La ubicación era muy buena, muy cerca de la oficina. El personal era agradable y servicial.

Location wise perfect para sa lakad nmin. Not so much sa service since di kami binabalikan ng reception pag may bilin o kailangan. But don't get me wrong, mababait sila, makakalimutin lng. Mejo ok ung banyo, malinis di lang po masyado halata... room wise perfect, we were upgraded since di daw gumana aircon nung room na nabook ko. Overall, we'll come back and stay parin... ok na din wifi nila today not like ung past stays ko na di nagana wifi... mejo mahina lang...di pede pang work. Nag enjoy din ako sa food. Though di perfect sa panlasa ko pero ang nagdala ng experience is ung mga staff...

Realmente es una tontería. Aparte de la buena actitud del servicio de recepción, nada es igual. Cuando entré a la casa, se detuvo el agua. El agua caliente de repente se volvió fría y caliente. El agua embotellada bebía casi lo mismo que el agua de la piscina. Todo tipo de muebles estaban a punto de desmoronarse. El sonido del aire acondicionado sonaba equivalente al nivel de los motores de los aviones. Además, no entendí cuando vine por primera vez a Manila. Ctrip escribió xx kilómetros del centro de la ciudad. Este centro de la ciudad es la ciudad vieja de Manila. El área urbana real está en Makati. Todavía me pregunto cómo no pude encontrar un hotel de cinco estrellas en Manila

What I liked most about this inn is that they allow guests to leave their belongings and come back later, even after the 2 PM check-in time, without worrying about their luggage. The waiting area is separate from the main lobby and front desk, and it has its own doors, which makes it feel secure to leave your bags there. They also have a small balcony area where guests can hang newly washed clothes to dry, which I found very convenient. Another thing I liked is that they use duvets instead of thin blankets similar to flat sheets, which made the bed more comfortable. The only downside is that there’s no elevator, and they require a security deposit upon check-in, but the deposit is refundable. Overall, it was still a comfortable and convenient stay.

The service is good. However, may konting prob lang yung kumot, kobre kama pati yung twalya. 😭 Mabait mga guards and other employees nila. Okay pa rin sa presyo. Recommended para sa mga nagbabudget lang.

It was nice but one thing I was thinking about it was the man is used cigarettes. Not good for others.

My family has been a regular customer since I was in grade school. It was my grandfather who introduced to us the beauty of Binondo and how accessible Best Fortune Hotel in everything. I am overall happy with services and though it’s basically an old hotel, I must say it’s one of the best for me. I will keep coming back and thanks for your great service and hospitality.

2D1N stay at Binondo Chinatown is good. Which the hotel location is perfect if you want to explore the Binondo Chinatown from the Chinese food and restaurants and many more. Aside from the location the staff of the hotel is accommodating and kind.

I stayed at the hotel for two nights. The location is very convenient: Intramuros is just a 12-minute walk away. The room is spacious and has everything you need. I especially enjoyed the varied breakfast, which also featured Filipino cuisine. I would like to separately highlight the professionalism, politeness, and friendliness of the staff. Especially Alyssa and Joyvee at the front desk. Truly, this is one of the best services I have ever experienced in hotels. I would definitely recommend it!
