The cleaner stolen my friend money when they were cleaning the room, we caught it on the spot but the hotel security team searched nothing out from them We reported to the police and CCTV in the corridor showed the entire process and proved that only the cleaners have entered the room. It's not much but the entire follow up procedure is so devastating, you can imagine how Kenya policies would be able to do anything...they suggested that we lost it during other visits... anyway The most disappointed thing is for Kenya Marriott branding hotel requested their customers to do this and that (can understand that's the standard protocol) but nothing has been done to mitigate the loss or alleviate the bad feelings for the entire process. Seriously for a long loyal customer to Marriott? That's a strong wake up call if we should still trust the brand and pay the premium...

A beautiful hotel - we quite enjoyed our stay. All staff are very friendly and social. There was always someone checking on us and inquiring if we needed any support, especially at the restaurant - a nice professional touch. The receptionist, Joy, is very welcoming and super supportive - very flexible and gentle in her approach. We did not stay for long to experience all the amenities such as gym and swimming pool. We will next time we visit this well run hotel.

Front desk is crazy and since from start of check in and till checkout they have mess very well and this brand hotel start behaving like 2 star hotel reception or front desk people is useless don’t have words to speak anything

The service at the hotel was fantastic and the staff extremely friendly and professional. Will sadly recommend it to my network and will be happy to stay there again.

Отель понравился! Останавливались для ночевки перел сафари . Разнообразный завтрак ! Безопасный район, охрана тщательно проводит досмотр при входе . Вечером можно подняться в бар на верхний этаж, где открывается вид на район , послушать музыку и поужинать . Доброжелательная атмосфера вокруг . Рекомендую!

喜來登旗下 服務水平。沒問題 房間也沒問題 酒店設施比較新 屬於當地很好的酒店 和酒店外的環境對比 像是兩個世界

非常不滿意的一次入住，我們下午2點左右到了酒店，和我們説我們預訂的房間沒有了，要給我們換酒店，給我們提供的選項是一個400左右一間的酒店，和我們預訂的酒店價格相差甚遠，我們不同意，我們提出要換價格差不多的酒店都協調不到，最後到了5點多，才又給我協調了自己酒店的兩間房。不理解為什麼2點就沒有房間了，那個時候剛剛到入住時間，不至於一間房都沒有，感覺就是超賣了，想看誰好説話就讓誰換了，要不是我們堅持，估計就讓我們去住400一間的了

服務相當不錯，基本有求必應，很不錯，餐食我不錯，

酒店挺好，就是最後一天，下水道的臭味飄出來，之前都沒有。酒店的早餐簡單但是適合夠用，商務出差佳選！
