Their attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care for our special day was unmatched. Every little detail, from the placement of decorations to the timing of events, was executed perfectly, making our day flow seamlessly. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that our wedding was the best day of our lives. The culinary team outdid themselves with an exquisite menu that catered to a variety of dietary preferences. Each dish was beautifully presented and tasted as wonderful as it looked. Many of our guests commented that it was the best wedding food they had ever tasted. The accommodation at the Britannia Waterside Hotel was indeed very comfortable. The rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated, and offered stunning views of the waterside. Waking and having breakfast with the view of the river Ugie as a newly married couple was a delightful experience that added to the magic of our wedding. In conclusion, our experience at the Britannia Waterside Hotel was truly extraordinary. We owe a large part of our perfect wedding day to James Forbes and the fantastic staff.
