TTridib MisraLa habitación está en el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el hotel, y el hotel está en el centro de la ciudad. Antes de nuestra llegada, se preguntaron si teníamos algunas solicitudes especiales.
El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no se puede encontrar en el hotel. La habitación era muy buena, pero no se había podido encontrar con un buen servicio.
Para nuestra satisfacción, habían preparado con pensamiento un kit de higiene infantil para él, incluyendo jabón, champú y un kit dental. El hotel es muy bien diseñado, sin escenas, y muy delicioso.
El hotel tiene una pequeña zona de juegos para niños, incluyendo un deslizamiento, una tienda y juegos. La comida fue otra destacada: tuvimos una deliciosa cena china y un desayuno chino tradicional, ambos llenos de sabor.
A lo largo de nuestra estancia, Long fue increíblemente útil y hizo nuestro viaje realmente especial.
Recomiendo a los huéspedes que se encuentran en la Villa Perdida, que tienen otros lugares, y estamos muy aguardados por quedarse con ellos de nuevo.

Location:
Strategically located in the heart of Ningbo, the hotel is just a stone’s throw away from Cheng Huang Night Market, the pedestrian street, shopping malls, and many popular restaurants. Super convenient for exploring the city.
Staff:
Check-in was pleasant and smooth, with friendly and warm staff at reception. They were very helpful in giving us navigation tips around the area. The team even went the extra mile to make our wedding anniversary special. A big thank you to Ms. Lu (吕小姐) for her thoughtful service!
Amenities:
The self-laundry area and gym are tucked away in a corner, so they’re convenient to use without disturbing guests.
Room:
Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. It feels like the hotel has been newly renovated. The environment is comfortable and well-maintained.
Breakfast:
The breakfast spread is good and offers enough variety if you prefer to dine in the hotel.
Note:
During winter, the hotel uses a centralised air-conditioning system, which means the rooms are set to heating mode. There are rooms with and without windows, so do consider your preference. Since it wasn’t peak season, I was allocated a room with a window panel that could be opened, which I appreciated.

自助洗衣房和健身房位于较角落的位置，既方便使用又不会影响客房安静。
房间：
房间宽敞、干净得无可挑剔，看得出酒店应该是近期翻新过，整体环境十分舒适。
早餐：
早餐种类不错，如果喜欢在酒店用餐，这里的早餐能满足基本需求。
小提醒：
冬季是中央空调统一供暖，房间会处于暖气模式。另外，酒店有带窗和无窗房型，可根据自己的需求选择。由于我入住时并非旺季，酒店为我安排了一间带可开启窗户的房间，非常贴心。

Las instalaciones son completas, incluyendo dos ascensores, reparto de comida asistido por robot, etc.
El baño está separado de las áreas húmedas y secas, ¡y el diseño del lavabo exterior es bien recibido! No hay ningún retraso cuando una persona se ducha y la otra se maquilla.
Lo que más me gusta es el diseño de tatami al lado del alféizar de la ventana de la habitación. Se puede utilizar para poner cosas o tumbarse. Es una buena noticia para las personas que no quieren ponerse ropa exterior para ir a la cama o que Acabo de regresar y me da pereza cambiarme de ropa.

La higiene es muy buena y la limpieza es muy oportuna todos los días, una vez que salí a desayunar, regresé y encontré que la limpieza había sido completada, fue muy eficiente.

El ambiente es muy bueno y la ubicación es realmente ventajosa: puedes caminar hasta la plaza Tianyi, el templo Chenghuang, la torre del Tambor, la iglesia católica, etc. Solo cuesta unos 10 yuanes tomar un taxi a la mayoría de las demás atracciones de la ciudad.

