The place is an old wooden house which could be easily loud by just walking. But the location is perfect, right in the middle of the old city. You can reach any spot by walking.

Location is great. Historical sites are literally just minutes outside of the place. And there is a street market with many eats close by. At our stay, there is construction ( they’re expanding) going on and the walls are thin. And at night there is a live singer outside street bar, so it was a bit noisy. The staff is helpful and friendly. The paid breakfast was mediocre at best. Overall, decent value for the stay

We spent the night as a family of three, the overall serveice was excellent. The staff is very nice, hotel clean and located right in the middle. Defikitely will come back !

This place is in a perfect location to visit the temples nearby. It is opposite Wat Mahathat and the public park. The garden is also very nice for relaxing and reading.
Unfortunately, we had some communication issues around paying for laundry, which should have been easy enough to pay on check out. Also, the lock on the gate is quite hard to deal with. If they fixed that, it would definitely be the best place to stay in town.

Strict hotel rules and very unfriendly.
We arrived at 19:00 to find a locked gate. Luckily there was a man inside the gate who called the manager. He made us wait outside in the dark with our bags, even passing the phone through the bars so we could speak to the manager. The manager told us that I was too late to check in but she will do it anyway. I have never stayed at a hotel that had such a small check in time.
Perhaps because we are already "late" the manager was very unfriendly. She lectured us about all of the rules for a long time, even how to walk in the room.
The room had a very bad sewage smell. The windows can not be opened. It is not suitable for habitation.
The electricity went out both nights and we woke up in the middle of the night to a hot smelly room.
We booked for three days but left after two. We should have left the first night.
