UUsuario invitado體驗感非常強烈的一家民宿，來到這有一種回到“家”的感覺，美女老闆很熱情幫我們一行人辦理入住，另外兩個店員也很貼心看我們抱着小寶寶主動幫我們把行李拿到房間去。
店裡裝修風格很別緻，一進門就愛上這風格了！拍照效果超讚！！！我們是提前幾天預訂了3個房間，休息前大家還聚在一起玩撲克牌😸
話説那天晚上的月亮很圓很圓，我們一羣人在小院圍着小桌子喝茶，老闆細節拉滿送了我們小甜品🥰😍😘
孩子們在一樓公共區域玩耍，悠哉悠哉😆
當天晚上的月亮特別圓，我們在民宿玩了一會之後又去附近閑逛，頭頂着一輪大圓月，馬路邊上是小溪流水，河邊還傳來專屬於夏天的蟲鳴聲，讓我聯想了以後的退休生活哈哈～～～

El desayuno es hermoso. Teníamos porridge con pequeños platos como usted tendría en casa. Cuando estuvimos allí durante la temporada no de pico, también tuvimos una oportunidad de sopa de noodles como desayuno. Es un pensamiento tan dulce para nosotros probar un desayuno diferente para el día siguiente.
El alquiler de ropa de esquí también es fácil. Sólo necesitamos hacer clic en un enlace WeChat enviado por la jefa y se entrega. Aunque elegimos el tamaño equivocado. La jefa nos ayudó a contactar con la empresa de alquiler para cambiar por nosotros. Volvieron con el tamaño correcto y nos dieron un paseo libre al lugar de transporte de esquí.
La comida está disponible en todo el mundo.
Después de un día de diversión, tuvimos un hermoso tratamiento del hotel A caldo taza de té con algunas snacks para ir juntos. ¡Hasta vamos a lavar algunas de nuestra lavandería y antes de salir, tenemos algunas tiros de bambú como recuerdos! La dulceza era increíble! Este es un lugar muy bonito para quedarse por un corto camino.

UUsuario invitadoTravelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed!
We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving.
One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home.
Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

What impressed me the most was her thoughtfulness—she would give advance reminders about weather changes or other details so I could be well prepared. Even after I checked out and returned home, she kindly sent me a short message to make sure I had arrived safely. That extra touch of warmth and attention truly made me feel cared for.
Luna’s service was exceptional and made my experience both comfortable and memorable.

TTiffGAs soon as I was approaching the mountains that lead to this hotel I felt like this would be a wonderful place with its bamboo and natural beauty. When I arrived I could see an amazing view of the tall mountains and the city of Anji. Checking in was really easy a guy named 小李 helped us and took us to our room he was really nice and talked about everything that there is in Anji and there place. In fact, there was a hot tub that was very clean and nice. Therefore, inside our room it is 2 story’s with a small mini kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedroom on the 1st floor. On the 2nd floor was a bigger bedroom with a very nice balcony. I can say the room is 10/10 clean. Including, the pool was really nice and had a good view I liked swimming there. After, the swim I had dinner here at their restaurant where in the morning is a buffet the food was pretty good. After, breakfast we got a small tour of their place and got good views of the place. 小李 was the one who also drove us he was very nice and friendly explaining everything. We also got some photos taken here at this hotel by a professional photographer for free. This young lady who took a photo of me and my son did an absolutely amazing job it turned out amazing. I would say this is a great place if you are coming to Anji recommend. This place is a 5 star rating will be coming here next time!

環境非常好，房間寬敞明亮，大大的落地窗，能看見竹林，比較日式的風格，房間還有地暖，老闆態度也很不錯，能夠即使解決問題，
不足的點：接近1500的房間，性價比不是很高，熱水很難調到合適的温度，一會兒很燙一會兒很冷。
小温泉就是一個户外小浴缸，有點拉垮，去泡的時候時間還很匆忙因為衹有半小時，整體體驗較差，儘量不要選擇小浴缸
大温泉也體驗了，玻璃門沒有簾子，私密性較差，温泉房裡還是挺冷的，進池子之前和出來，水質不是特別好
如果想要體驗温泉的儘量選擇房間裏面的
還有早餐也比較一般，種類少味道也不咋地

JJoanna本來是十一入住的！換了行程錯峯出行！如果高峯過來的話家裡有老有小的應該挺累人的！出行都需要接駁車，但是平日來就比較友好。然後重點誇一下小花管家！提前一天就來聯繫天氣位置以及怎麼遊玩、隨時都有在關注我們的動向很暖心。山上晚上還是比較涼的還好小花有提醒加了一床被子。臨走還貼心的給了伴手禮。酒店整體還需要改進但是貼心的服務還是加分不少。希望以後有機會還能入住。

RRoman B.We have rented the villa with 4 beds (the green style) for new year celebration with friends and when arrived to location were guided to the villa; however, immediately found that the villa was not cleaned after previous visitors. We returned to the reception and asked to arrange cleaning quickly, reception staff requested us to wait for cleaning staff and that the cleaning will take about 1 hour, we returned back to villa area but nobody was coming for cleaning for a long time, we have pushed for service several times and finally people from reception came to clean the facility instead of cleaning staff. Obviously, there is not enough personnel available. Special comment on this villa - it looks not good inside and clearly requires renewal of decoration.
After some discoveries during cleaning procedures, we finally insisted to change the villa as the current one was too dirty and cleaning went extremely slow. Another option was offered pretty quick and it was a good replacement - new decoration, clean and nice looking Van Gogh style decoration (pictures attached are from this one), however, we lost some time and instead of check-in at 3pm, we completed everything only about 4:00pm (we arrived around 2 pm, so all procedures took around 2 hours). We were offered to delay our check-out till 4:00pm next day to compensate the time loss.
All in all, everything ended well and our celebration was great, but too much challenges on the way, this is not what you expect for almost 2000RMB per night.