Incluso antes de entrar al lobby del hotel, Septiembre salió a recoger nuestro equipaje y nos atendió con una sonrisa durante todo el proceso. Cuando salíamos, nos preguntaba repetidamente si necesitábamos traer agua y toallitas, y como locos nos llenábamos de cosas. Jajajajaja, ¿lo vería el jefe? ¡Me enojaré mucho!
También estoy muy preocupado por la experiencia de la estadía, ¡siento que el servicio es comparable al de un hotel de cinco estrellas!
Todas las mañanas se sirve el desayuno en el 4to piso y por la tarde se entrega té, bebidas y frutas en la habitación, que de hecho no suponen un gran gasto, pero pueden hacer que los huéspedes se sientan cálidos.
También fue muy inesperado que hubiera un souvenir antes de partir... ¿Cómo es que existe un hotel tan considerado? No es que nunca me haya alojado en un hotel que vale miles de yuanes, pero nunca sentí que el servicio fuera tan cálido.
Solo se puede decir que esta tienda tiene un buen conocimiento de la psicología del cliente en la era de la economía de la experiencia.

UUsuario invitadoI would have given a 5-star review for Pan Pacific Ningbo had it not been for allowing guests and even hotel staff to smoke in the hotel! I give 1-star for cleanliness because allowing guests and staff to smoke in a hotel lobby and rooms is simply disgusting! There's nothing clean about it! It's such a waste because Pan Pacific Ningbo has such great facilities and luxurious interior; I even made a video of the hotel and will be posting it on my newly created YouTube channel. I may return again when the Chinese government has banned smoking in hotels and taken a more serious attitude against smoking and enforced the laws against smoking in hotels and restaurants.
Having brought up the bad thing about Pan Pacific Ningbo, I would like to highly commend the following staff for their exemplary services:
1. Cady of the reception
Cady was the same receptionist who checked us in during our two separate stays, on our way to Zhoushan and back from Zhoushan. She was very courteous and friendly. She offered to add me on her WeChat so that I could contact her if I needed anything. True enough, I needed to contact her within a few hours after we checked-in during our second stay. Smoke filled our room. When I found out that it came from the room next to ours, I immediately informed Cady, who immediately arranged for someone to spray air freshener in the corridor. She offered air filter, which I declined as we were already going out. As we walked down the lobby, I realized that Cady had actually left, and she was arranging all those even though she was already off duty! It was also Cady who informed me that GHA Discovery members would get dining discount by giving me a brochure.
2. Cora (陈丽)
Cora was the wait staff attending our table at Madr 99. When I found out that I had run out of mobile data plan, I asked Cora for the passcode to logon to the hotel Wifi. Strangely, there's no option to logon with hotel room number. There were only 2 ways to logon to the hotel wifi: using a passcode and mobile number. Cora kindly offered to use her mobile number to help me logon. She didn't even ask me to use my own mobile number. It was very kind of her to do that. Upon paying the bill, I presented Cora with my GHA Discovery membership card. Cora provided me with 10% discount for silver member, exactly as stated in the brochure that Cady gave me. When we headed back to the serviced suites, another male wait staff chased us and rudely told me that GHA Discovery silver member was not entitled to any dining discount at all. He demanded me to go with him to the cashier to sign a new invoice. I later contacted Cady and asked her to verify with her manager the terms and conditions of dining discount for GHA Discovery member, before we went to Hai Tien Lo to dine in the evening. Cady, who was already at home and off duty, gladly obliged to my request, and confirmed that dining discount was applicable to even silver members. Perhaps hotel management could ask Cora to train the guy properly before allowing him to interact with guests directly! Otherwise, one day he might get punched by guests who are irritated by his behavior.
3. Cavan
Cavan was the porter/concierge who helped us deliver our luggage to our room. He, too, was friendly and polite like Cady and Cora. He even walked us to Madr 99 and showed us where all the hotel restaurants were located. The way he treated us was like VVIP.
The hotel management should treasure and try to retain these 3 excellent staff. Have these 3 experienced staff to train their junior colleagues.

