He estado en el hotel durante tanto tiempo que es claro que se siente como en casa y puedo honestamente que no van menos que arriba y más allá para ayudarte a sentirse cómodo y en casa no tengo que hacer otra queja, No puedes dejarme vivir allí chicos xx 🥰 Helen en el escritorio es una de las personas más guapas que probablemente conozca y si hay un problema, tratan de hacerlo de una manera favorable, de modo que no se siente avergonzado o vergonzoso, bien cuando te conozcan mejor, Debes recordar cuántas personas se ocupan de cada minuto y no son todos razonables, comprensibles o racionales, pero parecen que todos mantienen su frío y un humor ligero a la situación que es hermosa xx

Warm welcome (and Au revoir) by Daisy. Large hotel foyer with amazing Christmas tree /decorations. Room spacious and nice views of the canal. Ground floor bar good, Sky Bar amazing!! Less than 10 minutes walk to Leeds Trinity Shopping Centre. Leeds Arena 20 minutes, pleasant walk at top end of city. Drinks at this hotel cheaper than at the arena and you don’t get given an half pint plastic glass for your wife’s Prosecco!! Preferred Double Tree to the Hilton hotel positioned on busy main road. Staff all genuinely friendly, credit to the hotel.

its an old, cheaper hotel, you are getting what you pay for. Reading other reviews i agree the place did smell a bit like an old smokey bookshop and ”reception” was literally two leather sofa chairs with a playstation hooked up, but the guy there was perfectly friendly. The lock to our door was difficult to use, but we managed it. The hotel is very dated, and the beds were not amazing (pillows were VERY firm) but for an overnight or short stay it is fine providing you don't have high expectations. Fairly clean, just thrifty. We would go back knowing what we are paying for as the location was good and the area was really quiet with a few little chilled out coffee hotspots nearby.

El desayuno es muy bueno, el cuarto es muy limpio,  Bar y el restaurante tienen una buena calidad de comida,  El estacionamiento tiene un puesto de coche disponible, pero se debe cobrar,  en general tiene una buena experiencia de limpieza.

Stayed for one night in a private room mainly because of the cost & location. I’d read a few reviews prior to my visit so was reasonably prepared. The manager is ‘different’ - I found him okay but others may find his attitude & demeanour a bit intense. The room itself was okay, basic but reasonably clean. I found my bed comfortable & actually slept very well. The separate toilet (one floor up) didn’t flush properly & I decided not to use the shower in the morning. There was toast, cereal & hot drinks available in the morning. The place overall is fairly basic but the price compared to the cost of a hotel is good & the location excellent too. Having chatted to the manager I deemed him okay personally but others find him very different. He’s been there a long time & probably needs a change in his life direction.
