El hotel es muy bien diseñado, grandes habitaciones y cómodo cama. Desafortunadamente, me detuve sólo un poco antes de mi vuelo de noche, pero en la noche el aire acondicionado detuvo trabajando para el calor y se convirtió en 18 grados de frío, no pude cambiarlo por mi propio ... al final, me quedé dormido como es. Y después de 2.5 horas en el frío, tuve una dolorosa garganta, que me dio la impresión. Todo es genial, pero por favor, compruebe los aire acondicionados para que funcionen per***ently a la temperatura y modo de ajuste

Mostly everything was great. The service, room, bedding, comfort and locaction all very good and the food from the buffet at the main restaurant restaurant was outstanding not to mention the service which also was fantastic. The outdoor pool and surrounding area was very clean as was the Gym and the Gym staff very helpful making sure that the Steam-room and/or Sauna were ready after my swim as I’d requested My only (minor) complaints were the products that are supplied for showering and hand washing which are from the Dove brand which personally I don’t care for. The other being the lack of a FREE Shuttle to the airport Regardless I will definitely stay there again on my next trip through Delhi should I again require lodging near the International Airport.

This hotel is very clean and neat, but it is also an enjoyable experience. From the breakfast and dining area to the lobby everything is very enjoyable and eye pleasing. The people involved are very respectful and welcoming especially the security guards in the front. Special thanks to Vishal for being a great server. From Kannan and Family.

La ubicación del hotel es buena, cerca del aeropuerto y hay un muy buen centro comercial alrededor. El hotel en sí es muy elegante y un poco anticuado. Cinco estrellas no es excesivo. Sin embargo, la situación sanitaria es muy mala. La bañera estaba sucia, quitando barro negro y las sábanas no estaban limpias. No se puede garantizar la higiene. Me preguntaba por qué el Airport City Hotel es tan caro, el área urbana es más barata y la salud del hotel de la ciudad del aeropuerto es realmente mejor.

It’s a very nice and open lively experience The members of the staff practically are enthusiastically trained to serve you and make you feel relaxed The considerations that arise automatically without asking by understanding the structure of the guests staying, to me makes it 5 star or say Luxurious hospitality , this is something that most old type hotels lack and are still living in request and more request prudent structure This place breaks the barrier here if one understands the meaning of essential luxury, would understand my complex comment This place gets 5/5 on that Delhi as a place you are central and today’s date more well stationed if you stay at aerocity and Andaz is a good good choice The pool area is like a mini resort type relaxful side much required for city stay The service at the poolside is well done Breakfast is excellent and well served and very well ***aged , the only thing I would suggest is they should make the arrangement less dispersed Housekeeping and staff is worth accolades , this natural service attitude definitely says a lot about the ***agement ideology I get into things that are minute may be to others , but to me more than marbles and statues , asks and wants it’s the natural service attitude that makes a place worthy of hospitality stars This is another missing thing of city hotels where this hotel unexpectedly wins accolades Please maintain this positivity and vibe is my feedback Though it was out of the box one night stay , the environment wants you to come back This is a new age active hotel , bringing good to Hyatt name
