UUsuario invitadoI had a very pleasant stay at this impressive hotel in Chang Bai Shan. The property is huge and well designed, comprising three towers, yet it remains well organised and easy to navigate.
The location is extremely convenient, especially for visiting the West Entrance of Tian Chi. A big plus is the hotel’s shuttle bus service, which provides pick-up and drop-off to the main attractions, making sightseeing very hassle-free, especially in colder weather. Arrangements have to be made at front desk in advance.
The food was another highlight. The Korean cuisine at the food hall was absolutely delicious and well prepared. After a day of exploring, the hot springs were fantastic—clean, relaxing, and a perfect way to unwind.
What truly stood out was the hotel staff. They were consistently friendly, attentive, and went the extra mile to make guests feel at home and well assisted throughout the stay. Breakfast was equally impressive, offering a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes.
Overall, this hotel offers excellent facilities, great food, convenient transport, and outstanding service. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chang Bai Shan, especially those planning to explore Tian Chi. One thing to note is that during winter, the aircon only blows warm air. You have to open window to allow for cold air in.

JJoeSGOur family of 4 had a wonderful 2 nights stay in mid December. The great service started even prior to our stay as we had 2 personal concierge 小张 & 莹莹 assigned to us. We had requested for connecting rooms via Trip and 小张 & 莹莹 contacted us directly via WeChat. They not only helped us get connecting rooms, they also gave advice and helped to arrange for our luggages to be sent to the hotel while a private driver (additional cost) picked us from the train station to start our tour of Changbaishan immediately so that we do not have to waste time traveling. All the staff at the hotel were wonderful as well. Our room package included 3hr ski tickets and access to the natural hot spring. It was our family’s first time trying to ski and we asked our personal concierge to arrange for private coach (additional cost). Immediately upon arriving at the ski lodge the coach was waiting and led us through the entire chaotic process of collecting and wearing the gears. The hotel has direct unlimited access to the hot spring and it was also a great experience not to be missed (Don’t forget to pack your swim wear!) It even has a fish pool where we dip our whole body. There’s also a Cute Pet Paradise with different animals you can feed. Overall there’s plenty of activities for everyone and we will definitely highly recommend the hotel to everyone coming to Changbaishan.

HheymingsterEl hotel ofrece servicio de recogida gratuito de la estación de trenes, que nos permitió conectar con un conductor llamado Ting Ting. El hotel es limpio, ofrece té de ginseng caliente y la habitación es muy espaciosa. El kit de acondicionamiento también es bueno, con loción corporal. El personal de servicio de los huéspedes es extremadamente útil y amable. El hotel tiene un gran sabor de comidas, que son muy buenas. La máquina de café proporciona un espresso relativamente grande (para una máquina automática).
Sin embargo, el énfasis sería Ting Ting; al que nos conectamos a través del Mercury. Nos encontramos en turistas sin un número de teléfono móvil chino local, así que ella sabía y nos dijo que es extremadamente difícil para nosotros llegar en cualquier lugar en Changbaishan (hay sólo una aplicación de salud local T3, y Didi no es aplicable allí). El hotel es un hotel de 3 estrellas con un buen servicio de comidas. Ting Ting también nos recuerda lo que necesitamos para prepararnos para ir a Changbaishan y nos llevó a alquilar el equipo necesario (protección de la guardia de la flecha para rodillas, zapatos de flecha, etc.) ya que no teníamos el atractivo adecuado para el -10 y el tiempo de arriba a principios de marzo. Ella es muy útil y amable.
El hotel de Meihui es limpio y la habitación es muy grande. El desayuno es también rico y diverso. La máquina de café está enriquecida de forma muy buena. El establo del hotel y el personal son muy amables y el servicio es cuidadoso. Como el hotel tiene un servicio de recepción, conectamos el chauffador. Es realmente buena. No tenemos teléfonos móviles continentales y no sé dónde ir. Yi también nos enseña cómo comprar billetes en la zona de paisaje de Changbai Mountain y cómo jugar. Luego, lo importante es que también nos recuerda lo que necesitamos prestar atención en Changbai Mountain - no tenemos suficientes abrigos y calcetines para proteger el frío y el viento, así que nos lleva a alquilar. ¡El guapo también nos presenta lugares agradables, ¡estoy muy agradecido!

TTan CK 9320I had a wonderful stay at Changbaishan Hailinyuan Fashion Hotel! The hotel is very affordable, making it a great option for budget travelers without compromising on comfort. What really stood out was the owner’s incredible hospitality. From the moment we arrived, the owner went out of their way to make our stay easy and enjoyable. They provided transport from Changbaishan Station to the hotel and even offered to take us to local attractions at no extra charge, which made exploring the area so much easier. The photos below show the owner fetching us to the attractions, which was such a thoughtful touch!
The hotel is located right in town, so it’s very convenient. There are many food options nearby, as well as a convenience store, which made grabbing snacks or essentials very easy. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall environment of the hotel was welcoming and cozy.
The owner is truly a kind and thoughtful person, always ready to help and ensure guests have a smooth and pleasant stay. I felt really looked after throughout our visit.
If you’re looking for a budget-friendly hotel with excellent service, a convenient location, and a personal touch, I highly recommend Changbaishan Hailinyuan Fashion Hotel. The combination of affordability, hospitality, and convenience makes it an outstanding choice for anyone visiting the area.

TTim CroweA fantastic experience with wonderful staff at ShiBai Cloud Hotel. The rooms were clean, modern and very well presented. The lovely lady at reception organised a fantastic driver to pick us up from the train station. He was then available for us during our stay. He was extremely helpful and very very affordable. I highly recommend staying here. And should I be lucky enough to come back to Changbaishan I’ll be booking in here!

SSH.1The first visit to this hotel was full of warmth and overwhelming hospitality. I still can't forget how they welcomed us the moment we arrived at the hotel.
Firstly, we were overwhelmed by the staff
during our arrival. They all came out to greet us and help with our luggages and belongings all the way in to the hotel.
Secondly, with the seamless check in to our rooms and fruit platter, every gesture was well thought by the hosts.
Thirdly, they prepared a sumptuous dinner for us. Simple local delicacies yet tasted really good. The number of ginsengs in the appetiser surprised us! From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!!
Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen.
Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea.
In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb!
I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too!
The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team!
They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. Certainly can't wait for our next visit to Chang Bai Shan again!!!

When you get there, you have to set the water heater to warm before taking a shower. They have a simple local breakfast. We stayed here for 2 nights. In the morning I had a sore throat and a cough. The host was very kind and helped take us to the drug store in town. In the morning we took us to rafting. In the afternoon there was a walk in the nearby Birch Forest. We returned in the morning. The host prepared a car to send us off. The host and staff were warm and very helpful. Although we cannot communicate in Chinese

NNThe Chang Bai Shan hot spring hotel is a great hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone that wants to visit! They have public hot spring pools that are clean with great amenities. Around the hotel there is a ‘walking street’ with a great selection of shops within walking distance of the hotel, with a grocery store, a couple of restaurants and a gift shop.
