Phenomenal service from the entire staff. Very friendly, helpful and professional. Always doing their best to accommodate us despite the fact we cannot speak their language. Many associates can communicate with above average to very good English. Two meals from room service very good (1 western, 1 local) and reasonably priced for a hotel. There is a nice pool and spa. Pool can get quite busy and loud during certain afternoon/evening hours. The town is quiet by Vietnam standards and there were virtually no other westerners around so we stood out but mostly in a good way as people were so friendly and welcoming (although sometimes literally shocked to see us). The local food is also great with a market just a few minutes walk away across the bridge.

Phenomenal service from the entire staff. Very friendly, helpful and professional. Always doing their best to accommodate us despite the fact we cannot speak their language. Many associates can communicate with above average to very good English. Two meals from room service very good (1 western, 1 local) and reasonably priced for a hotel. There is a nice pool and spa. Pool can get quite busy and loud during certain afternoon/evening hours. The town is quiet by Vietnam standards and there were virtually no other westerners around so we stood out but mostly in a good way as people were so friendly and welcoming (although sometimes literally shocked to see us). The local food is also great with a market just a few minutes walk away across the bridge.

La habitación es bonita y limpia, además de servicio chino. La hermana es muy entusiasta. No tengo una cafetería vietnamita y ayudarte a cambiar la cafetería. Voy a viajar, y comer alrededor es muy conveniente, hay café rápido en la habitación.

Buena ubicación. No entrará en la ciudad congestionada desde el camino principal de Hanoi a la montaña. Los propietarios de viviendas pueden comunicarse en chino y ofrecer ayuda muy entusiasta Puedes hacer comida según tu propio gusto
