I love this hotel employees have such good hearts they made my stay comfortable helped me a lot number 1 best hotel I have went to I recommend anyone looking for a hotel this is the hotel to go to house keepers very very sweet and will help with anything you need

Very easy check in. I’ve always stayed at this hotel and have never had any issues. Highly recommended.

I paid for a king size bed, but I was given a 2 bed room for myself and my wife. The staff on duty made me look like it was my fault because I booked through *******. ******* customer service made things worse. I didn't get a some refund so i paid for more but got less

I was thoroughly pleased with the accommodations for the price. The rooms were clean bathrooms as well. I if you are focusing your stay Lithonia this is the perfect location. I didn’t get to enjoy the breakfast sim of my other family did and they enjoyed it. I was able to get free coffee on the way to my 6am flight. It was better than QT.

Safe and secure area. Lot’s of options for dining and shopping in the area. Convenient to my work location. Service was great.

Although I do appreciate the early check in. My parents had to be moved from the first room because the temperature was unbearably hot. The next room had a roach crawling around. I was told management would contact me today, but no one ever did

The stay was nice. The rooms were very nice and large for my family. Our only issue is that the indoor pool has been closed since October. Our family loves swimming and was looking forward to it. So if you are anticipating swimming I would recommend calling to see if the pool is open first.

The USB plug didn't work in my room 12 cars were broken into meaning broken windows & cars ransacked for anything worth stealing Fire alarm was going off because people were smoking in their room 2 of the days they barely had hot food they served sausage biscuits in a pack warmed in a microwave and some kind of breakfast biscuit also warmed in a microwave Last day they didn't have coffee cups for coffee

The sheets on the bed smell were so fresh. I have never smelled sheets in a hotel like these. That won me over wil definitely be coming back.

Staff was friendly & very helpful however the room smelled like mildew and you could feel the moisture, the towels smelled weird the location is good

It was quiet, clean and staff was polite. Everything was in walking distance. This was my second stay there.

Everything was good. Our room door was hard to Open. We used an elevator that stop working then start working

The breakfast was the best thing about the stay. The room was not comfortable. The A/C was not working properly. The monitor was blanked out. One could not tell what the temperature was. The shades would not stay up. My vehicle was broken into causing severe damage to the windows and windshield. The bed had one mattress and it was on the floor. I feel I need to be compensated.

The front desk manager Friday afternoon was very rude and had a very nasty attitude towards me and my family she was upset that she was short staffed and took it out on us she was really rude
