so long time like this time, it should not ever happen to over-standard hotel chain like. CENTARA. Nice garden and right beside the historic park and night market. Apart from that, there is no shop around 5mins walking. Local bar outside of property provides drinks and simple food after dark. Room is simple but comes everything you need. We love the garden which very layback!! Great option for stay in Ayutthaya!!

Quite a decent place. Older style hotel. Room fine, good river view too. Bed comfortable. Do not expect to have a refreshing shower unless you are under 150cm as it is fixed to the wall and made for small people. Anyone taller and bending down the only option, very poor really. Pool was quite good but cold as it gets no sun until much later in the afternoon. Refreshing though. Various on-site restaurants. Bar near lobby area, prices way too much I noticed. Breakfast was quite good although the staff were not friendly, seemed disinterested and some often seen larking about maybe as it was not too busy when we went. 5 minutes walking distance to train station where there are Tuk Tuks and a few eating places as well as the usual street food. 7-11 too. Train to or from BKK is worth the experience (but takes a while to go 70km) and 3rd class trip costs 15 THB...wtaf! The boat river crossing is closed at the moment as the river is too high. Getting across the river needs to be by Tuk Tuk or taxi really. Normally at least one Tuk Tuk outside the hotel too. You know the form, must haggle them down. We used Grab a lot and got where we wanted to go. Probably can walk to some of the historic sites but probably not advised and Grab is cheap and has AC so is the way to go. There is Soi Farang and Grand Street for a livelier atmosphere with more bars and restaurants, again a cheap taxi ride away. Overall not a bad place and decent location for a reasonable and not too expensive a price.

Behind the wall there is a hidden oasis. This is a perfect hotel with amazing architecture and the best outlook. Room 4 and 6 have a great view over the river to the temple. The bar upstairs is very relaxing and great selection of cocktails. The cheesecake is so special. Breakfast or diner on the terrace just watching the river and the world go by is very relaxing. I love the little lounge nook with the pillows, just ideal for reading or surfing or snoozing. Staff service was perfect. I will be back.
