As in many European cities this hotel is the result of a conversion of old buildings with some additions. This makes the whole atmosphere very cozy and charming and in touch with what you would expect when visiting Maastricht. The location is perfect facing de Virjthof square, with a municipal parking garage just crossing the street and in the middle of everything worth visiting in the city. Lot of restaurants just around the corners. We had a superior suite, generous in size, with a bathroom with an unusual layout due to the bedroom being in what I guess was a former dining room. The shower cabin was very nice and everything worked well. AC with 2 equipments in bedroom and living room worked well as did internet. Breakfast was exceptionally good. Served not in a buffet style because the hotel is very small, but with high quality ingredientes and everything you might desire. The guy running the breakfast was very kind and efficient. Check out was done quickly and with no problems. Check in could have been more explicit regarding information about certain limitations of the hotel having nobody in reception after 18:00. Concierge service is non existent. The Spa is in the modern add on building. Tasteful, modern, with a plunge pool and saunas, it makes a good impression. At night the breakfast room is used as a restaurant with a charming patio. Conclusion : a charming European boutique hotel with modern amenities, modern decor, housed in old preserved buildings, with a nice spa, limited reception service and very good breakfast.

Easy hotel is what it claims to be. Functional and cheap. Some reviewers comment on the small rooms, but that's clear on the website of the hotel. The reception is manned 24/7. There is a vending machine and coffee station at the reception. After check out one can use the large lockers for €3 to store any bags. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean. The rooms have nice showers and the temperature can be regulated too. For the price, the hotel is a good deal. Many rooms have wonderful views of the waterfront. An ideal base for a short trip to the city. Perfect for a single person or 2 people sharing the room.

The hotel is very nice, very stylish and modern with beautiful decoration. It is interesting to see how the architects created a hotel in the beautiful building. The stay however was not nice. Booked a (very pricey) junior suite, especially for the second night the sleep quality was very poor. First, the room was street side, and did not have real curtains but only roller blinds that let light through on both sides. There was a street light just in front of our window so it was not dark at all. Second, there was a lot of noice both from traffic in the street as well as in the corridor, all night long. The rooms are not well insulated. Third, it was very hot in the room (contrary to the corridor) and the old airco system made a horrible lot of noise. The only answer of the reception staff was that they would write a note in the system so that I would get a more quiet room next time. As if there would be a next time after spending 1.000 EUR on such an experience! The room was nicely designed though, but was not worth the money. Breakfast was nice, served in the restaurant in the church. The choice at the buffet was okay, you can order freshly made eggs as well as some extras such as pancakes that are charged extra. However, also here not a very pleasant experience with staff being busy without doing anything and continuously moving around tables and chairs during the whole breakfast. All in all, a bad experience, not to be repeated. I can not recommend this hotel as price/quality ratio is just not right.

Situación en una zona agradable cerca de la estación de tren. Muchas tiendas y restaurantes fuera de la puerta, habitación y baño de buena tamaño y muy limpio. Tiene aire acondicionado muy bien. Estamos al desayuno dos veces en Harry's. Muy bueno! El café y el mini refrigerador en la habitación fueron muy apreciados, definitivamente quedaríamos aquí otra vez. Sólo una pequeña queja-- no hay ninguna Fraser's en ninguna parte.

Reservé una habitación de lujo de un dormitorio. La habitación es grande y conmovedora El escaso tamaño de los hoteles europeos que todo el mundo conoce De hecho, el concepto de hotel es similar al de apartamento compartido. El diseño es popular en la industria del norte de Europa + en los últimos años, adecuado para que las celebridades en línea tomen fotografías. La ubicacion es genial. Solo se necesitan 10 minutos para ir al centro de la ciudad para comer, beber y comprar. El café de la planta baja, el supermercado orgánico y los restaurantes y cafés de los alrededores. El hotel fue reconstruido sobre la base de una fábrica de porcelana quemada, por lo que está muy de moda con lo nuevo y lo viejo ~ El concepto se centra en el intercambio de ”estudiantes”, por lo que el personal de servicio del hotel es más amable e informal. Le di un helado cuando me registré. Los detalles son muy lindos. Aún hay que prestar atención: la ropa y el planchado solo pueden ir al lavadero unificado en el primer piso del hotel Lavandería, tipo autoservicio que funciona con monedas, planchado de ropa, hay equipo a voluntad

El hotel es un hotel muy limpio y muy bien situado, pero nos hemos decepcionado mucho. El viernes por la noche, cuando dejamos el hotel para ir al restaurante, dejó nuestra llave en el escritorio de recepción y la dimos a la dama en el escritorio. Cuando volvimos, su colega (hombre) nos dijo que no tenían nuestra clave, así que básicamente, ya sea de la manera que lo perdieron o peor, se había robado o se le había dado a otros. A la hora de la recepción, el hotel se encuentra en una zona de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad. La mañana siguiente, explicamos nuestra situación al despacho de recepción y pedimos una solución ASAP. Nos dejamos todo el día (no muy fácil como teníamos propiedades valiosas en nuestra habitación, lo que significa que cualquiera podría entrar y potencialmente robar nuestras cosas. La única cosa que podían proponer era darnos otra clave. No hay compensación por el daño (moral) sufrido de ninguna manera, pero se preguntarían qué podría hacerse y volver a nosotros el lunes. No recibieron ninguna noticia el miércoles, Hemos enviado un correo electrónico a la que no hemos recibido ninguna respuesta hasta ahora. Muy desapontador comportamiento. Así que nuestra estadía nos dejó con un sentimiento muy negativo. Teníamos la sensación desagradable de las damas que no nos tomamos en serio e incluso teníamos dudas sobre el hecho que nos dimos ¡El hecho de que ni siquiera nos hayan vuelto confirma todo!
