El personal del hotel fue excepcionalmente amable en todo momento. Los guardias siempre me recibían con una sonrisa y me abrían la puerta, lo que hizo mi estancia aún más agradable. La habitación era moderna y acogedora, con una cama muy cómoda. Sin embargo, la ventana no estaba completamente aislada, por lo que se filtraban los ruidos de la calle y el sonido del aire acondicionado. Si eres sensible al ruido al dormir, te recomiendo llevar tapones. Aunque había un ligero olor a humedad, todo estaba limpio. Las zonas comunes estaban muy bien cuidadas y contaban con todas las comodidades necesarias. La ubicación es bastante conveniente, ya que se puede llegar caminando a Intramuros sin dificultad, aunque el recorrido no es el más pintoresco. En general, una buena opción con un servicio cálido y espacios agradables.

We booked a Deluxe Room with a king-size bed at Manila Prince Hotel for our 3rd wedding anniversary celebration (3D2N) for 2 adults and 1 toddler. First of all, I'm grateful that I found a great deal through Trip.com, almost 50% off with breakfast included! As I've mentioned in a previous review for another hotel, I'm generally not a fan of older hotels. However, Manila Prince Hotel pleasantly surprised me. The property is very well maintained and has an excellent location, with popular attractions such as the National Museum, Rizal Park, Fort Santiago, and even Chinatown nearby. What stood out to me the most: The Service The staff were amazing! Everyone was attentive, courteous, and pleasant, from the guards and concierge to the receptionists and room service staff. I could tell they are well-trained and professional. Special shoutout to Sir Ivan for taking such good care of us and even taking the time to play a little with our son. You truly made our day! Another thing I appreciated was how accommodating they were. I needed a needle and thread to sew a piece of clothing, and they were able to provide it promptly. The Buffet Breakfast There were plenty of options, everything we tried was delicious, and it offered great value for the price. The Room The room is definitely old, but it was clean and came with complete amenities. I also appreciated the complimentary items provided, such as bottled water, coffee, and tea, which made our stay even more comfortable. One thing I would suggest to management is to gradually replace some of the older fixtures and items that are already showing signs of wear. For example, the bathroom rubber mat had some mold spots, likely due to moisture, and the toilet paper holder had a bit of rust. Other than those minor issues, we had a really great stay. Highly recommended for families!

Mi estancia en este hotel fue excepcional. El personal fue cálido y acogedor, y la habitación era espaciosa, limpia y bien equipada con comodidades modernas. La cómoda cama garantizó un sueño reparador, y el desayuno buffet ofrecía una deliciosa variedad de opciones. El gimnasio y el bar fueron un gran añadido, y el wifi era rápido y fiable. Convenientemente ubicado cerca de atracciones y restaurantes, el hotel era sorprendentemente tranquilo. La profesionalidad y la atención del personal fueron realmente excepcionales. Recomiendo ampliamente Ramada by Wyndham para una estancia cómoda, práctica e inolvidable. ¡Estoy deseando volver!

We had a wonderful stay at Century Park Hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were very accommodating and friendly throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool area—it was relaxing and perfect for a family staycation. The location is also very convenient, with restaurants, shops, and other establishments nearby. We really appreciated the classic and cozy atmosphere of the hotel. The breakfast was also enjoyable, with a good variety of food to choose from. Overall, we had a pleasant and relaxing experience at Century Park Hotel. We would definitely consider coming back for another staycation. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a comfortable hotel in Manila!

Its so beautiful if u are having a bayview but the room small the carpet into the room was dirty and it has a gum the furniture with dents the bath room was okay but the bathub is so small and its only have hot water cant even make it warm but the service was good all goods at all they are kind and helpful to the customers❤️ btw the food was expensive inside i would recommend u can go outside to it and its more closee to 7/11 across to the street and burger king , mcdonalds.

El lugar es bueno y accesible a todos los centros de divesoria , y la habitación es tan limpia y espaciosa

Got the WOW factor as soon as I walked in. The Hotel is Plush, first thought was my clothes were not good enough for here. The atmosphere emitted Style, Taste very classy as all my friends commented as well as when I booked didn't realise it was a High End stay. So many helpful staff at the Lobby, Restaurants and House cleaning, big thank you Alex!! Sunsets at the pool and rooftop bar were just amazing. Did I say pool? It was great

¡Recomiendo el Hotel Manila Lotus! En primer lugar, tienen personal bien formado de guardias, escritorio y todo.Desde que están en el centro de Metro Manila, son muy accesibles a cualquier medio de transporte. También, gracias a MR Chef, pedí una taza de té de ginger para mi estómago mal debido a un largo viaje y lo dieron gratis ... Muchas gracias!!! El gran bónus es, ofrecen desayuno gratis! Mi estancia es bastante memorable y esperando mi próxima viaje. Dios nos bendiga a todos

La ubicación era excelente. Ya tenían Smart TV, así que pudimos ver YouTube en nuestros ratos libres, pero no había ninguna cuenta de Netflix iniciada; tenías que tener la tuya. El buffet del primer día consistía en tocino de pollo y algo que parecía un embutido, pero el segundo día era un rico pollo glaseado y filete de pescado en salsa tausi. La estación de huevos era básica. Tenían una selección de panes y ensaladas/postres. Fue una buena opción para explorar la zona y evitar el tráfico. 😊

Location wise perfect para sa lakad nmin. Not so much sa service since di kami binabalikan ng reception pag may bilin o kailangan. But don't get me wrong, mababait sila, makakalimutin lng. Mejo ok ung banyo, malinis di lang po masyado halata... room wise perfect, we were upgraded since di daw gumana aircon nung room na nabook ko. Overall, we'll come back and stay parin... ok na din wifi nila today not like ung past stays ko na di nagana wifi... mejo mahina lang...di pede pang work. Nag enjoy din ako sa food. Though di perfect sa panlasa ko pero ang nagdala ng experience is ung mga staff...
