El hotel está situado en el centro histórico, a 7 minutos de la catedral y a 10 minutos del fuerte. El personal es muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Nos dieron una habitación en el octavo piso (801), la habitación es grande, hay mucho espacio, está claro que se hicieron reparaciones cosméticas no hace mucho tiempo, todo es bastante nuevo. No hay olores en la habitación. Buena vista de la catedral. ¡La habitación está muy oscura, realmente muy oscura! En la ducha me afeité con la linterna del móvil, ya que era muy difícil ver. Las lámparas de la propia habitación también eran bastante tenues, eso era lo máximo. El pasillo olía a humedad, creo que por la alfombra. El restaurante en el piso superior fue un salvavidas, ya que no hay muchos lugares normales para comer cerca. Una noche llegamos al restaurante 40 minutos antes del cierre, y ya estaban recogiendo sillas y almohadas, nadie nos recibió, nos sentamos a la mesa nosotros mismos, esperamos unos 7 minutos, el personal pareció no notarnos, después de eso tuve que ir yo mismo al bar y pedir un menú, después de eso nos prestaron atención. Parecía extremadamente extraño... Los platos se sirven rápidamente en el restaurante, las vistas de la ciudad son excelentes. Los desayunos se sirven en el restaurante un piso más abajo, hay una selección bastante buena de platos, hay algo para elegir, pero hay poca fruta, casi ninguna. El hotel en sí es adecuado para un par de días, estábamos esperando nuestro próximo vuelo allí, en su mayor parte siempre nos quedamos en el hotel, ya que no nos sentíamos seguros en la ciudad, ya que hay mucha gente extraña en las calles.

Reasonable price. Staff really helpful and a shopping center close by . Didn’t try the breakfast this time so no comment for that .

We had a pleasure of staying at Manila Grand Opera Hotel and was thoroughly impressed. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. My room was spotless and beautifully clean,comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, and I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast spread each morning. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting in Manila and will definitely be back!”

Stayed at Hotel H2O with a 4-year-old and a 1-year-old. Its main advantage is the location inside the park, providing direct access to attractions and making it easy to return to the room for naps and breaks. Pros * Excellent location inside the park with easy access to attractions. * Convenient for families with young children who need rest breaks. * Staff quickly resolved a minor issue with a broken bidet upon arrival. * Bed size is king as advertised. Cons * Cleanliness was adequate but not exceptional. * No room service available. * Restaurants are available on the ground floor and via GrabFood delivery, but in-room dining would be more convenient. * The hotel’s restaurant feels disconnected from the overall hotel experience. Recommendation Hotel H2O is a good choice if your main goal is visiting the  attractions, especially with young children. If you do not plan to spend time in the area, other hotels may offer better value.

The place was nice and clean, and I enjoyed my stay overall. I did notice a couple of things though—some cupboard covers were broken, and the shower door doesn’t close properly, so water splashes onto the toilet floor when you shower. Also, the smell of mothballs and bleach was a bit strong. Maybe use fewer mothballs and mix the bleach with fabric conditioner to reduce the scent next time Other than that, it was a good stay and I’d be happy to come back next time.
