My experience at the hotel during our conference was excellent. The meeting facilities were top-notch, equipped with everything we needed for a successful event. The staff were incredibly professional and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met promptly. The food provided for the conference was delicious, with a variety of options that catered to everyone's dietary preferences The accommodations were comfortable and conducive to productivity. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel for any business event.

Cogimos este Hotel en Mombasa la noche antes de volar hacia España para estar más cerca del aeropuerto. La habitación correcta, la cama cómoda y grande y con las cortinas opacas buena oscuridad. Falla el baño que le toca una renovación. No nos aconsejaron salir a dsr una vuelta caminando así que aprovechamos el gimnasio (correcto) y la piscina (bien). El servicio amable aunque lentos en el restaurante (habitual en toda Kenia)

Ive stayed for 7nights at Sai rock and tonsay the most, it was not what i expected. I come to msa every 6 weeks for work and stay in average hotels on B/B and enjoy the service. What i chooose to give feedback on; Not worth the money we paid for Wifi that doea not work. Like seriously, isnt that the bare minimum a hotel can offer WIFI? couldnt use my laptop for a whole week cz wifi couldnt work in the room. So i came back with soo much workload that i could have done then. So INCONVINIENCE!! Breakfast was always cold. I was attending a conference at a nearby hotel so i was taking breakfast daily at round 7-7:30 latest except my last Day. And it was always cold. i mean how bad can it get surely. Some day even the tea was cold i never complained cz i was too tired already so i went served tamarind juice which i dont. Im a chai person but aarrgghh House keeping- water at the hotel is too salty i mean its just extra salty IDK why. So 2 consecutive days they dont replace the shower gel cz i prefer it to the soap since il lathers easily so 3rd day i write a note saying “please replace shower gel today you havent done so past 2 days” guess what -whoever he/she is comes cleans, picks the note and adds the soaps. No shower gel day 3. On 4th day is when i found 2 again. But again, i was too tired to complain cz thats just nonsense! Ironbox - Its good for a hotel to know that its the little things. I borrow an ironbox by calling the reception at around 7 the lady said it will be brought to the room. I wait and since i was getting late for work i decide to go get it. At the reception ahw says housekeeping hajafika wakifika wataleta. I mean im getting late my friend so i waitnfor housekeeping? I had a white shirt to iron so i waited. Few min its brought to the room and i take out like 5garments that needed ironing and ironed. Here is where its at. 25min ironing someone knocks my door a gentleman “dada waweza kuwa umemalozia pasi”.OMG!!! I honestly asked him does this hotel have one ironbox really? The worst that could haopen is i leave it in the room instead of handling Over at the reception but housekeeping would have come and found it jameni🤦‍♀️ The guy had to stand and wait till i finiah ironing and take the ironbox with him. But that was pathetic really inconvinience. First i wait to get it then someone stands out to waitnfor me to finish? HYGiene- bathroom walls were dirty not scrubbed at all. Also im back with a loss since housekeeping decided to throw away all my ETR receipts of my expenditure that i had well placed in a drawer. That drawer had a paper written the wifi password and also a box for my face soap and that was left untouched. I had these stack of receipts i folded and kept there to be re imbursed by accounts later. Around 6k worth of receips ive lost the money cz someone thought i missed the bin below the table and my shallow brain did not know what it was 🤦‍♀️doing placing them nicely folded im a drawer. Bien mantenido.. los receptores son muy amables y bienvenidos y útiles. El concierge y el personal de mantenimiento de la casa son también muy amables. También nos hicieron caliente la estadía. - desayuno buffet fue 5/10, sentí que la comida estaba estacionada y desde días antes.

Nos quedamos aquí unas noches, nuestra habitación era pequeña y un poco caliente, pero era grande por el precio. El barrio cercano a este lugar parece un poco escéptico, pero la gente era agradable, amplia comida callejera, un par de bares justos, no un destino, pero suficiente si necesita un lugar barato para permanecer.

El hotel es muy limpio, las habitaciones son limpias todos los días. Las grandes piscinas, puedes elegir la más contundente o la más tranquila donde puedes relajarte, depende de lo que necesitas actualmente . Los buenos chicos que trabajan en él , los buenos Bushmen Joseph o James , muy buenos , trabajadores duros con un gran sonrisa en sus caras.Hakuna matata , no hay problema con cualquier petición que se les plantee . A pesar de nuestras preocupaciones anteriores, encuentro Kenia como un destino muy turístico y el propio hotel es muy seguro.
