Las primeras impresiones al entrar en el edificio fueron «*** yo estaba booking». Pequeña entrada que no se sentía muy bienvenida, como el ascensor, apenas podía acomodarla con mi maleta. Cuando salí del ascensor a mi piso, todas las luces estaban fuera, y no se desconectaron, tuve que usar una luz de mi teléfono para ver la habitación ... Aunque habíamos reservado una habitación para 2 y pagado por adelantado? No he tenido ningún servicio tan malo, y una recepcionista llamaba y golpeaba repetidamente a mi puerta de habitación. Lo que habría sido una reserva de 3 noches, terminaba la mañana siguiente, y incluso después el receptor se volvió rudo cuando dije que la estancia no estaba muy bien. También: las habitaciones donde se estrelló y pequeñas, la ducha tenía una toalla sucia que se colocaba en el piso, no hay AC- sólo un pequeño fan, la madrastra se mantuvo en movimiento y la habitación era polvo (allergias? ¡No te muevas!) Las fotos del hotel son engañosas en el mejor de los casos. En general, no recomendaría este lugar a nadie, me entristece esta experiencia y le aconsejaría ahorrar su dinero y ir a un hotel donde el personal se comporta y ofrecer un servicio adecuado.

No se por donde empezar, hotel sucio, baño peor, la cortina del baño de película de terror, no cambian las toallas todos los días, WiFi sin conexión ilimitado, como en otros hoteles sino que te validan varios días, el resto imagino que habrá que pagar ni pregunte ya que la conexión no era buena ,en el ascensor muy estrecho, solo entra una persona y su maleta, sino entras en el ascensor te toca subír por pasillos oscuros, yo no repetiría ni regalado. Como positivo la ubicación, nada más.

Me gustó mucho el hostal, fueron muy cálidos y serviciales desde el check-in. Lo malo es que quise subir a la terraza un día pero abren sobre las 10 am y para mí ya era tarde.

Excelente! Un hotel hermoso y una cordialidad maravillosa. Muchhisimos servicios, bien ubicado -considerando su precio- y la vocación de todo el personal de resolver cualquier cuestión que uno le plantease. Inclusive las nuestras, que mas tenian que ver con la ciudad que con el propio hotel

Amazing location; shops, coffee shops, clothing stops. No riff raff in the hotel more mature crowd not your piss heads and party crowd. very clean hotel rooms and facility. staff spoke english very well and helpful with supplying chargers and recommendations.

Hotel muy cómodo, trato maravilloso de su administrador y del personal a cargo. Ubicación un tanto ruidosa y algo lejana de los mayores sitios de interés (torre Eiffel, museos, arco de triunfo) Desayuno abundante, con jugo de naranjas recién exprimido, sólo faltaron los típicos crêpes...

We arrived at Hotel Amoi mid morning and were greeted by Alli. It is a small boutique hotel and very attractive from the street. We were given a room quickly and Alli took the time to show us the breakfast area, where a complimentary breakfast was being served by the fabulous Fathia. A sitting room is right off of the front desk area. It is filled with wonderful books, refreshments, and a wonderful place to sit. The main breakfast area has a large table to seat guests. The breakfast items are fresh, and their croissants are some of the best in the city. The omelettes that Fathia makes are wonderful and a great way to begin your day. Juices, sodas, water and different coffees and teas are set out daily. Croissants, pastries, breads, pancakes, crepes with nutella are available each morning. Cheese and meats with breads are an option also. A superior meal! Breakfast begins at 7am. Fathia greeted us each day with a cappuccino, asking us our breakfast preference for that day. What a treat. ......We reserved a K room with courtyard view. Our room was very spacious and extremely clean. It was equipped with a coffee pot with pods and tea kettle with tea bags, along with a mini frig. A room safe is also provided.. A hair dryer, iron and ironing board were in the closet. A set of slippers and robe was provided for each guest. The bathroom was spacious and had a towel warmer as well as many toiletries provided. ........ Alli answered all questions that we had before heading out to walk the city. Lou also manned the front desk area and was just as sweet and helpful as Alli. We would start out each day asking questions and having them answered by these wonderful young women. ..... Hotel Amoi is located on the edge of the Place de la République and the Haut-Marais. There are many restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and shops, as well as grocery stores around the hotel. We felt safe walking to and from the hotel each day. When we did need to take an Uber, one was usually available within 3-4 minutes. ......I would not hesitate to recommend Hotel Amoi for your stay in Paris. ....Thank you Alli, Lou, and Fathia for making our 8 day stay with you so enjoyable.

We stayed at this lovely hotel in July 2022. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and spacious room. Good breakfast selection. The most amazing mini pain au chocolats at breakfast and also available free in reception along with hot drinks. Good location and easy Metro accessibility. One suggestion for our next stay.. could we have a mirror in the bedroom too. One bathroom mirror between 2 teenagers is not easy!

This is not a luxury hotel by any means. Typical European rooms – very small, few amenities but very clean. The good thing is that when visiting Europe, you shouldn’t be spending a lot of time in your room anyway! The locality of the hotel is very good. Seems like a safe location and within walking distance to the metro station and many cafes and restaurants. The best part of our stay here was the staff. They were incredibly friendly and helpful to us. We had an unfortunate incident with my husband’s wallet being stolen on the metro from the airport. By the time we got to the hotel, we saw a $3500 charge on our VISA. We went down to the front desk and the gentleman was so very helpful! He placed the call for us and waited until we had everything settled. Later in the week we needed help with train tickets another gentleman patiently assisted us and printed out all of our tickets for us. We definitely enjoyed our stay here.
