Once upon a time, this was an exemplar hotel, and by far the best in town, in particular in term of service. It has unfortunately sleeped away in the last 4 years, and what was the must stay at hotel, is now only the shadow of this massive former text mill, itself the glory of Lodz 100 years ago. Room are still larger by an standard, building is magnificent, but during my stay in mid May 2022, the once excellent ground floor restaurant was shut close, the tables at breakfast where taking ages to be cleaned, so you had to do it yourself if you wanted to seat without waiting 10mns (this is what it took them to clean the table next to mine), food is averagely good, the buffet still offers a high variety, quality is OK, not spectacular. The bed rooms are still massive by any standard, still fresh and clean 15 years after its opening, thr architecture goegeous, but service is a let down, when i came back to my room at 18h00 it wasn't cleaned since the morning, the same happened to me during my last stay there pre Corona outbreak. Luckily it wasn't midnight when I came back. Additionally, I discovered that they don't change linenes daily, but only every 2nd day, not what you can expcet in a 4*. This is a cheap trick to save 1$ on the cleaning cost, usually such hotels offer you the option they don't impose it on you like here. After complaining to the head of reception, this was the 2nd time it was happening, they sent a platter of cakes and latter called me to excuse themselves. This is appreciated and professional, but could be totally avoided, by ensuring that all rooms be cleaned during the day. If you make abstraction of the weak house keeping & breakfast service, it is a good hotel for 1 night if it is cheaper than Puro across the street, or the HI on Pietrokowska. The main pro in this one is the roof top pool and the huge room size, which can make it a great combination even for weekend stays, if you can forgive them all the service gaps. So Lodz has now probably better serviced 4 * hotels, just without a pool.

El hotel es un hotel relativamente nuevo, situado en la zona comercial libre de tráfico, a pocos pasos de la estación principal de trenes y coches. La cama es básica, pero moderna (cada cama tiene su propia potencia y salidas USB) y cómoda. Lo único que el Hotel debe mejorar es proporcionar una máquina de café, o caldera de agua, y/o agua en botella.

Ubicación: al fondo de la calle principal (alrededor de una milla), situada junto a numerosas atracciones y numerosas rutas de tranvía (estación Piotrkowska), 20-30 minutos a pie de la estación principal Fabryczna o a 3 zloty 10 minutos a pie de tranvía 18B No se puede pedir una mejor ubicación. Ingreso: muy rápido, las llaves de la habitación ya se prepararon. No se ingresa en línea con Accor como suele despertar cualquier oferta de puntos de bonificación ALL. Este Ibis ha mantenido un buen servicio de recepción que es mucho mejor y más rápido, ya que el personal tiene todo lo que necesita para dar, en lugar de roaming con un tablet. Habitación: Típicos colores y muebles de Ibis, si has estado en un Ibis que has estado en todos ellos! Sólo lo que cambiaría es deshacerse de la línea impermeable en la parte superior del confortante en la cama. Por la tercera noche que estaba un poco molesto. El hotel es un gran atrio, y en tres lados sólo tiene habitaciones, y en el cuarto también hay habitaciones que se encuentran dentro. Desayuno: otra más, una selección decente de artículos de desayuno caliente y frío. La salada de frutas mezclada realmente deliciosa es especialmente memorable. El personal trabajó muy duro para limpiar las mesas y rellenar todos los artículos de comida. No podían haber trabajado más o más rápido. Sólo había una bebida rápida en el bar, así que no puedo comentar mucho. Creo que el restaurante estaba cerrado porque estaban publicitando para usar la puerta de la puerta de la puerta. Así, ubicación, diseño, precio y sí reconocimiento de estado ALL, esto tal vez mi hotel favorito Ibis ....

Apartamento confortable, super ubicación, limpio, tranquilo. Diversos desayunos. Recomiendo. Sólo la entrada a la puerta está aún mejor marcada porque era una rueda.

The hotel is basic but in a good way. If you were in the uk this would be a premier inn or travel lodge. The rooms are small but have everything that you need. The shower was powerful and very refreshing. The location is excellent for all the restaurants and shops of Łódź. The hotel is clean and the staff are helpful. Parking can be a bit of a pain to find but once you know where it is it is easy. The only real downside is that it is located next to a building site, this however was not a problem as we were there over the weekend and their was no activity on site.

the room and breakfast was great! service very helpful! Bed and bedding great and very clean (10/10) Problems: no charging of electric cars in the paid underground garage (due to company policy). there are 2 ev chargers but the sockets are turned off as usual. in the room the fan sometimes squeaks about the air conditioning. every now and then the light in the bathroom turns on for no reason. in each! I stayed there 30x! Attention: when leaving the hotel there is ALWAYS someone standing and smoking cigarettes, so if you are going on a date, prepare perfume for your handbag. ashtray too close to the front door. when ordering a taxi, it's better not to be late because the driver will be waiting for you all the time in the WORKING car.!

Dos noches pasadas en un viaje con amigos descubrieron los más y los defectos de un objeto cuyo potencial podría ser mejor explotado. Cada una de las tres habitaciones dobles reservadas carecía de disponibilidad - por ejemplo, hojas de cama para dos personas, toallas, conjunto completo de café y té, ningún jabón de ducha, etc. Las habitaciones muy limpias, los techos altos, podrían ser agradables como para el hotel cat ....Sin embargo, el olor sin arrojar de humedad es arruinar el humedad ... + El restaurante sirve desayuno, bastante abundante (en estos momentos envuelto en película), sirve un buen café. No hay problemas más grandes. Aparcamiento espacial. Eso sería suficiente, porque más de este hotel no está disponible en mi gesto ...excepto que la ubicación, porque caminar puede llegar al centro.

The hotel is centrally located and very convenient. It is also next to a large park for walks or runs. The rooms are comfortable and have good amenities ... nothing was missing from my point of view (even had an iron which is not as common in Poland). For me, it was on top of a tram stop and it was easy to get to my client every day. Breakfast starts at 7 am and this was perfect. There is a great choice of hot and cold food and great breads. Easy walk to ”Centrum” and not hard to get to and from the airport.
