UUsuario invitadoThis was as close as a perfect getaway spot. This resort is tucked away at the foot of the attraction, making it the most convenient of spot to visit ChangBaiShan 👍🏼 regardless of the weather, there are facilities (ktv/entertainment/convenience stores, etc) that travellers can take advantage of if the weather is adverse and routes up the mountains are closed for the day. There is even a restaurant area that caters nice food, pricing might be steep to some but it is definitely delicious. The butler service is also excellent at keeping you informed of all the activities, which is not easy when they have like close to full capacity of guests during my stay, kudos to them. And last of all, I got to celebrate my anniversary with thoughtful preparations from both cleaning crew as well as the concierge! Marvellous work! 👍🏼
这次长白山之旅，最惊喜的就是选择了这家酒店！从入住到离开，每个环节都让人感到用心和舒适，来庆祝纪念日房间帮我们布置得特别有心思，必须表扬管家！及时解答各种问题，态度热情又周到，酒店内的朝鲜料理真的很正宗！虽然价格小贵，但味道确实值得，超爱米酒和茄子炒饭！包温泉和滑雪 这点很划算了 酒店外面布置的很好看！很用心！总体来说非常推荐了

22Yann3I had an amazing stay at Floral Baihe. The entire place is exceptionally clean, and the location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk to plenty of restaurants. The surroundings are peaceful and serene, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff ( especially 韩丹) were all very friendly, welcoming and helpful, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

UUsuario invitadoCrowne Plaza hotel is well equipped with onsen and kids fun slide facility in winter day. There is walking distance to Changbaishan entrance and shuttle back to hotel. But some facilities is come with charge. For children above 1.4m is charge for adult breakfast fees and not much dinner selection. The bedding size for twin sharing is spacious. But, I found their mattress quality needs more improvement for a better comfort. Butler Yuki (yue) do provide a very good service for our convenience and comfort during our stay. Overall is acceptable and some improvements needed.

KkeliwenThe location isn’t the closest to the attractions unless you have a driver, but aside from that, everything else was absolutely fantastic! As a total clean freak, I was beyond impressed with the cleanliness, it was spotless! The service and facilities were top-notch, making our stay truly enjoyable. 长白山 was the first stop of our trip, and it has definitely set the bar high for the rest of our journey!

YYvonne SH TayConveniently located and the hotel provides free transfer to and from train station and also to and from the Changbaishan north entrance which are very useful. It is located at the main street in Erdaobaihe and can easily walk to the attractions. Room is very clean. Hotel owner is friendly, helpful and responsive. He responds to messages promptly and punctual in picking up. Highly recommend to stay here

UUsuario invitadoThis is a family run business, who live on the property. Rooms are tidied every morning and the owners do a good job for keeping the place clean.
Location is slightly inconvenient as it is about 1.5km from food. There are no restaurants or convenience shops nearby, and the hotel itself does not serve food.
Service is excellent. The owners recommended a taxi driver whom we used during our trip to get around. They also gave us good advice on our lost phone.

UUsuario anónimoHotel is very nice & clean. There are hot springs indoor & outdoor pool. Every staff is very nice and helping us a lot. They can’t speak English but they use WeChat to talk to us and help us everything since we booking like booking the bus or send us how to go to railway or How to find the bus. They also help order the food, booking scenic spots tickets, write the sign to help us to get back to hotel went we go out. If we have a chance, we will absolutely come back here.

My family were lucky to choose to stay in this beautiful hotel resort.
1. The Room : very clean and many room style to choose like Chinese or Japanese or normal.
2. The location : is very near town just only 5mins
Near Changbaishan railway station just only 5mins
Close to Scenic deer park and riding floating river
3. Sevice: excellent. The boss is very caring us. He took us from station to the hotel and back to station for FREE. He help us a lot to buy Mountain ticket, booking car, and bus to Xuexiang.
4. Hotel also Free Breakfast with delicious food. The kitchen service is great. They are kind and outgoing. 😍
Thank you hotel boss for everything.
We will recommend your hotel to our relatives and friends. And we will come back to see again in Changbaishan. 🙏

NNThe Chang Bai Shan hot spring hotel is a great hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone that wants to visit! They have public hot spring pools that are clean with great amenities. Around the hotel there is a ‘walking street’ with a great selection of shops within walking distance of the hotel, with a grocery store, a couple of restaurants and a gift shop.

UUsuario invitadoThe staff were very kind and we were impressed by their sincere attitude toward the guests. We booked the Gyegok trekking through Trip.com, but as foreigners, we had trouble communicating with the trekking company. The manager helped us, and we had a wonderful time that will remain a pleasant memory.
If we have the chance to come to Changbai Mountain again, we would definitely choose this hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. We are truly grateful for the warm hearts of all the staff.
Also, grilling skewers and enjoying a glass of soju in the hotel parking lot was an unforgettable delight.