UUsuario invitadoEste hotel tenía unas reseñas excelentes que me llevaron a reservarlo por primera vez. Esta era mi tercera visita. Según mi experiencia en las tres visitas, que fueron bastante largas, el público objetivo de este hotel es predominantemente local. En comparación con otras franquicias internacionales de 4 estrellas, el hotel tiene muchas deficiencias.
1. Ofrecen un buen desayuno buffet, pero la variedad se centra principalmente en los huéspedes locales. La selección rara vez cambia.
2. Los productos de panadería no eran frescos. Estaban fríos y rancios.
3. Se encontraron frutas frescas mezcladas con otras rancias; no estoy seguro de si usaron las de días anteriores.
4. El servicio de limpieza no fue el mejor; a menudo las tazas de café y té no se limpiaban ni se cambiaban.
5. Pedí café de cortesía en la habitación en lugar de té. Venden bolsitas de café en el vestíbulo, pero en lugar de eso me pidieron que bajara a pedir café allí. 6. El pequeño gimnasio no tiene papel desinfectante para limpiar los equipos antes de usarlos.
7. En el vestíbulo hay una cafetería que también es la oficina de la gerencia del hotel. Por la noche, la zona está completamente infestada de mosquitos, lo que dificulta sentarse incluso durante 5 minutos.
8. El hotel apagó el sistema Cookson y la temperatura interior subió a 29 °C. Tras reiteradas solicitudes, hicieron algo, pero eso tampoco bajó la temperatura de 24 °C.
9. El hotel necesita considerar seriamente la capacitación del personal del vestíbulo. Una forma sencilla de explicarlo es que tienen una cara de piedra. ¡Sin emoción!
10. Necesitan revisar su protocolo de seguridad; enviaron a mi huésped directamente a la habitación sin siquiera preguntar.
Para muchos, mis comentarios pueden no importar, para otros sí. Pasé casi 10 días en mi última visita, así que no puedo ignorarlos.
Lo mejor de la estancia fue Mary (olvidé preguntarle su puesto). Creo que es la gerente. Ella es la imagen ideal de un hotel. Ha sido la más amable y comprensiva de todo el personal del hotel.

CChan Wai HingThe hotel is quite new and very clean. It is very spacious too. The WiFi is ok. The bed is comfortable.
There are two kind of pillows in the room, soft and hard. This is very considerate. The bathroom is
big and the shower is ok. All the towels are very clean. One of the wall is glass window so it is very
bright. There is a big table with comfortable chair. It is very funny that you will be asked for the
choice of heat or cold function for the air-conditioner when you check in. It is because the air-conditioner
is central controlled. After you choose heat or cold function, you still can change the degree and choose
only wind in your room. Two bottles of water are provided. There is coffee machine and tea bags in the lobby.
So you can have coffee 24hour. The breakfast is quite good for me. They provide variety of simple foods. They
change some kinds of food each day. So the breakfast is recommended. There is free laundry at the
ground floor. You need to go up by the access card so it is very safe. The location is good. It is next
to the station and the walking distance is only 2-3 minutes. If you go to the concert, it is only one
station away. You can walk across the road for the other restaurants and it is only about 10 minutes.
There are many different taste of local restaurants. The staffs are nice. I still will choose this hotel when
I go to Ningbo next time.

Breakfast Variety: The breakfast spread was impressive, with an array of options to suit different tastes. Whether you prefer a hearty meal or something light, the hotel caters to all preferences.
Fully Stocked Mini Bar: The mini bar was a pleasant surprise. It was well-stocked, allowing guests to indulge in their favorite beverages and snacks.
However, there were a couple of areas where the hotel fell short:
Toiletry Oversight: Unfortunately, the housekeeping team overlooked the essential toiletries. I missed having a dental kit, comb, body cream, and shower gel. Even the shampoo was absent from the toiletries collection.
Tiny Bottles: In the cabinet, I found only tiny bottles of body wash and shampoo. While they were functional, I expected more comprehensive amenities.
