Great stay! The room was clean and comfortable, bed slept really well, hot water was strong and steady. Front desk staff were super friendly and efficient, made check-in smooth and quick. Convenient location, easy parking, simple but decent breakfast. Overall great value for money—perfect for business or leisure in Jinpu. Will definitely return next time! Highly recommend.

The (apart)hotel is located steps away from the seaside and 东方水城 with plenty of eateries (but definitely less than what you get if staying at 中山广场 for example - we purposely chose to be close to the seaside here). The staff from bellboy to front desk/ cleaning staff is also eager to please with smiles all around, definitely pleasant interactions. On the downside, there was a heavy smoke smell at the hallway leading to our unit, and upon confirmation with the staff working at the floor during the time, turns out that the person living next door is smoking 🥲 this smell did creep into our unit over time, which led me to request air purifier and open the windows to improve circulation. Also I need to turn *off* ventilation at the bathroom to prevent smoke smell. Luckily, the situation improved during our stay (so I decided against requesting to change units) since the occurrence of smoke smell became less (perhaps the resident checked out/ decided to smoke less?). Anyhow, this did damper our experience. Also to note a service suggestion due to the smell I immediately requested a purifier unit, didn’t realize that there’s already one sitting in the unit. I also requested detergent since washing machine is available in the unit, didn’t realize that it’s readily available inside the bathroom. While the receptionist happily agreed to my request when I called to request the items (upon checking into my room), they could have also just informed me where they are located to avoid the redundant request. Also, perhaps the detergent should be placed visibly/ closer to the washing unit instead of being together with toothbrush etc inside the drawer in the bathroom - just a suggestion. Breakfast offerings while great is also nothing to wow about (one of our main considerations for hotel selection is to look at breakfast pricing listed, which is 198 RMB in this case, which is on the higher end, so we were expecting some kind of a wow factor). Yes, the restaurant is located on the 67th floor offering nice view, but the spread is nothing to rave about - it’s your typical above average breakfast spread with additionally a little seafood selection. During our stay I did come across an offer to purchase breakfast for 108 RMB in one of the platforms, and I think the value is much closer to this rather than 198, so something worth calling out. So all in all, good hotel with great location/ views/ staff - calling out the smoking issue (more of a people problem rather than hotel’s, but I would wish/ expect that indoor smoking should be non existent for 5-star establishments, which isn’t the case here), and secondarily the breakfast value. The shower issue (lower pressure/ time to heat) from other reviews is also real, but not a big deal for us.

La estancia en el Dalian Castle Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, superó todas mis expectativas durante mi viaje a Dalian. La atmósfera del castillo de estilo europeo es impresionante, y desde el jardín elevado se puede admirar el puente Xinghai con puestas de sol espectaculares, perfecto para fotos. La habitación es espaciosa y luminosa, con ventanales que dan directamente al mar, y la limpieza está impecable. Quiero destacar especialmente a Sunny de Relaciones con los Huéspedes. Fue detallista y paciente, organizó meticulosamente todas mis solicitudes previas y respondió rápidamente. Su servicio fue perfecto, sin ser intrusivo. El desayuno ofrecía una gran variedad. No es solo un hotel popular para Instagram, sino un lugar donde realmente te sientes cómodo. Es ideal tanto para parejas como para familias. ¡Lo recomiendo encarecidamente!

Más allá de las expectativas, limpio y higiénico! El cuarto es grande, el decorado de la villa es muy bueno, porque hemos reservado una habitación, no hay otra razón para usarla! Si muchos restaurantes y cocinas son la primera opción de la fiesta!

Muy inesperadamente, la fotografía es realmente muy buena para ver el estilo de color en general. ¡El panorama en la habitación está al lado de la ventana del suelo es realmente cómodo!! ¡Porque hay una boda mal para comer en el restaurante, el almuerzo también es muy intimidad para llegar a la habitación!! El entorno global es limpio, pero debido a que algunas condiciones de cenizas en el sector blanco pueden no ser tan ideales, pero el ambiente en general es realmente bueno para compensar esto!!!!! Volverá la próxima vez!!!!!

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days with my family and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were spotless and very clean throughout our entire stay — housekeeping clearly takes pride in their work. What really stood out was the customer service. The staff added us on WeChat so we could reach them instantly anytime we needed help, whether it was a question about the room, recommendations nearby, or just general assistance. That kind of quick, personal support made us feel well taken care of the whole trip. Overall, a clean, comfortable, and family-friendly hotel with staff who genuinely go the extra mile. We'd happily stay here again!

This is an instagrammable hotel that offers quality service. From checking in to checking out you will be assisted by the staff. There is an open beach a few steps away with 2-3 cafe shops. One of them is Caan. The buffet breakfast offers delicious western and Chinese breakfast. The rooms are nicely designed with a balcony overlooking the beach. Snacks and drinks are also offered for free including a welcome fruit plate. Toiletries are of quality and smells really good. Japanese toilet is another plus! The bed and pillows are all comfortable. They also offer activities like boat and paddle board riding. If u need help with anything including attractions to see, they have a wechat account and they respond quick. I highly recommend this place if you want a more quiet place to stay. And of course the private beach front setup is so relaxing and offers a great view both day and night!

Not To much responsive to Clean room and Give water service but overall room was good and Bedding was clean .Need to ask for clean room and give water and Towels everyday but the price was good not expensive cost effective

Pros 1. La habitación era enorme! 2. El escenario es atractivo. 3. El personal es muy amable y útil. 4. La comida era deliciosa. Cons 1. La habitación no era muy limpia. Hemos encontrado pellets de rata por la ventana (al menos eso es lo que dice mi novio. Creo que podría ser lizards) 2. Hay muchas actividades que parecen inactivas debido a la renovación (posiblemente debido a la era covida), pero parece que están trabajando en la restauración. En general, me iría de vuelta y cuando este hotel está en el primer lugar, será aún más sorprendente!
