Prime marrow bone. 🦴 Reality, however, is a scenic winter obstacle course. The hotel is thoughtfully scattered across three separate buildings — one for check-in and breakfast, another for hot springs, and because suspense is important in life, the Food Plaza lives in yet another building. In winter. On ice. With wind that slaps. Not exactly age-old-dog friendly. I waddled. I shuffled. I negotiated with my knees. At one point I believe my soul lagged behind and had to catch up. To offset this Arctic triathlon, the staff are available 24/7 on WeChat, responding faster than I can type “why did I choose this hotel?” Efficiency deserves a respectful tail wag. 🐾 Now let’s talk Food Plaza, the hotel’s redemption arc. The food is genuinely scrumptious, warming, and emotionally supportive after being bullied by Changbai winds. Takeaway is allowed — which means you carry it yourself. Eco-exchange again. This dog fetches his own dinner. 🥸 Then there’s the hot spring schedule. Opens at 13:30. When the mountain is closed and the hot spring is closed what exactly is an old dog meant to do? Stare into the snow? Question life decisions? Age visibly? Ah yes — write this review. ✔️ ⚠️ Now, the bone that refuses to go down smoothly. Despite having a relaxed stay, I felt continuously pressed for a 5-star review — on departure day from the first meeting in the lobby to gentle reminders all the way up the bus. At that point, it stopped feeling like hospitality and started feeling like an exam I didn’t sign up for. It made me sad, actually — because it suggests staff performance may be chained to guest reviews like sled dogs pulling corporate KPIs. Trip.com, if you’re listening: no guest should ever be pressured to review. The moment reviews are pushed, ratings stop being honest and start being decorative. This old dog is an independent reviewer. I don’t bark on command. I don’t roll over for stars. And the harder the push, the more my paw hovers over the lowest rating out of pure principle. Erdaobaihe is a really sweet, cozy little town. Although it’s not located in the main town area, it is just opposite the beautiful pine forest, which makes the surroundings very peaceful. There are free buses available to travel within the town, which is very convenient. However, as we can’t read Chinese, we mostly relied on Didi instead. Getting a Didi can be a bit challenging due to the limited number of drivers, but as long as you’re willing to wait 5–15 minutes, you should be able to get one. The people in the town are very warm and welcoming. We visited Enduli, and it was absolutely wonderful and truly memorable. The morning view from our room was magical. The room itself was spacious, and the bathroom was equipped with a smart toilet with a heated seat, which was a nice touch. There was a small issue where we found a strand of hair on the bed when we opened the bedsheet. We didn’t make a fuss as I had my own disposable bedsheet prepared. Despite this minor incident, the overall stay was wonderful. What really made this place special was Aunty Wu. She was always there for us and even woke up at 6am just to bid us goodbye. When we were looking for laundry services, she kindly offered to wash our clothes in-house. With my OCD, I was especially touched that she even warmed my laundry bag for me - such a thoughtful gesture. Will definitely be back

Newly built, and nice hotel. Has great self-service laundry and nice gym. Located in Erdaobaihe Town, the hotel is a bit further outskirts so not within walking distance to the Cloud Market but everything is only a 10 min taxi/didi ride away. Also provides free pickup from the high-speed railway station (Changbaishan Station), which is also only 10 mins away. We got the big family room which was great for 2 adults and 2 small kids. Breakfast is a decent mix of local and western staples, even some local honey and yogurt. just don't eat the cereal.

Absolutely a place I would recommend to anyone visiting Changbai to visit to do activities like snowboarding, atv, the Changbaishan mountain. It’s the perfect location and the room and hotel design is beautiful. The receptionist, which is also the owner, is a sweetheart was so caring to us. She helped us get a driver and also order food. I would 100% recommended this spot for anyone visiting.

I had a wonderful stay at Changbaishan Hailinyuan Fashion Hotel! The hotel is very affordable, making it a great option for budget travelers without compromising on comfort. What really stood out was the owner’s incredible hospitality. From the moment we arrived, the owner went out of their way to make our stay easy and enjoyable. They provided transport from Changbaishan Station to the hotel and even offered to take us to local attractions at no extra charge, which made exploring the area so much easier. The photos below show the owner fetching us to the attractions, which was such a thoughtful touch! The hotel is located right in town, so it’s very convenient. There are many food options nearby, as well as a convenience store, which made grabbing snacks or essentials very easy. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall environment of the hotel was welcoming and cozy. The owner is truly a kind and thoughtful person, always ready to help and ensure guests have a smooth and pleasant stay. I felt really looked after throughout our visit. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly hotel with excellent service, a convenient location, and a personal touch, I highly recommend Changbaishan Hailinyuan Fashion Hotel. She was enthusiastic and proactive, offering detailed advice on local attractions and how to navigate Changbai Mountain. The seamless service began the moment I arrived at the train station. The hotel provided a pickup service, and the staff greeted me warmly before escorting me directly to the hotel. Personalized Care and Communication Upon arrival, Annie was there to welcome me. She gave me expert advice on how to visit the national park and remained available to assist me throughout my entire stay. If you are worried about the language barrier, don't be! We communicated easily via WeChat and translation apps. She truly looked after me until the very moment I boarded the shuttle back to the train station. Excellence in Every Detail In terms of cleanliness, service, and food, I give this hotel a perfect score of 1,000,000/1,000,000. Everything was flawless.

雲水瀾庭温泉酒店非常不錯，我帶着長者來長白山，住的倍享雙大床房，房間非常大，兩張雙大床，住着很寬敞。酒店內外環境優美，距離各個景點都不遠，非常安靜。交通便利，去哪兒都方便。酒店客服態度很好，很細心熱情。有室外温泉和免費停車場。 旁邊就有吃烤肉的 超級好吃😄 它家早餐也不錯。推薦。

El hotel es muy agradable y limpio. Hay horribles primaveras en el interior y piscina al aire libre. Cada personal es muy agradable y nos ayuda mucho. No pueden hablar inglés, pero usan WeChat para hablar con nosotros y ayudarnos todo, ya que reservamos como reservar el autobús o nos envíamos como ir al ferrocarril o cómo encontrar el autobús.
