Overall it was a pleasant experience but for a young couple like ourselves some of the rules seemed like something set in the 1950 with 1950 Fashion 🤣, women are allowed slippers but not men, men can’t show arms 🤣 you’re not allowed to wear formal vest with a modern take on a formal attire but you can come wearing your Pj’s, all these strange rules just to have dinner lol, but good for taking pictures but for the price it’s not worth it, if you want to take pictures you are allowed to just come in from the streets anyway, there are much better hotels for this price the staff are polite but if you have a problem nobody can solve it. The common rooms are beautiful but the hotel rooms don’t reflect that. The staff are very polite.

Overall, this hotel continues to deliver reliable service and a comfortable stay. It is a good choice for travelers who value consistency and quality.

The receptionist who assisted me during check in was very friendly and accommodating. I appreciate the upgrade to my room that I didn't expect. All of the staff are nice. The breakfast buffet is also good. There's a minibar inside the room and the price for the items are reasonable. Really enjoyed my stay. I highly recommend this place.

Viajaba a Filipinas para visitar parientes. Fue cumpleaños de mi madre, así que nos quedamos en Manila. Cuando me quedé en Manila, siempre me quedé en la Plaza Filipina, pero tan pronto como descubrí que había cerrado, comencé a buscar un hotel. El hotel está situado en el Boulevard Roxas, tiene un buen acceso al aeropuerto y a las atracciones turísticas, y tiene una buena seguridad. En el hotel, el hotel está muy bien situado, pero no se puede hacer nada. La habitación era limpia y el personal del frente ofrecía un servicio maravilloso con sonrisas antes, durante y después de la entrada. La gente de la ciudad se ha vuelto muy bien, pero no se ha vuelto a la ciudad. La cosa más chocante fue que, aunque sabemos que era nuestro error, se perdió el abrigo de mi madre, que había dejado cerca del escritorio delantero. La casa de la habitación era muy buena, pero no se podía encontrar. No sé si han comprobado la cámara de seguridad.He estado en hoteles famosos en Filipinas, como la Plaza Filipina y el Hotel Manila, y hoteles de cinco estrellas en varios países, pero, francamente, este no es un hotel de cinco estrellas. El hotel es un hotel muy agradable, que se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad.

We had a great time and we are definitely going back. Our daughter loved the pool and we had a very good night sleep! We will stay longer next time. Thank you!

Our stay at this hotel was overall average. There are few areas that need improvement. The carpet was not clean, which made the space feel less comfortable and not maintained as expected. Cleanliness is very important to guest. Additionally, the breakfast buffet did not offer many choices. The selection was quiet limited. I hope the management can improve these areas to provide better experience for future guests.

The staff were extremely accommodating,helpful and friendly which was great. They offered a morning breakfast which was really appetising! Another big plus was the spacious room which made our stay very comfortable. Just the bed mattress was old and didn’t offer much support (had problems sleeping and experienced back pain) as well the location wasn’t ideal for my partner and I who enjoy roaming around on foot. Didnt feel safe and was very dirty outside. Another positive, it’s a stone throw away from the large Robinson’s Mall which was great too!
