I stay in many hotels as I run a cycle tour company. I have to say that this hotel and the attitude of the staff are probably among the worst I have experienced in many a year. Where do I start? We had booked an evening meal with a set menu and had asked that our gluten intolerant clients would have a suitable alternative. A Parma ham salad was proposed. When the alternative arrived it was a pack of Parma ham still wrapped in its plastic packaging (just as you buy it in the supermarket) dumped in front of each client on their plate. No salad, nothing else! The rest of the meal was also not as we had agreed and when we were complained we were told we would need to speak to the management. Next morning several of our clients reported that their air conditioning was not working. With temperatures tipping 35 degrees in the day clearly this did not make for a comfortable nights sleep. Again when we complained we were told the management responsible di not work at weekends and we would have to email our complaints to them. The breakfast room was huge and very full. There was one coffee machine with a huge queue and no staff to help with service. Again the quality of the food was average at best. We then emailed the hotel management with our complaints and asked for a rebate on the meal we had ordered as it had not complied with that which we had agreed. The reply was frankly insulting to our intelligence - saying that the reason for there was plastic wrapping on the ham was the fear of cross contamination. We stayed with these same gluten intolerant clients in many hotel on this trip and none of them were unable to provide a sensible and delicious alternative for them. They did not respond about the lack of air conditioning and said the breakfast room was busy because the hotel was busy!! Exactly! We had a number of email exchanges asking for some compensation which finally resulted in an offer of a 500€ voucher for use at this or one of the company's other hotels in the future. Given our very poor trea**ent and experience means we would be extremely reluctant to return to this or other hotels in the group we have declined this. This is a poor hotel with poor staff customer service values and poor management. Avoid like the plague!

El hotel está situado en una habitación de 500 metros del edificio del hotel, lo que le da un sentimiento de independencia y el hotel o este sitio adicional está cerca del centro de la ciudad, todo está fácilmente accesible a pie. La habitación era limpia y espaciosa con su propio balcón. Visited this hotel on occasion of Cibus. Hotel is nicely presented, although is located outside Parma town. Rooms are ok, not too small but neither big. Good bathroom. Restaurant: breakfast ok, good choice of yogurts, juices and English breakfast too. Dinner: good a la carte menu plus salad buffet

Yo sólo he estado una noche en este hotel por cuestiones de trabajo. Tengo que decir un momento de esfuerzo para detectar la entrada. Pero habrá sido yo cansado. Sin embargo, hotel limpio, esencial. Personal en pie. La habitación esencial y limpio. Desayuno bueno, y vista de la ubicación, con la presencia de buen pimiento crudo. Tal vez ofrecer una cafetería del bar podía ser agradable, pero no es un gran problema. Cerca de la salida y la autopista, así que una buena parada. Bien.

El hotel está muy bien situado, muy cerca de la estación de tren y a pocos minutos a pie de los restaurantes. Pascual en el bar también trabaja el restaurante, también hace servicio de habitaciones que fue sorprendente que estudia inglés pero siempre útil ayudante. Si vienes a Italia en verano, será caliente, no importa dónde vayas. El aire acondicionado trabaja para nuestra habitación no era helado pero era agradable y frío. ¿Quieres algo positivo aunque... El duche fue impresionante presión del agua, agradable y caliente. Nuestra habitación/suit estaba en la frente ....no hay ruido en absoluto de la calle, tenían dos conjuntos de ventanas para bloquear el sonido... Así que tranquilamente tuvimos que girar nuestra máquina de sonido para dormir... Estaría aquí otra vez en un golpe de corazón. Ubicación superior. El hotel tiene buenas instalaciones. Frente a la puerta está el río. También es seguro. Corro mucho por la mañana. Junto a él hay un nuevo centro comercial. Más tarde, descubrí que hay muchos fideos para comer. También puedes ver el paisaje exterior. Muy bien.

This was an excellent hotel - rather like an upmarket Premier Inn. Room capacious, bathroom well-appointed and breakfast buffet more than adequate. Its only disadvantage is its out-of-town location next to an American-style shopping centre. When I booked, I misread the map, thinking it was on the edge of Fidenza but it isn’t - it’s about 3km out of town, on the edge of Fidenza Village (the aforementioned shopping centre). Impossible to walk to because it’s reached via busy main roads. So taxis are a must, at 10 to 12 Euros a time. I was very well served by a local firm but it was hard to find a taxi after seeing Verdi’s Il Trovatore at the opera house - the town was in the grip of noisy local celebrations. However, these were rather interesting to see and overall, I enjoyed my stay in Fidenza. Just don’t expect to walk to the hotel - you need a car (or a taxi).

Hay que hacer los elogios para la recuperación de edificios hecho para este hotel, la estructura muy bonita con un amplio jardín. Aparcamiento amplio pero no asfaltado, así que si llueve hay un poco de suciedad. Habitaciones limpias y con decoración bastante nueva , baño amplio y ducha muy grande. Elección de cojines y cubiertas. Una tope en el sofá falta y se siente falta. El restaurante no lo probó si no el desayuno que es la debajo varia entre dulces y salados. Falta un poco de producto del territorio que si se inserta en el menú de desayuno, teniendo en cuenta la alta calidad de salmuera y queso local, podría venderlo en una tienda interna que falta. Sugerencia.. También debería reestructurarse la parte trasera porque la cosa de las ventanas no es la más alta. Muy cerca del aeropuerto pero no siendo traficado no se siente vuelos nocturnos, un poco lejos del centro de la ciudad, por lo que no es fácil para los que van a visitar Parma.
