La habitación era muy espaciosa y el edificio muy sólido. Durante mi estancia, hubo un terremoto en Hokkaido de unos 5 grados, pero solo sentí cómo se movía la cama. La cerveza en el bar del vestíbulo es excelente. Parece que antes era una oficina de Sapporo Beer, así que si tienen la oportunidad de hospedarse, ¡definitivamente prueben la cerveza! Desde la estación de Sapporo, son solo 6 minutos en taxi, y también hay una parada de autobús justo en la puerta. El outlet de artículos deportivos frente al hotel también vale la pena visitar.

The most comfortable bed I’ve ever had in a hotel. We had some of the best sleep during our stay. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable, with plenty of pillows and soft, high-quality linens. The room itself was spacious, quiet, and very well soundproofed, with lots of space to store luggage and personal items, plus many useful amenities. The entire hotel has a modern, clean design and is kept in excellent condition. The staff were very kind, professional, and spoke English, which made everything easy. They even provided umbrellas free of charge when it rained, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel bar also deserves a mention. The service was excellent, the drinks were very good, and the parfaits were delicious. Since parfaits are very popular locally in Sapporo, I definitely recommend trying one here. The location is convenient too: just a short walk from Susukino and the Sapporo city center, close to the station by a few metro stops, and easy to reach by taxi. Overall, this Marriott was a real gem. Because of such a pleasant experience here, I’ll definitely consider staying at other Marriott Courtyard hotels in the future.

En el baño encontramos algunos cabello curly después de haberse inspeccionado y había algunos cabello en las toallas frescas. Nos quedamos allí durante 7 noches, pero algunos de los desperdicios no se echaron a la deriva durante algunas noches (aunque teníamos la señal de ”maquillaje de la habitación”). El hotel dispone de una máquina de hielo, en el bar de vino de tapa (solo se obtiene una taza por persona, es 300 yen después de su primera taza), una máquina de café (no hay té disponible).

La habitación del hotel es grande, el paisaje es bueno, hay una taza de chicken especial, hay un salón gratuito en el 16o piso, bebidas, café, vino rojo y blanco, bebidas de fruta pequeñas ⋯⋯, una comida japonesa francesa con comida de salchichas es sorprendente, el servicio es excelente.

Hotel lobby and hotel restaurant are located in main building, and our room were in 2nd building. 4. There were coin-operated washer+dryer in some of the floors hence which is quite convenience for guests to use. 5. Breakfast were so so. 6. I have stayed in Holiday Inn hotel many times (1st time in Japan) and this is the 1st time i see Dove brand for shower and hair shampoo. Overall the hotel met my expectations.

Had great stay at this Hotel located across the train station. All the facilities and amenities were excellent , Breakfast at the top floor was excellent with so many options to choose . Staffs and everything was fantastic.

This hotel is truly excellent. Its location is very convenient, just a short walk from the train station. One of the highlights is the complimentary welcome drinks available throughout the day, which adds a nice touch to the overall experience. The breakfast is also incredibly premium, with high-quality options across the board. Honestly, almost everything about this hotel is great. The only downside is that the room is quite small, making it a bit difficult to fully open a suitcase. If I have the chance to visit Sapporo again, this hotel will definitely be my first choice.
