Hosped**** en Hotel Scribe es como llegar a casa. La localizacion es increibleblemente buena. El equipo, es siempre atento, aparecen cuando uno los necesita, con la actitud natural, espontanea y gentil. La habitacion muy sobria y elegante, solo que como soy misofona, escucho todo, todo..... y me molestaba una maquina del exterior, pero me cambiaron de habitacion y fue mejor. Si coincide tu estancia con tu cumpleaños, te celebran. Desgraciadamente, me informan desde mi pais que mi mascota fallece, como expresaba mi rostro la tristeza, se portaron humanamente. Gracias, Sofia, gracias, Claudine, gracias a todo el staff.

El desayuno es muy agradable, una gran selección de comida fresca, y recomiendo tomar una mesa en el solarium o en el jardín si no es demasiado caliente por la mañana. Es difícil encontrar una calle tranquila en el centro de París, pero este hotel tiene la mejor ubicación y grandes camas.

El hotel de París es relativamente grande, el hall es muy decorado, hay tiendas nocturnas y cafés famosos abajo. La habitación también es grande, hay balcón, está en la ópera, la ubicación es muy buena, el único punto de descanso conveniente desde la ópera es que no he contestado a nadie dos llamadas de servicio de habitaciones, y luego he dicho a la recepción que no me ha enviado nada de agua.

We decided to stay at Fauchon to take advantage of our GHA Titanium status and oh my, it was the best decision ever! We were upgraded to a suite as part of the GHA perks so we got a great room on the 4th floor. The room was spacious (2 of us with 3 big luggages but still had ample space to move around), clean and the bed was very comfy. The amazing gourmet bar was also a really nice touch, even for us who don't drink alcohol. We had in room breakfast for 3 mornings and the food tasted consistently awesome. The french toast recommended by the staff was fabuloussss. The hotel is also located within walking distance to various restaurants and shopping streets. All the staff - from the concierge, housekeeping to in room service - were friendly and helpful and they truly made our stay a wonderful one, and we would love to be back soon!

Mi hija acabo de estar 3 noches en este hotel muy centrico ! Todo pero todo era perfecto, desde el check in hasta el check out, un 10 ! La reserva estaba hecho desde febrero 2020, justa antes de empezar el maldito virus…pero desde entonces el hotel no ha hecho ninguna pega, o problema, solo ayudanos de intentar de tener nuestra estancia en cuando posible…y estos dias eran con esta semana Santa 2022. Nada mas que dar la gracias a todos del hotel por una estancia inolvidable de mi hija en Paris ! Mil gracias a todos ! No dudeis de reservar este hotel, si buscais un hotel en Paris, precio-calidad mas que un 10!

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, cerca hay una estación de metro desde la cual se puede ir prácticamente a todos los lugares turísticos. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, es un poco complicado si llevan equipaje grande. El personal muy amable, nos hicieron el cuarto todos los días y se notaba muy limpio. Nos pareció una buena relación calidad/precio para la zona en la que estábamos.

La ubicación del hotel es buena, en el centro de la ciudad, rodeado de galerías de arte, teatros y se puede llegar a muchos paseos, las tiendas de los alrededores son de muchas marcas, desde el Louvre y Lafayette y se puede llegar a Paris Spring Walk, la distancia también es cercana, desde la Torre Eiffel No muy lejos, en resumen, es conveniente viajar, la ubicación es bastante buena. Vale la pena quedarse y recomendar la próxima vez.

Muy agradable, muy Paris se siente de un hotel. Super amigable personal y limpieza sin lugar a dudas! Reservado la habitación más grande que estaba disponible y era muy grande, no se puede imaginar muchos de los hoteles de París ofrecen tanto espacio. El hotel muy familiar en el sentido de cómo nos tratamos, no sentía por un segundo como viajar con un bebé era un problema para ellos que el resto de París hizo. La decoración de Navidad en el lobby lo hizo muy bonito y bienvenido y la ubicación es perfecta.

Lo mejor del hotel es su personal, es muy importante sentirse bien y eso se nota, tanto en recepción de día y el personal de noche, como la limpieza, y en especial la camarera de los desayunos. Algunos/as hablan varios idiomas y se esforzaron en entendernos. Las instalaciones impecables, una decoración moderna y acogedora. La habitación muy muy cómoda, 2 tipos de almohadas, mesita, con una silla y un puf, un banco para apoyar la maleta, hervidor con infusiones y café soluble, nos invitaron a agua, nevera con minibar. El baño cómodo agua bien caliente, pañuelos de papel, gel, champú,... La calle es tranquila para dormir de noche, hay varios bares y restaurantes la mayoría abiertos al mediodía y algunos en la cena. Hay un supermercado. Ubicación excelente, cerca del Metro Madeleine, de las Galerías Lafayette, Palais Garnier,... Desayuno. Tienen una hoja para cubrir con el horario y lo que se quiera tomar en el desayuno, todo de muy buena calidad, buenísima la omellete, te sirven en la mesa y se puede repetir, bollería, baguette, zumo natural, fruta fresca ya troceada, el café expresso como en la cafetería, fiambres de calidad,... En caso de que necesitéis algo sólo hay que pedir. Sólo tengo que añadir, GRACIAS L

Recién llegados de paris y nuevamente estuvimos alojados en la cadena astotel.En esta oportunidad elegimos el hotel caumartin opera para conocer otro barrio.Realmente nos sorprendió su ubicación excelente,la atención cordial y eficiente y la limpieza que caracteriza a esta cadena no defraudó.Quisieramos agradecer a todos sus funcionarios por su esmero en atendernos a pesar del idioma y seguramente repetiremos en el futuro.

