The stay at this hotel exceeded all expectations. The property is clean and beautifully designed, the room is spacious with a stunning view, and the service is truly 100/10. The food is delicious, and the hotel offers all-you-can-eat drinks, snacks, and refreshments throughout the day at the lounge. There is also a private hot spring available (additional 3,300 yen), as well as a complimentary shared hot spring, both of which are absolutely wonderful. I’ll come back here agian.

The hotel is short distance away from the major sightseeing spots at jozankei, but still walkable distance. That allows a tranquil and relaxing environment which you can truly enjoy the stay and immerse yourself into the nature. The resort is beautiful and room is super spacious. The buffet is wonderful. All the food are very fresh which make you feel very healthy. The onsen are nice. However, I found the temperature of outdoor bath too high. I feel recharged after the stay, both physically and mentally.

I loved Nukumori No Yado Furukawa! I was an American solo traveler, but my wife is Japanese (we have 2 boys), so I am very familiar with Japanese culture. I wanted to go to a place that Japanese people would love, not a tourist-focused place. From the moment I entered, the service was excellent. I was greeted, checked in quickly, then accompanied to my room for explanations of how everything operates. My room was very comfortable. The facilities, including bath area, foot soaking areas, lobby, lounges, etc. - were all clean and comfortable. The lounge next to the lobby was a cozy place to relax, and most of the lounges included food and drink during at least some point of the day. I visited in mid-October so the leaves were changing color and the temperature outside was crisp but not too cold. Breakfast and dinner were outstanding. I hope to return again with the rest of my family. Highly recommended!

Had great stay at this Hotel located across the train station. All the facilities and amenities were excellent , Breakfast at the top floor was excellent with so many options to choose . Staffs and everything was fantastic.

¡Me encanta! Un lugar muy grande y completo para relajarse durante las vacaciones. Buenas vistas y habitaciones cómodas. Muchos espacios para relajarse. Por desgracia, mi salud no me permite disfrutar de onsen, así que perdí la oportunidad de usarlos. La sala de ping-pong es interesante; me gustaría jugar si no estuviera solo. Buena cena y desayuno buffet, pero sería mucho mejor si pudiera cambiar la carne de res por cerdo u otras carnes. Sorprendentemente, este hotel está conectado con Shika no Yu. Algunas instalaciones se pueden usar juntas, así que di una vuelta y disfruté mucho. El salón nocturno para disfrutar de música y aperitivos estaba buenísimo. ¡De verdad que me gustaría quedarme aquí de nuevo! Ah, una cosa más: ¡saqué una bonita foto desde la ventana para mostrarles la primera nevada de 2024!

우리 가족의 첫 삿포로. 묵는 동안 정말 행복했습니다. 숙소에 늦게 도착하여, 저녁 식사 시간이 늦어졌는데도 모두가 저희를 기다려주셨어요. 특히나 친절하셨던 프런트의 남자 직원분께 감사합니다. 온천부터 라운지 등 모든 시설이 알찼고 제대로 즐기지 못해 아쉬워 다음에 또 방문하고싶습니다. 그때까지 모두 건강하시고 곧 다시 만나요!

想住進了宮崎駿動畫裏的酒店 房間面積巨大 設計通透且很有日本特色 私湯特別舒服 大玻璃能實現邊泡湯邊看電視 一樓有無限量供應的小吃 飲料和酒水 單是喝酒也能和**吧！ 早餐也是送到房間裏面吃 私隱性很強！很適合躺平休息！ 就是要注意在攜程預訂沒有提示要提前預約晚飯 導致我們當天衹有一個懷石料理的選項 味道就是平平無奇 性價比很低（除了水池裡可以單點的海鮮）

no heating for the bathroom and toilet nor bedroom. we need to put on thick jacket when we need to go to the toilet. the heater can only warm the air inside the living room
