La habitación era un sueño: espacial, sin escena, y pensando en el lugar. Es el tipo de espacio que te hace aliviar de inmediato.
Y entonces hay la sorpresa que hace este lugar inolvidablesu encantador pequeño zoológico! Nos alegramos de pasear por el exterior y encontrar el roaming de la curiosidad, un estrecho curioso añadiendo un toque jugador, y tres perros adorables que absolutamente robaron nuestros corazones. Es único, alegre y perfecto para las familias y para cualquiera que ama un poco de naturaleza y personalidad con su estancia.
Si va a la sorprendente Juzhai Valley National Park, este lugar hace la aventura aún más especial. El espejo de paisaje de sueños del parque ‑ claros lagos en sombras de turquesa, piscinas minerales terrazadas, cascada de aguas, y nunca ‑ cambios de bosques nos dejaron en awe. UUsuario invitadoWe all loved staying here in this beautiful hotel. Traditional decoration on the outside with modern comfort and convenience on the inside. Such a cosy place with thoughtfully designed rooms. Heated floors were incredible during our winter stay. Shower was spacious with instant hot water and strong water pressure. Host was very helpful and welcoming. Short walk to a couple of restaurants and small supermarkets/mini mart. Free shuttle to the entrance of JZG. We also used their paid pick up/drop off service from the hsr station which was very convenient with a good safe driver and car. Felt very well taken care of at this accommodation. Recommended without hesitation for all travellers visiting JZG.

WWai Kit KanWe had an excellent stay at the hotel. The personal touch and the warm hospitality shone through the moment we arrived. Despite the punishing cold, two of their staff were already standing by the side of the road waiting to welcome us. They ushered us to our room, patiently explained everything and left a contact so we could reach out at any point in time. We needed a late lunch and the kitchen readily whipped up three dishes. We were shown to a private dining room with an amazing view. The food portions were generous, the food was hearty and delicious, and we had the same impeccable service from the young men who had greeted us. The next day they arranged for transport to and from Jiu Zhai Gou National Park for us after a delicious breakfast. When we informed upon our regurn that we'd have to be up at the crack of dawn the following day to make the 2 hour drive to the train station to catch an 8am train, they apologised that they'd not be able to prepare breakfast that early but instead packed us a generous bag of butter cookies, milk, fruit and sweets to fill our stomachs on the road. What seriously mpressed was the fact that they'd taken care of the little details - they washed the grapes and removed the stems before packing them into a paper box. Such is the degree of their attention to detail and hospitality. In fact, they had prepared a sweet potato mash with grilled cheese as one of the dishes for dinner on our first night. We ended up not touching the dish as we were too full and apologised profusely for it. Imagine our surprise when we discovered that they had made the effort to whip up a fresh batch for our dinner on the second night. We made a point to eat (and finish) it this time round and were not disappointed - it was mind-blowingly good!
If you want a quiet get-away to relax and be pampered, this is where you'd want to be. They certainly live up to every excellent review they have received. To the extremely polite and unassuming young man who served us for our 3D2N stay, a big thank you! We never got his name but he'll forever be in our hearts and thoughts for making our stay such a memorable one. Of course, special mention must be made of Huahua, their resident dog who brings so much joy to all. Together with the warmth and hospitality of their staff, they have turned what would have been another cookie cutter hotel into a memorable and remarkable stay with the welcoming warmth of home.

SShirley BonA super pretty hotel with beautiful design and great vibes throughout the property and the rooms. The surrounding scenery is stunning. It’s very convenient that the hotel provides a Mercedes van shuttle service to Jiuzhaigou National Park. The breakfast offers a variety of options and tastes great. I stayed at the end of autumn, close to the winter season, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to everyone! 🥰✨

UUsuario anónimoJiuzhaigou is a popular tourist destination, so hotels nearby are understandably expensive—especially during holidays. For that reason, I chose to stay a bit farther away, in a hostel instead of a hotel.
This hostel recently reopened in 2025, which was one of the reasons I decided to give it a try. While the amenities are new, I noticed that cleanliness could use some improvement. There was visible dust in several corners and hard-to-reach areas, which gave the place a slightly unkempt feel. The bathroom, although newly fitted, also had minor drainage issues—the shower tended to clog a little, possibly due to accumulated hair.
The hostel provides a laundry room, which I initially planned to use, but I didn’t feel entirely comfortable with the environment after entering, so I decided not to.
They also offer a simple breakfast for an additional fee (around 15 CNY, if I remember correctly). It’s a nice option for travelers who want to grab a quick bite before heading out for hiking or sightseeing in Jiuzhaigou.
I noticed that many reviews mentioned the owner as very welcoming and friendly. However, since I arrived late after visiting the Jiuzhaigou scenic area, I didn’t have much interaction with the owner myself. The next morning, I left early for my next destination in Huanglong, so my stay was quite brief. That said, I didn’t experience any discomfort or issues with the service—overall, everything felt perfectly fine.
While I don’t expect hostel standards to match those of a hotel, I do believe that cleanliness is the foundation of a good stay. If this aspect improves, I think this place would definitely be worth booking.

BBarbellzThis hotel is in a very convenient location, only about 1 kilometre from the Jiuzhaigou National Park entrance. It is also in the town centre, surrounded by restaurants and convenience stores, which makes travelling and finding meals very easy. I visited with a group of ten friends, booking five rooms in total. The positive points are the clean rooms, fresh bed linens, and well-maintained bathrooms. There were no unpleasant odours, and the staff was willing to provide extra towels upon request.
However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The towels provided are disposable and very thin, making it difficult to dry off properly. We had to ask for additional towels to be comfortable. Another issue is that the room doors do not block noise very well. Sounds from the hallway, such as footsteps or conversations, can be heard clearly inside the rooms, which occasionally made it a bit hard to rest fully.
Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall experience was positive. The hotel’s cleanliness, convenient location, and accessibility make it a great choice for travellers who plan to explore Jiuzhaigou. If the hotel improves the quality of the towels and invests in better sound insulation for the rooms, staying here would be even more enjoyable.