Short version: - Woke up to a mouse/rat on bedside table!!!! - Small, tired rooms (even the superior ones) - Overpriced! - Rude, incompetent staff. Terrible customer service. - AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Long version: My husband and I booked a trip to Paris to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary and we booked 3 nights at the Maison atheene hotel and paid an extra £150 for a superior suite. When we checked in, they asked to take a £150 pending deposit but didn't actually explain what for. Turns out it was incase we damaged anything during our stay so that wasn't exactly a hospitable welcome. Anyway, when we arrived we were initially underwhelmed by the hotel room. It was small, the decor was tired and the carpets were very worn. Wouldn't call it superior to be honest but it did have a small balcony terrace which was nice. On our first night we were awoken at 4am by the sound of rustling. To our horror, we realised it was infact a mouse/rat inches away from our head on the bedside table, nibbling at our packet of crisps! (See picture) After freaking out that a mouse or rat had potentially run across our bed while we were asleep, we went down to the lobby to explain what has happened and that we want to move room straight away! We were astounded to be met with an unapologetic and dismisive attitude. The staff member on reception got extremely defensive straight away and shrugged off our complaint by saying.... it's a problem in Paris, everywhere has vermin. He made out like it was no big deal and made us feel like we were being unreasonable! He didn't apologise for what and happened, he barely gave us eye contact! He told us all the hotels in Paris have this problem and there's nothing they can do about it. He moved us to another room on a higher floor which he said was also a superior room. When we got there it was smaller than the room before, with a tiny shower and no balcony terrace. We checked our new room and found holes behind the headboard big enough for mice to come through so we stuffed them with hand towels to make sure it didn't happen again. We both didn't sleep a wink in our new room untill the early hours to which we were then awoken by loud drilling/road works right outside the hotel. We decided to scour the internet to see if there was infact a problem with vermin in Paris, and like any other city, yes there is in streets and parks, but no mention whatsoever of any vermin problems in hotel rooms. Infact I only found 1 TripAdvisor review from 11 years ago about a mouse in a hotel room in Paris. We decided to pack our bags and leave the hotel in the morning and request a full refund. We spoke to the manager and although he dealt with us better than the last guy, we still found him defensive and he didn't really seem genuine in his apology. At one point he decided to point out that we paid ”less than the usual price” because we booked with a Travelzoo deal. We took it that he was trying to insinuate that we shouldn't co

Just back from a two night break to Paris. Hotel is in a great location, right next to a metro station but also walkable to most places of interest. Check in / out quick and easy. Left luggage at either end of the trip . Staff very friendly and helpful. Even at 3 am when we realised our power had gone off. Rooms decorated nicely, bathroom a good size and shower above a bath. Toiletries provided. Tea and coffee also provided. Fridge with water €5 a bottle is ridiculous when it’s only €1 in the shops, and €2 in reception!! Would be nice to have draw space for clothes but other than that all very nice. Breakfast room only seats about 18 people so when everyone turns up for breakfast at the same time you have to wait for someone to leave. Breakfast continental with nice pastries , breads, cereal, yoghurts, juice, choice of teas and coffee, fruit, meats and cheeses. Can highly recommend.

Viajamos en pareja una semana a París y nuestra estancia en el hotel Saint-Petersbourg fue estupenda. La situación era excelente. Un punto de partida diario perfecto. La habitación era amplia para los estándares de la capital. Todo estaba muy limpio y el desayuno muy bueno. El trato del personal del hotel muy amable, atendiendo a todas las peticiones efectuadas. Sin duda, si volvemos a París, repetiremos. Fue una muy buena elección!!!!!!!.

Una amiga nos recomendó el hotel, y realmente todo fue excelente. La ubicación es muy buena, no solo puedes llegar a los lugares turisticos caminando, sino que tienes muy cerca las estaciones de diversos medios de transporte. La zona es muy tranquila y bonita, pero también es accesible a cafés y tiendas. La habitación es cómoda, cuenta con todo lo necesario, pudimos descansar muy bien y recuperar energías para seguir con los planes del día. El personal es muy amable, siempre te atienden y saludan con una sonrisa. El desayuno tiene todo lo necesario. En general, es un espacio muy acogedor, nos encantó. Un agradecimiento especial a Charlotte que nos trato súper bien. 100% recomendado.
